  1. With necromancer flames and a jade sword Mrs. Bones is ready for battle! Her armor details were a little difficult to see and paint the details. Green and pink is one of my favorite color combos and I felt they matched her well.
  2. Yay! Fall time, meaning here in Texas it might be safe to go outside for an extended time and not suffer heat stroke. Autumn Favorites: Food: Homemade Chili Drink: Spiced apple cider Treat: Caramel apples
  3. Great job! Love the base and great expression on the hounds face. Very menacing.
  4. Great skin tones and well done on the reds.
  5. This is one of my favorite sculpts and you did him justice. Really like his hands and face.
  6. Thanks for the comments! I really enjoyed painting this.
  7. 77136: Well of Chaos Used this opportunity to work on my dry brushing, I tend to want to blend everything and dry brushing means letting go of a bit of control. Happy with the way this paint job came out, I've seen this sculpt painted in some amazing ways. Comments and criticism welcome.😊
  8. I immediately hear the action music that goes with this scene . Great job!
  9. These are beautiful! I'm going to have to try this technique with my translucent bones, they've just been sitting on a container that I take out from time to time hoping to be inspired.
  10. I may have to get me some, I used reaper's MSP brush on sealer.
  11. She now has the honor of now being in the show-off forum. I'm happy with the way the wings turned out. http://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/68472-77266-glitterwing-sylph/
  12. Finally got her finished :-)! The sealer makes her a little more shiny than I like, though.
  13. Hi everyone! Here's a guy I painted for a character of my husband's. He's more of a stone giant, half ogre something, lol. He has hopes of being a champion of Fandarra someday.
  14. So close to being done, maybe posting will get me motivated. She's for a character of mine that I've been working on for a while.
  15. 77038: Hell Hound I think I may need to tone down the yellow and just realized that his claws look like candy corn....
  16. 77060: Dragonman Warrior My first KS bones! I went with bronze 'cause they are my favorite dragons.
  17. 77029: Silverhorn, Unicorn This is another mini that I would love to paint multiples of, especially an evil twin all black and fiery. I tried for anime eyes to make him more expressive. The base is temporary, hopefully it will be awesome when I get around to it.
  18. 77011: Fulumbar, Dwarf Warrior I love this sculpt, so dwarven . He seems more shiny in the pics.
  19. Yay, finally getting around to putting up some of my minis. Critiques welcome. 77007: Ghost: I bought two of these since they were the first bones that I was able to find. This one I was practicing blending colors:
  20. Had this mini for over 10 years before I even thought to paint her. I painted her at least three times though rarely finishing all the way each time. I would put on some color and not like it, so then clean it all off. But still I was hooked. I believe I mostly used Liquitex Basics, being I was new to actually painting minis and it was all I had.
  21. I made the base out of jewelry clay that I got on clearance at Hobby Lobby. The problem was I made too big for table-top. I've since trimmed it down with an knife luckily without ruining anything but it still needs more paint. When I get those touch ups done then I should be done .
  22. Struggled a bit with the wrapping but still had fun with it.
