A model I have been working on for a couple weeks finally got finished today. I really like the details on this model as you can see all sorts of viscera and there are bandages to try to stop it from further falling apart. Very characterful. Still undecided on the base yet, likely will get my cobblestone treatment. Comments appreciated. More pictures and rambling on my blog.

This is one of those minis I should bee all over like a cheap suit, but for some reason I have been putting it off and off and off. Somthing with the minis was just wrong, but I could not put my finger on it. It is a single piece cast, and that means that the weapons sometimes are held a bit strangely. In a fit of inspiration I just chopped that axe hand off and rotated it a bit. Suddenly the pose was ok and the mini went to the paint shop... One rotten ogre done and dusted. 77284: Zombie Ogre Reaper, Bones KS2 Bonesium PVC 40mm base

I technically started painting this guy in July 2015 (really, you can find the abandoned WIP) but all I did then was wash, clean and brown liner him and then I sadly abandoned him. But since the hangouts have me painting every day, (23 days in a row now!) I picked him back up and I think I finished him over the course of 3 hangouts. Please enjoy my terrible lighting and pictures. You don't see my finger in this picture, that's a hallucination because you've been around too much super glue. Get some fresh air, pal. I think I'll name him Trevor. C&C always welcome!

So I was innocently relaxing on the couch, casually checking the numbers on kickstarter when suddenly this handsome gentleman called out to me and demanded that I paint him. Well, who am I to deny a zombie ogre's request? So I scrubbed him with soap and water and lovingly slapped some brown liner on him. I didn't really do much about cleaning any seams because I discovered that my xacto blade has rusted and I don't have any spares. Oh well, he doesn't seem to seamy anyway....or at least that's what he's trying to convince me. Also I have named him Zorbitol. He doesn't appreciate it much at all.
