I got a ton of painting in this weekend, and was most happy with this little dwarven lady. She was a lot of fun to paint, and had lots of cool little details on her. I might go back and do something extra to her ax some day, but for now I'm happy with how she turned out. Comments and critiques are welcome! Thanks in advance!

The blue skinned one reminds me of something out of Head Lopper by Andrew MacLean. If you never heard of it, check it out.

This one took awhile, since I basically had to paint the throne all over again when I decided to try the granite look. My first attempt, got a little runny but practice makes perfect.

This guy has a bit of a lazy eye and really bad foot odor. I imagine he's good with that giant ax in close quarters as well since he doesn't have any kind of back up weapon.

This guy looks like that orc that would be a problem even if you were friendly with the group of orcs. Like he's got something to prove and always itching for a fight. His parents didn't love him. He also has a fur cloak like a diva.

It was tough to get a good picture of him. I did what I could. I'd like to know why he is thricedamned... Thoughts?

I painted these guys some 17 years ago? Maybe a little longer? I can't remember what manufacturer they are. Did Ral Partha start making 28mm minis right before they mysteriously disappeared? I have some savage orcs too that are from the same line I think.

Gave him more of a red hue, to reflect his hot Irish temper. Two more bugbears to go, and they are identical. I'm thinking of making a old gray one, and an albino.

Werebear The WIP: 02753: Werebear Brothers Of Tooth And Claw Sige -------- Barton -------- Pa'oul -------- Dagmar Dust of the Colosseum - Part 1 The chants echo through the under belly of the Colosseum, “Pa’ oul, Pa’oul, Pa’oul.†The great bear from the Iron Forest, his legend is known through the region as The Breath. Mothers would warn their children, “If you ever find yourself in the Iron Forest be weary of The Breath, it’s the last thing you will see or feel before your death.†The cautionary tale seems harsh to those that know of the great deeds of Pa’oul the Guardian of the Hills of Iron. But now he stands waiting to be push into the ring to kill for the entertainment of the King of the West… *You stand at the gate, peering through the bars and focusing your attention on Pa’oul.
