Hi, I'm pleased to share this awesome kickstarter from Cryptozoic, The Walking Dead: No Sanctuary. It's based off the AMC series The Walking Dead. I apologize I should have posted this sooner, just been very busy. But there are still 5 days left to join, and I think it's totally worth it! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cze/the-walking-dead-no-sanctuary The game design looks intriguing, designed by brothers Adam and Brady Sadler. The figures are exceptional, very finely detailed and sculpted by Stephan. I was really impressed how well they came out. I was asked to paint some of the masters for Cryptozoic for their booths at San Diego Comic Con and Gen Con 2016. As a huge fan of the series both on AMC and in graphic novel incarnation, this is a really exciting project! Also check it out, this is so cool! The very talented actors Andrew Lincoln (Rick) and Norman Reedus (Daryl), with two of the miniatures I painted! I believe they were gifted the ones with the larger clear bases. How totally awesome of them is that? I can die happy now :) https://twitter.com/cryptozoic/status/756988054590533632 I posted some photos I took of the miniatures I painted here: http://minicreatures.blogspot.com/ Come join an awesome kckstarter!

https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/the-sons-of-anubis-fantasy#/ Welcome to Dark Fable Miniature's Sons of Anubis Campaign. These dog-headed warriors are descended from Anubis, the canine guide and guardian of the Egyptian underworld. The Sons of Anubis are ferocious warriors sworn to protect the royal necropolis where the tombs of long dead pharaohs and queens can be found. On rare occasions the Sons of Anubis have been summoned by powerful lords or heroes to wreak vengeance on those who would offend the gods. Heavily armed and protected by sturdy shields and armour the Sons of Anubis make a formidable force on the battlefield. The Sons of Anubis campaign is the latest expansion of Dark Fable's pseudo-historical Egyptian range. The concept and design of the miniatures are a mix of history, archaeology, fantasy fiction and Hollywood films. The core group of miniatures consists of 7 sets: 5 sets of fearsome Anubis warriors sculpted by Kev Adams. A set of Scorpion warriors sculpted by Tim Prow. As well as a two-stage female genie made by Brother Vinni. There is also a stretch goal reward figure - The Scorpion Lord - who is FREE to all Level 5 contributors and higher when the campaign goal of £2000 is reached. If that were not enough we have made a large selection of our previously released miniatures available as ADD-ONs. These high-quality 28mm miniatures are made from a lead-free pewter alloy and have an incredible amount of detail and personality. Whether you are a collector or gamer you are certain to enjoy these figures! They had me at 'female genie made by Brother Vinni'...

The High Wizard of Midlam has received disturbing reports that a small group of 'adventurers' have headed north, to the forbidden and foreboding Lost Mountains. These distant mountains have long been a source of dread and legend to the people of Midlam. Once home to the great dwarven people, now thought abandoned, the Lost Mountains have been under the grip of a magical winter for endless years. It is feared, that should anyone travel there, they may bring some terrible evil upon Midlam. The High Wizard has sent a small but dedicated group to pursue this 'Winter Party' and force them to return. He has hand-selected a group of his greatest wizards, while the Baron of Midlam has assigned some of his most trusted scouts and warriors to guide and guard them on their search. Midlam Miniatures are pleased to present a collection of nine 28mm scale figures, for all of your winter and snow-based Fantasy games. There is a male and female warrior/scout, female dwarf, male and female halfling, male wizard and apprentice, and female wizard and apprentice, all in winter clothing. I think this time they got me ... never backed one of theirs before because ... I really don't know why I didn't. I always liked a couple of the miniatures ... but this time, I like a lot.

This one is almost over so I figured it had already been posted here, but if it has my search-fu has failed me. Trudvang Chronicles It is well past its funding goal at this point, and I'll probably never play it, but it is still tempting just to help with a translation project and for the art.

And now, for something completely different. Yes, yes. I know. Not miniatures. But! Shiny! Art! With.. with .. with stuff. *Sage nod* The book part usually gets shipped with efficiency; medals and patches and things seem to depend on the efficiency of the crafter making them, but communication is good and things generally show up. I haven't grabbed hardbacks; I've been happy with the soft covers.

Hi there fellow gamer's and painters! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the Purgatory kickstarter that goes live on the 10th October 2016. You can preview the project here: https://goo.gl/g73jPiwhich will give you a flavour of what is to come. In April we went to Salute and we took with us this artbook: https://goo.gl/5lT8Lc You can find pictures of at least 5 of the starting factions alongside information on the background and the history of some of the characters themselves. If you like what you see you can follow us on twitter @purgatoryminis or you can follow our facebook page: www.facebook.com/purgatoryminiatures along with the other 1600+ followers we are lucky to have. We have a website: www.purgatory-miniatures.co.uk that gives you more information on the game and the world as well as having a shop where you can pick up models like Erishkigal below. You can see that we have some 'pedigree' in delivering highly detailed multi part resin models that are at 32mm scale. We have 7 models now released and the kickstarter bring the possibility of another 30 or more models that are all interchangeable to give you a dynamic and long lasting game. The pledges feature a number of different levels, where the more you spend the greater the value. The £90 set for example, includes 15 models, all coming with a unique insert for their base. 15 stat cards, 15 San Ban cards, unique art, dice, hard copy rulebook and 60 Gift of the Gods cards. It really is packed with value. So if you like the look of Purgatory, come on over and support the project as we ramp up for the War in Heaven! Thanks Team Purgatory

About this project We love miniatures. We love tabletop games. We love anthropomorphic animals, from Disney's Robin Hood through The Wind in the Willows to Brian Jaques' Redwall books. So we combined the things we love in our Burrows & Badgers range of metal miniatures. Why are we making them? Because we want them! And we know a lot of other people are looking for more anthropomorphic animal miniatures too. Some will want to use them for wargaming or roleplaying. That's what we do with ours - and there's a link below to a free .pdf copy of the Burrows & Badgers Skirmish Game rules for you to download, if you feel like trying it out. Other people love painting miniatures, and our figures are perfect for that, full of character ready to be brought to life with your paintbrush.... And some people just love collecting miniatures; again, we've made this new set of Burrows & Badgers figures perfect for collectors. They are all single piece models, with integral bases, so there are no fiddly parts to be glued on. We love making miniatures; we hope you'll love our miniatures too. Why we need your help... We've got 13 new miniatures sculpted, but they need to have moulds made before we can start producing the miniatures. And that's why we need funding; to get the moulds made, and get the casting process started. About the miniatures... There are other ranges of anthropomorphic animal miniatures out there, but ours are a little different. We didn't want all the races of animals to be the same size. Instead, we've scaled them to each other; so a shrew or a mouse is a very small model, about 20mm tall, and a really big animal like a badger will stand about 50mm tall, for example. Each sculpted figure shown below has a scale picture with it, showing its height in millimetres. All our models are supplied unpainted. And if you are interested in doing some anthro skirmish gaming, here's the link to the Burrows & Badgers website, where you can download .pdf files of the rules, warband rosters, FAQs and more: The Pledges Below you'll see pictures of the different Pledge levels available. Each picture shows you what's included in the Pledge, then below them you can see close-up pictures of the individual miniatures, which also include the prices if you want to add extra miniatures to any Pledge. Shipping costs vary depending on where you are; there's a graphic at the bottom of this page that lists all the shipping costs. All Pledges are set for an estimated delivery of December 2017, but we're hoping to deliver sooner than that. Pictures of the miniature sculpts Below you can see pictures of each of the miniatures, and there's a scale image at the bottom right of each picture to show the height of the model in millimetres. There's also a price at the bottom of each picture, for the Pick'n'Mix pledge, or to add extra models to any pledge.

I have the single deckers, and really like them. After failing to fund last time, the designer hit some trade shows, lined up some other financing, and has relaunched the campaign for double decker caddies. I think these would be great for games like Gloom that with the expansions quickly outgrow their original boxes. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/narrowshill/card-caddy-double-decker

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/621743078/the-goblin-king-miniatures-set Text Link because picture is a bit too non-PG. This is a miniature set featuring the Goblin King being carried around by his burly orc goons, as he flaunts his girls and his gold. The set fits well into any 28mm heroic to 32mm fantasy miniature setting. This set can be easily be the center piece to any goblin army.

Their last Kickstarter (Dwarves) was full of great, characterful sculpts and delivered very much on time. This here seems a worthy successor (look, Beagle, no Dwarves): Balalaika Maiden: The Gardariki Trade Caravans always include entertainers, poets and the like as well as the more pecuniary-inclined. When the day’s work is done, they string up a tune to entertain at the banquet table. Set 01 – Market Women: Although the actual Fair focuses on the trade of commodities and precious goods from near and far, supplies for daily life in the bustling town is provided by the peasants and small craftsmen from the city’s bailiwick. In many cases, it is the women who man the stalls and wander the market square proffering their goods. Set 02 – No time to chat!: As the market opens, there is always a jostle for the best spots. No time for a friendly chat then, although once the hunting grounds have been staked out, call and chatter fills the various market areas. Set 03 – Georg von Würstenberg, Master of the Butchers’ Guild: Formerly a mere butcher, Georg von Würstenberg made his way to the top of the prestigious Butchers’ Guild, his paunch equalling his influence and power. Some say that, along the way, various rivals ended up in his product, but not to his face! Wherever he goes, he is announced by his herald, Peter Pfefferbeis. Set 04 – Guardsmen of the Butchers’ Guild: The Guilds of Bruegelburg always vie for the prime spot in the City Council, and many are not above using nefarious means to advance their own position. Hence, prominent Guild members are escorted by armed guards, who also make up militias policing various areas of the town where the Town Guards cannot or will not go. Set 05 – Patricians: The richest and most powerful merchants of Bruegelburg are commonly called “Patricians”, and it is they who head the various factions in the City Council. As the Fair opens, they can be seen ambulating across the Grand Hall, sampling wares and making deals. Set 06 – Country Nobles: The City of Bruegelburg is surrounded by various small villages and fiefs, some loyal to regional potentates, some allied with the city. The heads of these fiefs invariably visit the city for the great Fair to see and be seen. Set 07 – Paupers of Bruegelburg: At the bottom of the social ladder, a teeming mass of paupers and beggars, pickpockets and thugs makes a living in the meaner parts of town. As the market opens, they venture forth to profit from charity and carelessness, respectively. Set 08 – A Word in Jest: Entertainment is a key aspect of the Market Day, and Jesters from near and far are happy to provide. Just don’t forget to guard your purse as you watch their antics on the stage! Set 09 – A jesting Tjost: An increasingly popular pageant in recent years is the “Jesters’ Tjost”, a parody of the grand tournaments that hail back to the great days of knights long past, with the entertainers striving for the most amusing way to “unhorse” each other and poke fun at their betters. Set 10 – Days of Childhood: Market Day is a welcome diversion from the often dull and dreary life of kids in Bruegelburg, and gaggles of children can be seen everywhere.

About this project Trio is born from my videogames experience, is born by my idea to create a variegated set that include different types of subjects including animals, armours, textiles and skins of various types. The busts of this campaign are all handsculpted by Alberto Acquaviva and me and all are in resin cast. Through this busts i want to show you how the wisdom can be beautiful and delicate, how the courage can be aggressive in front of a trial and how the power can corrupt your face...and your soul. All this collection busts are composed just by one piece except Heero, the courage that is composed by three parts. The collection has been conceived to be easy to assemple and ready from the unboxing to be painted. Is a good trial for both beginners and veteran painters. You can play with colors, lighting effects or freehanding on open surfaces, on little details or animal mantles. So,I hope my project excites and involves you like it did to me. Thanks for reading. Below you'll find the description of all characters, their size and more details on this campaign. Regarding the shipping costs there are two price ranges. First range: shipping up to 4 figures, 5€ Second range: 5+ figures,10€ However be informed that the more models you'll purchase, the bigger will be the discount applied, so your shipping will be anyway cheap.
