I only just recently discovered the Miniatures Monday series and am really enjoying learning to paint like this. Josh is just great at demonstrating techniques at a pace that I can follow and teaching the skills that I need to make my miniatures presentable in a very sensible amount of time. Here are the results of the first kit. Please be kind, I am trying to encourage the other newbies to post their less than perfect models too.

Hey again guys! Back at it with an experiment with The Mourn Mountain Snow by Citadel. Just purchased it this evening for this Mini. I tried to match the colouring as closely as i can to the example given on the mini (basically using it as a colour guide. Think i came in a little too dark though, but overall i'm pretty happy with the result. I'm probably going to go over the facial features again to bring out the teeth and scream, but all in all. Not bad for an evening. Let me know what you ya'll think! Cheers, Christopher George

Decided to finally take some (bad) pictures of some things I've painted and put them up here. First up, the Bones Sharkman. I paint to use minis in Pathfinder, so I like to put little touches for characterization. For this guy, he was a recurring threat in a pirate game, I painted a crappy little anchor tattoo on one arm, and a heart with Mom in it on the other.
