Been a while since I posted, but I figured I would post my latest completed fig. I am working on thinning my paints and working in layers. I have recently switched from smaller brushes to larger brushes and have found that the process is a lot easier and faster. There's a lot to be said for having the right tools for the job. I'm happy with how well the transitions turned out, and he's perfect for the table. Your C&C is always welcome.

Not much progress so far. Washed, and hot glued to cork. I didn't check for mold lines before I started slopping brown liner on him, so I finished, then removed mold lines, then touched up the paint. His shield wasn't well attached, so I just pulled it off. That'll make him easier to paint anyway.

I wouldn't actually post this mini if it wasn't for the RP Challege. I started this at ReaperCon 2014 for Wappel's Shaded Basecoat class. I could never motivate myself to finish it. I finally slapped some more paint on it to call it done. I am happy to have it no longer in my to do pile.
