If we hit our stretch goals, backers can expect to receive even more of these sets included with their shipments at no extra cost! There will be an equal distribution of all styles so it will be a truly random pull. These bags easily hold 12 standard 7-dice polyhedral sets. They are built to last and looking at any of our previous projects will reveal our customers love them! All the dice bags feature a soft, but tough exterior and a smooth satin liner. The designs are fully embroidered. We perform a thorough QC of each bag before shipping to make sure you get a bag that will last you years to come!

  6. For your consideration I present Sir Vigintor, d20. This particular highroller was painted pink for a pink challenge issued by a Twitch streamer that I follow. In addition to the model being painted every entrant was required to also provide the backstory and here is mine. Sir Vigintor began his life as Vinny in the city of Baldur’s Gate as the son of a local bartender. His father had a bad gambling problem and was in debt to the Chance Thieves Guild and couldn’t provide for Vinny. So the Thieves Guild took the boy in as payment with a promise to care for him and train him so long as the father kept paying them and allowed the Guild to use his bar to store items from time to time. Vinny was never treated as a slave or made to think any less of his father. He was trained as a fighter who eventually served as muscle for the Guild. One day he was sent to collect payment from a business owner that had fallen behind on their debt. He was told to collect gold or their body. When he received his assignment he realized it was his own father he was sent to “collect” and refused. The Guild Master Grix understood the boys plight and offered him a roll of his dice. If the boy won he would be free to leave the Guild and his father would be free of their debt. If he lost the roll he would forfeit his life and his fathers life. Grix allowed the boy to take the first roll and upon grabbing the 20 sided die, Vinny passed out as the world went black. When Vinny woke up he found himself in the dungeon of the Guild and his body had been horrifically transformed into that of a giant Pink 20 sided dice! Grix approached the cell and started to mock Vinny. He explained that no one ever leaves the Guild and his father had been executed and his bar burned to the ground. Vinny felt a rage well up inside him to a level that he had no control over, he tumbled across the cell floor with blinding speed and reached through the bars and grabbed Grix by the neck with such force that his neck snapped. The force of the impact against the cell door had also broken it free of his hinge and Vinny managed to grab a sword and shield and sneak his way out of the Guild and into the night. Vinny changed his name to Vigintor spent the next few years helping people where he could while adventuring and gained the favor of a the Lords of Waterdeep. He was knighted and given the title of Sir Vigintor and has been a protector of the realm for many years.
  7. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/wyrmwood/dice-by-wyrmwood?ref=discovery_category_newest Story Since 2013, Wyrmwood has been bringing our distinctive mixture of old-world craftsmanship, cutting-edge innovation and uncompromising service to your tabletop. It all began with our roleplaying accessories like the Dice Vault and GM Screen, then came Dice Trays and Tabletop Tiles for board game night - all crafted from beautiful natural materials and guaranteed for life. In 2017, Wyrmwood moved beyond the tabletop to the table itself, redefining the game table with the Wyrmwood Prophecy. But now it's time to go somewhere we've never gone before: DICE! We're partnering with Level Up Dice to bring the same quality and innovation you've come to expect from Wyrmwood to your roleplaying dice. Through a wide selection of beautiful natural and synthetic materials, and through an innovative new concept we call High Variance Dice that will bring something brand new to your next roleplaying session, this is the dice Kickstarter you've been waiting for. The greatest OPTIONAL dice concept ever. You love it - it's yours for a small fee. You hate it, no need to upgrade. Totally up to you :) What are High Variance Dice? High Variance dice are dice that have been shifted to exaggerate extreme results, without sacrificing the overall average value of the rolls. For example, on a typical d6, you have the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. The average roll is a 3.5. On a High Variance d6? 1, 1, 3, 4, 6, 6. The average roll is STILL a 3.5, however your chances of great success - or massive failure - have just doubled. Each die in the set has the same concept applied. The result? A set of dice designed for those situations where characters are really headed for one of only two things: a glorious victory, or a crushing defeat. Either way, it'll be something the party will never forget. We've all been there, and we've all got the stories; that session where the party was on its last legs, and everything depended on THAT roll. The dragon was closing in, the cleric was on his second death save, the wizard was out of spells... but the Barbarian, positioned on a ledge high on the cavern wall, had one last chance to save the day. She charged, leapt off the edge, and raised her axe high above her head as she came crashing down on the dragon. She rolled her attack, everyone held their breath, and... Of course, you should always let your GM know you'll be bringing or playing with High Variance dice, since they are non-standard. As for how to use them? The sky’s the limit: The “all or nothing” scenario, where everything comes down to one last-ditch effort. An otherwise normal character puts it all on the line. Venturing into the wrong forest, you’ve caught the attention of a devious fae looking for amusement. An enchantment on one or more of your party.means all of your ventures are doomed to result in either wonderful fortune or horrifying failure, but hardly anything in between. Will you get back to normal when you leave the forest? Will you want to? Growing up, your character always had an intrinsic bias towards extremes… everyone knew that you were destined to be a great hero… or a complete disaster. Now, beginning your adventuring career, you’re finally ready to find out which it will be. High Variance Number Arrays The possibilities are endless. And again, since the overall average roll is the same, the dice can be used with little worry of imbalancing the game - the goal is to make things more fun and more extreme, NOT easier or harder. They can work in any d20 based system, and every GM can surely think of several ways to employ them - how will they fit into your game? ALL dice in the campaign are available as a standard set of 7 polyhedrals, 3d6, d20, or any combination, in standard OR High Variance numbering! Dice in the campaign are available in a variety of synthetic and natural materials. Materials shown: Howlite (gemstone), Primrose Candy Glass (glass), Koi (resin), Cherry (wood)
  8. The pips on some of my dice are fading into uselessness. Any tips on refreshing their visibility? One set is definitely Chessex but the other is of unknown provenance.
  9. An old D10 adventurer. Tried to make him look like a worn out old die.
  10. http://kck.st/2OP1igG Kobolds Vs. Goblins is a game designed, tested, built and played by my son Max and me (You saw him in the video). The concept was something we came up with for a contest on The Game Crafter using roll & write mechanics. What we ended up making was a fast and fun game that can be played by people of any age. It's quick and easy to learn and setup is as easy as opening the box. Max and I decided that people shouldn't be forced to buy our game just to play it. So, you are free to download the full color print and play version of the game using this link. FREE PRINT AND PLAY (including solo mode) You'll need 6 normal D6 dice and something to mark the paper. (For prototyping, we used clear cubes, but pencil with eraser will work also) I'll admit... I have no idea how those of you who share KS from others include all the details and fancy stuff. I clearly didn't do this correctly. Munchkin Metropolis traditionally does woodcrafting, and I've been very satisfied with the quality and production time that's come from my prior interactions with him. Figured I'd try and get the word out about his current KS, which he developed with his son.
  11. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/goatdice/goat-dice-changing-the-way-we-roll What are GOAT Dice? Polyhedral 20 sided dice that produce a visual swirling effect when rolled. The effect is akin to animation or holographic. Don't believe me? Watch the video! Handmade and Artisanal. Each GOAT Dice is produced by hand by one person(me). The process takes 4 days total with many overnight curing processes. The dice are made from resin and secret proprietary ingredients to create the visual effect. Are these dice fair? The #1 question asked. The truth is, I don't know, but I think so. I've rolled these dice hundreds of times to shoot the very videos you see here as well as having played with them and they don't seem to be unfair based on my experience. They cannot be tested by the infamous salt water trick because they sink due to their higher than normal weight and density. They roll just like any other D20 with one small difference. The inertia from the spinning core causes a drama moment at the end of the roll, sometimes the inertia is strong enough to make the dice flip one more side and other times the inertia is not strong enough and it does a bounce back. This does not effect the randomness, but can create tension. Shipping. I've done shipping like this, on a good month working full time I can make 300 total GOAT Dice, so I've split that in half and adjusted the shipping accordingly. The early backers, the first 150 dice, I am expected to get out before the end of December and with any luck delivered before Christmas. Then I batch them into 3 months (450) for each quarter of 2020, so if you miss early backing then your delivery will be targeted for end of march, if you miss March, end of June and so on. Best case scenario all dice are shipped in half the time allotted. When one reward tier is out of stock, another will be added with +3 months on expected delivery. GOAT Admirer $1 You like what you see and want to support this project. You can adjust your pledge at anytime and choose a reward. If you adjust your pledge for a reward, I will do my best to place you in the correct shipping timeline based on your time of pledging. If you want dice, best practice would be to back one of the other tiers. Petting Zoo GOAT $25 You will receive a single GOAT Dice of your choosing. Mountain GOAT $45 You will receive two GOAT Dice of your choosing. Add $22.50 for additional GOAT Dice up to 4, if you want more than 4 you are upgraded to GOAT Shepherd. (you may choose the same color twice or more) GOAT Shepherd $95 You will receive five GOAT Dice of your choosing. Add $18.00 for additional GOAT Dice, no maximum. 12. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/dispeldice/dispel-dice About Tabletop RPG gaming saved my life during a time when I was really struggling. The act of a scheduled activity where I would go have fun with friends on a regular basis helped me overcome my depression. It helped me build stronger connections with friends, create a sense of community, and, as cheesy as it sounds, gave me somewhere to belong. As a way to contribute back to the fandom creatively, I started Dispel Dice. Since then, it’s grown more than I could have possibly imagined in a short period of time. I want to share Dispel Dice with the world, and to do that, I need to accelerate production so it can be sustainable long-term. Dispel Dice stands in solidarity with Kickstarter United. To promote our debut, we have some Day One Pledge Bonuses available until tomorrow morning! They will be added to your pledge, free of charge, if you pledge within the first 24 hours. Day One Pledge Bonuses stack on top of the general Kickstarter bonuses. All orders placed up until 11/7, 9:00AM PST will qualify for a Day One Pledge Bonus, but after that, the offer expires! The pin may still be ordered during and after the campaign, but the D20 is exclusive to Day 1 pledgers. If you pledge 3 sets or MORE, you will receive the Merlot D20. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING OR FEES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY. SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED ON TOP OF YOUR ORDER AFTER THE KICKSTARTER CONCLUDES VIA BACKERKIT. VAT TAXES, IMPORT FEES, CUSTOMS FEES, & DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

  14. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1398817948/polyhedral-dice-advent-ure-calendar-1?ref=discovery_category_newest About Step inside traveler! Leave the wind and snow and troubles of the road outside and have a seat by the fire. Welcome to the Holiday Tavern where all adventurers are welcome and the merriment never ceases! Black Oak Workshop is proud to present our first Advent-ure Calendar! The holiday season is fast approaching and we have a dice themed advent calendar to help count down your season in dice-loving style. Inside this calendar you will find 24 custom polyhedral dice that feature all new, never before seen designs. They come in holiday themes and colors to lend some special magic to your season! This is a very simple project. Production samples of all aspects of the project have already been completed, reviewed and approved. Based on this and the timetable for production, we have decided to begin production - it is already underway! As such, this is not an open-ended production run and we have capped the number of units available on the project. There is a reserve quantity to satisfy projected retail orders, but essentially this is it. We feel great about this project! At the outset, we are already farther along in the process than normal. The Advent-ure Calendar is designed to stand up and be used to test roll your dice! The back folds down to reveal a warm and welcoming tavern interior and you can even roll your dice on the tavern floor. Plus, there is some cool hidden stuff in the tavern interior illustration! Below are some photos of the actual production samples. Note the dice in the photos are NOT the ones inside the calendar, though they are the same size (we included them for scale purposes). The interior features a vacuum formed tray that safely holds each die in the assigned location until you break the perforation on the related day. Now is your chance to secure one of these for yourself! Quantities are strictly limited and, while we plan to return again next year with another in the series, this version of the calendar and the dice inside will never be produced again. We are offering these calendars in quantities of 1-3 (by reward levels). Additional units will not be available in the pledge manager as we must have a firm handle on quantities post funding period. If some units are available after this project has fulfilled and retail orders have been satisfied, we will list those on our main website. While we are steadfastly choosing not to reveal images of the dice inside to preserve the magic and fun of opening an advent calendar, we can tell you the following: All the dice are larger Black Oak sized dice - these are big and fun to roll! All the dice feature entirely new custom designs and they are not available anywhere else! These dice are exclusive to this project! All the dice are unique - there are no duplicates inside! All the dice inside feature either solid, swirl or glitter styles! There are three 7 dice RPG sets included. Each set is different from the others and features a matching theme reflected in the design and color choices. There are three additional d20s that each feature unique colors and designs. The package art embraces an 'adventurer's tavern' theme and features beautiful artwork to help bring this theme to life. In addition to everything else, a bonus surprise waits inside! That's all we're saying!! Collectible! Except for two d20s inside the calendar (see Special Singles below), none of these will ever be available outside of this project. This is it! A Sample of our Dice We always strive to provide a fantastic product to our backers while also putting a focus on value. This project is no exception. We have $60 retail value of our dice within the calendar (plus a cool surprise) and everything is presented in our first formal retail packaging that doubles as a fully functional advent calendar. We commissioned the Fraim Bros to do our box art and we feel they really brought the magic to this project!

  19. About Hello! And welcome to Knot Dice Squared - 26 more knot dice in three new designs for you to combine with the original for more inspiration. Create larger and more intricate Celtic knots while playing with these amazing dice! Add some new twists to your knot dice games...Include more friends...Design larger beautiful patterns...Play through an entirely new set of puzzles...Challenge yourself further with Knot Dice Squared. Shipping is free in the US, and low worldwide. This project is EU, Canada, Australia, and China Friendly. If you're already familiar with Knot Dice, you can skip ahead to the next section. Knot Dice are big beautiful dice, a forest green pearlized acrylic with indented silver lines. The designs are continuous around the entire die. They don't have numbers on the sides, but placing them side-by-side forms amazing Celtic knot patterns. Some enjoy having them around just to make designs. But they also can be used to play a large number of games and puzzles. The original Knot Dice set includes rules to 12 games and 7 types of puzzles, with dozens of individual puzzles. There are cooperative games, competitive games, speed games, puzzle games, storytelling games... Individual descriptions of each of the games and puzzles are available on the original Knot Dice Kickstarter page, and full rules and video instructions are on the Black Oak Games Knot Dice page. the original Knot Dice, some of the new Knot Dice, and a design using both I definitely recommend playing with the original Knot Dice first, before diving into the expansion, so if you order the Complete set (with both), don't open the expansion until you've gotten familiar with the original! The original is also available separately right now on the Black Oak Games web site. Knot Dice 2? No, this is expanding Knot Dice to four dice total, so it's Knot Dice Squared! These new dice allow you to create a wide variety of beautiful new designs, they come with an entirely new book of puzzles, and they add some new twists and increase the player counts in some games. The four dice are: crossed (the original), squared, rounded, and bridge. Crossed dice have all paths crossing when they go over an edge; squared and rounded dice have all paths parallel when they go over an edge; and bridge dice have both parallel and crossed paths going over the edges, enabling the original knot dice to connect with the new knot dice. (I'll go into more detail about this in the first update.) The dice are still 20mm, much larger than normal 16mm dice: They still have that great hefty weight to them. And yes, the lines are still continuous around the dice.
  20. For those who really want to throw their money around!
  21. About this project The invention of dice can be traced back almost 5000 years. However, the dice you see before you now, retain a much deeper history than that. Crafted from the world's oldest wood, these dice are carbon dated to be 50,000 years old - 10 times older than the invention of dice themselves! This is your chance to own a rare artefact of our planet's immense history! Introducing the most fascinating gaming accessory in the world... The Wood: Ancient Kauri Ancient Kauri is the oldest and most exotic wood in the world. Not one tree was cut down to harvest it. Tsunamis levelled the mighty Kauri forests during the Stone Age, leaving the trees buried just below the surface of the ground and preserved in the water of peat swamps. The Ancient Kauri wood has neither petrified nor turned to coal. This underground resting place, sealed from the air, became a perfectly balanced cocoon that preserved the giant trees for 50,000 years. The wood used to craft the Ancient Dice is sourced from the awesome people over at Ancient Wood Ltd. All wood comes with certificates of aunthenticity. The natural iridescence of this incredible wood resonates the historical significance behind these dice. There is a very limited amount of Ancient Kauri on the planet. These dice shift the barrier between present day, and The Stone Age. To own one is to own a genuine prehistoric artefact; a glowing relic of truly ancient history. 50,000 Years Old To give some context as to just how old these dice are, here’s some info on how different things were here on Earth, when the trees used to carve these dice fell: Population was less than 10000 – humans faced extinction. Spoken and written language did not yet exist. The Ice Age persisted. Humans lived in the Stone Age - coexisting with Neanderthals. Europe's population was 0. Since the trees fell, the moon has orbited Earth 675,925 times.

This material is man-made and holds images extremely well . The material is also very durable and light weight. This is a similar material that we use to wrap our dice trays with, but in a rich brown color. These awesome dice bags are sure to be a hit at your gaming table! Size: Each bag measures 7x5x5 inches and holds approx. 400 16mm polyhedral dice with ease. Double Clasp: The top of every bag features 2 brass colored clasps for easy access. As shown below, this dice bag seals tightly to eliminate the risk of spills.
