    28mm CAV

Well therein lies the rub. Money. If I get them, I will post pics of the lot.

    28mm CAV

I have the Atlas and Vulture, used to have the MadCat but a friend offered to paint it. Havn't seen him in 10 years. I also have the Yamato 1/60 Warhammer (Tomahawk), Rifleman (defender) an Arii 1/72 Glaug (Marauder), the Joyride 1/55 Forrestrymech and Madcat (not as big as the 1/60 Armorcast) and the old Robotech Defenders kit that equates to a Shadow Hawk. I am seriously considering purchasing an Awesome and Stalker from a guy doing garage kits. I might have an addiction.

    28mm CAV

I always wanted a Big-Tater to go with my 28mm Mechs. But by the time I had heard of them they were rarer than any of the Armorcast Mechs.
  4. I like the around 2" idea for aircraft. Seems much more useable a size than 4". Will you decide before the Backerkit goes out CAVBOSS. I'll probably get a few of each either way. But some may want to know.
  5. The great thing with Bones miniatures is they are cheap enough you can make flaming wrecks out of some and not feel guilty.
  6. Thats what it looks like Brother Jim. CAVBOSS: I already know based on Girot's pictures that the Centipede and Wolf will be too large for me. I think the Cheiftain is perfect the size it is in metal and that is getting rescaled larger. To be clear I don't plan on using these for CAV primarily (although we may give that a try as well). So this is a problem that is unique to me. I definately understand rescaling the CAV line so they are all in the correct scale to each other. That is certainly something I would want to see if I were a CAV fan. Thank you for giving me the only answer you can. It won't take away from my pledge, I like Bones and the more in Bones the better. I may just not add as much as I might have. That being said anyone know how big the Dingo is compared to the Despot. Are they of a similar size? If those are close to the same then I will grab some Dingo's as well from the KS. I'll just have to get some metal Cheiftains to go with.
  7. This Picture which gives the Despots length of 22.5 feet, and scale size of 37mm. Girots pictures are somewhat helpful. However if everything is getting rescaled then not as much. Telling me the ones that were sold in packs of one were pretty much the right size doesn't help, as I don't know what size that is. I don't own those miniatures. I am only asking because I want to add money for tanks. But if I can't get reasonable responces from anyone other than 1.5" to 2.5" I'm not going to bother. I'm not saying this in any way to be critical. I just want to make an informed decision when I spend my money. If I cannot get the information, it cannot be an informed decision.
  8. No. I am asking what size the In universe tanks are, so that I have some idea how large the models will be when they are rescaled in Bones. That way I know what to add to the Kickstarter for tanks. So far I only know the Despot will be 37mm long. Which is perfect. But the others I have no idea as I do not know their in universe dimensions to be able to calculate their final in production dimensions. I have asked that question and the answer I recieved was 2" +- .5". Since there is a pretty huge difference between 1.5" and 2.5" when representing vehicles I am trying to do the math myself to get a better idea. But I need the actual in universe dimensions to do so.
  9. So if all vehicles and CAVs will be correctly scaled to each other. Where are their in universe dimensions listed so that I can figure out approximately what size the final miniatures will be. Thanks in advance.

  11. DHL and FedEx are far more expensive options than USPS. From Bryan's answer, I'm going to infer that these are ready to go, they are just waiting on said truck to pick them up. Then the packages will be on the way to you.
  12. Do the bags happen to be zip-lock? If so I have plenty of uses for them.
  13. I have no idea where it was they said they expected some errors. I believe it was ReaperBryan but even that could be wrong. I expect if you are ordering other things and just let them know they will throw in the corrections. Reaper has always been known for its excellent customer service.
  14. Yeah I think they said they expected errors might be as high as one or two a box. Hopefully less. The Bones may be cheap for them to replace, but sending another 18000 packages even small ones will not be.
