  1. This is the Chainmail Mordengard Dwarf Fighter from Wizards of the Coast. I am painting my Mordengard Dwarves with an alternate color scheme to represent a planetouched dwarven subrace. This dwarven subrace all have grey skin, all black eyes, and metallic hair.
  2. Hi everyone, I'm going to try the WIP thing to keep me motivated, and to help me improve on a few things. Most of these are mid-process, or very lightly started. I have a specific way I paint, and I really only photograph about once a week. So, without further adieu, here begins my wip. First up, we have The Bones Gnoll, about 2/3 of the way through how I paint, but there are several areas to improve upon. My intent is to give a more rusted look to the metallics, and to bring up the leather straps. In person, I'm happy with the upper fur, with the feet needing improvement (and the le
  3. I'm planning on painting Ulf Gormundr soon, and I want to get him as close as i can to the painted example on this website. So maybe someone can help me out with some of my questions. To be blunt: How did they do that blue chainmail? How did they do that NMM Gold? How did they get the blonde hair to look so real? On the subject of blonde hair, I have the reaper 3 tier Blonde paints. It works well, but it doesn't come out looking as good as Ulf's hair. While i'm on the subject of blonde hair, I'm also planning on painting Seoni, as she is on this site, and her blonde hair looks post
  4. I thought this was a pretty nice way to get a decent chainmail bag. Love the idea of adding rubber rings to allow more flexibility. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/259903200/stretchy-chainmail-dice-bags
  5. Hello Gamers! I took all of the wonderful advice I received from you guys & gals from my previous post and tried to implement it into this Dwarven fighter. Please let me know what you think and how I can improve on my next mini. Thanks ahead of time. Take care.
  6. This is (Razet)...an adventure group deadly foe. Razet sold his soul to chaos and has the ability to vanish and teleport back to a location where he is brought back to life so he can continue his hunting & killing of all humans. The only way to kill him (so he stays dead) is to kill the necromancer he is employed by first. I don't rember the company that released this metal figure. He is a game playing piece.
  7. This is an Abyssal Ravager from Wizards of the Coast. As in D&D description I've chosen the green color to give it a venomous aspect.
  8. This is a War Ape from Wizards of the Coast.
