  1. Picked these up a little while ago and decided it was time to get them painted up. Very easy, lazy paint job (sorry Andy) but it's enough to look reasonable on the gaming table and that's all I was aiming for.
  2. This is The Amphisbaena, which I originally painted up the other night to go along with Draco the Barbarian, but I reversed course when I remembered that the main contest that I'm going to enter Draco into at Reapercon (for Ares Mythologic) needs to have their figures and not mainly have other manufacturers in any diorama/vignette that I build. 3. This one is not a Reaper piece, but one of Reaper's excellent sculptors is responsible for these miniatures, the very talented Andy Pieper. These are the original greens, at the 54mm scale (chicken included). I made the wall out of Milliput and the plant leaves out of paper and wire. The scaled-down images dull the color something fierce, so please view full-size. Work in Progress Painting thread is here. Andy's Sculpting WIP thread is here. Thank you to Derek Schubert for his help with Elizabeth's face, and for meeting with me for an hour in person to talk minis this past Sep
  4. For Christmas last year, my Mom hired the very talented Andy Pieper (a good friend of mine) to sculpt me a set of miniatures for a Visitation Scene from Luke, Chapter 1 of the Bible. Andy's Sculpting WIP thread is here. In this scene, Mary, just having conceived Jesus by the Holy Spirit, visits her cousin Elizabeth, who is pregnant in her old age. When Mary arrives, Elizabeth says, "“Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! And how has it happened to me, that the mother of my Lord would come to me? For behold, when the sound of your greeting reached my ears
