  1. I think if you just look at this Miniature, you will know I was having a fantastic time. This provided lots of experience in cleaning (nasty mold line filing), and ran me through the gauntlet of any skills I have. I used some freehand painting on shield; and played with black and white photos working the shadows. Highlighting was a hoot ! The opportunity to take this figure in a thousand different directions is amazing. Needless to say, I have totally enjoyed this Miniature. I hope the rest that I have to do prove to be as entertaining. As always, your comments and critiques are appreciated, and requested. Here is what I have done with the Minature:
  2. I'm doing something a little different. Rather than do a WIP, I'm kinda doing an "Okay this is what I am up to". I'll post things to this "WIP" as I move along. Gets me away from the "do some work, take photos, edit photos, crop photos, post photos syndrome. I need to focus on just painting for a bit. So, here is the mini almost all base painted. I'm planning on some freehand on that shield. He's also painted in old bronze for the armor.
