  1. Everyone, tomb guardians just released their STL printable dwarves dungeon tiles. it looks awesome, it's cheap, they're funded, and they have tons of stretch goals available. I got their minis with another kickstarter and it was amazing quality and detail. I think these tiles will be the same. from the pictures, this is awesome terrain. I pledge the all in level. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tombguardians/3d-printable-fantasy-dwarven-mine-rpg-dungeon-tiles?ref=w4bpfa
  2. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1209005612/trailblazer-game-stamps?ref=discovery_category_newest About Game Stamps are a map-making tool for role-playing games, which can be used right at the table as you play. The Trailblazer stamps depict iconic terrain such as mountains, forests, or seas. Whether you're preparing for a campaign or mapping the adventure as it unfolds, the stamps let you create attractive paper and ink maps in a fraction of the time it would take to draw them. All of the artwork is compatible with 1" hexes and grids, making the stamps ideal for open-world games. Stamp each hex as the players explore it, or pass the stamps around the table and create a shared world. No matter how many people contribute to it or how many sessions it takes to explore it, the map will be detailed and consistent. Game Stamps are made of natural gum rubber, deeply etched to produce a high quality image. The rubber is precisely trimmed to avoid artifacts, and cushioned with thick foam to distribute pressure evenly, improving the quality of the impression. The hardwood mounts have an hourglass profile, making them easy to grip. Each set comes in a cushioned chipboard box and includes an archival-quality ink pad. A wonderful addition to the toolkit of any game group with a penchant for exploration. Whether you're creating a world ahead of time or improvising a hexcrawl on the spot, Brendan Day's Game Stamps will help you create a handcrafted map with speed and clarity. ~ Jason Lutes, author of The Perilous Wilds and Berlin. Game Stamps are a great idea executed well. They're a welcome addition to my gaming library. I can't wait to see more! ~ Tony Dowler, author of How to Host a Dungeon. Whether we use high quality pens and papers, or just scribble on the nearest scrap of paper, map making is one of the many hobbies within a hobby, that are part of being a gamer. When it comes to maps for fantasy games, there is an artistic quality to homemade one of a kind maps, that cannot be equaled. Game Stamps really do have that handmade look and feel. ~ Griffith Morgan, Co-Director of Secrets of Blackmoor: The True History of Dungeons and Dragons. The Trailblazer stamps depict the following terrain: Mountains Hills Grassland Swamp Forest (Deciduous) Forest (Conifer) Sea Desert Tower Village Castle or Walled City Megalith or Dungeon Entrance If you back at the Wanderer or Explorer level, you will receive a starter set containing 6 or 9 stamps. The Wanderer level lets you choose either the Deciduous or Conifer forest, whereas the Explorer level includes both of the forest designs. If you back at the Adventurer, Wayfinder, or Cartographer level, you will receive all of the designs. The Wayfinder and Cartographer levels include 3 additional stamps, which depict individual trees. 1/2" Tree (Deciduous) 1/2" Tree (Conifer) 1/2" Tree (Leafless) You can use these smaller stamps to create mixed terrain such as forested hills, or to add variety to large sections of woodland. All sets include a jet black archival-quality ink pad, but if you back at the Cartographer level, you will receive three additional ink pads in colors of your choice. I recommend Cobalt Blue and Vermillion Red, but other colors are available.

  10. "Hi Everyone, It has been quite a while since I posted an update about any of Dark Fable Miniatures upcoming projects. Unfortunately, I became very ill back in January and was diagnosed with cancer. Since that time everything pretty much ground to a halt while I have been receiving chemotherapy treatment. Slowly but surely I have started to recover and gain my strength back and now feel ready to launch a Kickstarter project soon. Well over a year ago Dark Fable purchased the rights and moulds to a number of lines from Otherworld miniatures, including the Evil Cultists. We wanted to rerelease these excellent miniatures and have some new moulds made for them to produce some really nice crisp clean castings. We also asked the original sculptor of these miniatures, Kev Adams, to make some new additions to the Evil Cultist line. These new sets have all been completed and will soon be sent to the mould maker. I wanted to give everyone who supported our last kickstarter a heads up before we launch Evil Cultist project - although I do not have an exact date yet it will probably be in a week or so. If you have any questions please message me - Thank you! Mike"

  13. A bit late, as there's only 21Hours left at this time, but... https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/lumir-k-the-one-and-only-cooking-oil-led-lamp/x/10803452#/ I'm at the 'Get 1 Give 1' which means I'm getting one of these weird lamps, and a family without electricity in Cambodia also gets one. ----------- Overview Lumir K is a cooking oil powered LED lamp that converts the thermal energy of cooking oil into electricity. ▶Make an Impact- Bring the light to the people living without electricity. ▶1 Lumir K = 100X candlelight ▶Easy to Use-Just placing the lamp over the lit wick will turn the LED light on. ▶Accessible-Olive or canola oil, it doesn't matter what kind of cooking oil is. ▶Instant light-No need of charging or battery ▶Efficient-Consumes the only 5ml of oil for 1 hour of light ▶10-year life span Small heat energy turns the 100 times brighter LED light. Less Consumption, Less Emission Lumir K converts the small thermal energy of cooking oil into electricity and it turns on the bright LEDs. This amazing lantern will light up where you want and it make an impact on the world where it is needed. From now, Cooking oil turns to the power source of your lamp. Lumir K uses cooking oil to generate electricity. Cooking oil is one of the cheapest and familiar ingredients as it is easily found from grocery stores in the city to tiny kiosk shops in a remote area. Olive, canola and sunflower oil, it doesn't matter what kind of cooking oil is. Without any batteries or external power supply, only with tiny flame which is as big as candle, Lumir K gives you an instant and 100 times brighter light. Lumir K is an easy, accessible and sustainable solution for those who need a light. With a goal to light up the world, team Lumir had a successful campaign with our first product, candle powered LED lamp. We promised to keep developing solutions for families in the off-grid area and finally came back with Lumir K by improving efficiency and changing fuel as cooking oil. Lumir K achieved CE and its core technology is patented. We are happy to share this achievement with you, and we need your support to take one step further. Lumir K will brighten up anywhere light needs to touch. Lumir has been resolving the light shortages and delivering the beauty of light. Our journey started from a small but momentous experience during the trip to India, learning that there are so many places around the world suffering from unreliable or no electricity supply. Among 1.2 billion who do not have access to electricity, most of them rely on candles or kerosene lamps which is dark, harmful for health and the environment. Using kerosene lamps indoors has the same effect as smoking 40 cigarettes and the cost for fuel takes up even 30% of the household's income. Instead of unreliable supply, Isn't it be possible to maximize the light from a candle or a kerosene lamp? That was the question that led us to invent Lumir K as an effective solution for the light shortage issue. In the case of kerosene lamps, only 10% of the energy from the fuel is used for illuminating because the flame itself is the direct light, and the rest, 90% of the energy is just scattered in the air as a heat. However, Lumir K harnesses the wasted 90% of the heat energy to turn on the LEDs, so it is pretty economical as it provides a brighter light only with a small flame. LUMIR K can be used anytime and anywhere while solar lamps has a big weather constraints in many areas like Indonesia where the average rainy days are more than 160 days. After our first crowdfunding campaign, we became a partner of KOICA, Korean International Cooperation Agency, and Lumir K was piloted in Indonesia. Lumir K provides 4.1 times brighter light than kerosene lamps, while its economic effect was also achieved with 80% lower fuel consumption compared to kerosene lamps. It also reduces carbon emissions by about 90%.
  14. Didn't see a post on this one and it is in the final 24 hours. It is from Mythic Games, the originators of Mythic Battles series. This one is a bit less serious and more along the lines of Arcadia Quest/MOBA comic-fantasy theme. It is a skirmish game for 2 or 4 players. Miniatures are on 45mm bases and fall in the 32-45mm range. It appears that the bases are pre-sculpted. If MB:P is any indicator, the quality of the miniatures should be pretty solid as well. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1162110258/super-fantasy-brawl/
  15. Sorry if I've missed seeing this one. It's the latest KS from Agate/Studio 2. This time it's not Esteren but the project that Iris has been working on. It sounds like it is pretty well done in French, so this project is to finance printing of the English edition. Fateforge

  18. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/614216986/axolotl-playing-cards?ref=category_newest&ref=discovery About THE AXOLOTL DECK The Axolotl Playing Cards are a project created to help support the axolotl conservation efforts in México by spreading knowledge about this amazing creature through the art contained in these playing cards. AXOLOTL The Axolotl is famous and beloved, a celebrity among amphibians. Named after an Aztec god and the inspiration for a Pokemon, it can heal itself better than Wolverine from the X-Men, even regrowing lost limbs. In nature, the Axolotl is in peril. It is native only to Lake Xochimilco, a UNESCO World Heritage site outside Mexico City. In 2006, the species was declared critically endangered due to habitat degradation and the pervasiveness of invasive fish in the lake. In 2009, experts estimated that the axolotl population had fallen 90 percent in the past four years, a decline further exacerbated by urbanization. In 2015, scientists briefly believed that the critter might have gone fully extinctin the wild—only to find one a few weeks later. This little guy its been in danger for a long while now and needs our support to survive. If this project gets funded, We will be able to donate 100% of all profits produced from the decks of cards that remain after the campaign. Donations will be focused on different conservation efforts projects that will help restore the axolotl, like donating to Units for Environmental Management (better known as UMAs in México) which are special spaces dedicated to the breeding of axolotls and Various projectsdedicated to restore the natural environment of the Axolotl in Xochimilco. THE AXOLOTL DECK Axolotl Playing Cards 56 cards! (52 cards + 1 joker + 1 thank you card + 2 educational cards about the axolotl). Fully custom art for all the court cards, aces and joker. Matte black tuck box and spot UV ink print for all the details. Printed by Cartamundi on their amazing True Linen B9 Finish. ACE OF HEARTS UNDER WATER Axolotl Playing Cards features original art for every card it contains (court cards, aces, joker, regular number cards and back design) inspired in the Axolotl and its natural environment, the design focuses on 3 main elements: The Axolotl Water Water hyacinth The back design illustrates how the axolotl interacts with this elements that are constantly present through all its life. Ripples in the water created by the movement of the axolotl pass through the water hyacinths, this scene displays the harmony that its present between the 3 elements the water hyacinth, the axolotl and the water. THE BACK DESIGN The aces were inspired by the Axolotls cute almost child-like looks and the curious interaction that they sometimes have with different plants (in this case the water hyacinth). THE ACES OF THE AXOLOTL DECK

  20. So, I just realized there isn't a thread here yet on that officially licensed game based on everyone's favorite the best known dinosaur franchise (sorry, I prefer Xenozoic Tales, here): https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/jurassicworld/jurassic-worldtm-miniature-game I can't say I'm overly impressed, given they don't seem to have anything but renders yet (making that Jun. 2020 delivery date look... optimistic, to say the least), and given the English project page certainly hasn't been run by anyone legitimately 'bilingual', casting some doubt on whether they'll manage to pick a 'specialized game translator' that can actually deliver quality English text (particularly, I'm concerned they'll use someone normally doing English to French translation without considering that doesn't really prove they're good at doing the reverse). I also don't like how they're being a little obtuse with the company(s) behind the project. Who exactly is Cimmeria? Why doesn't Exod have an actual website under that address? What does Bandecine have to do with anything? Overall, I guess I just convinced myself to give this a pass. Backing French companies waving - maybe not the brightest, but still - red flags on Kickstarter has a tradition of being a bad idea. Not risking this being the exception to the rule.

  24. Looking for Asian themed 3d printable buildings and terrain. http://kck.st/2EnIXlN War rages across the borders of the Empire, and creatures of legend descend from the hills and mountains to prey upon helpless villages and even the better-defended walled towns of these regions. Most deadly of them all is the Hobgoblin King, ruler of a vast city populated by his hobgoblin legions and their oni allies, along with flocks of quarrelsome tengu and even humans who traffic with such evil beings. The adventure sets offered in this Kickstarter range from defending a small village or attacking an outpost of hobgoblin soldiers, to adventuring in a human city based loosely on Northeastern Asia, to an all-out war in the Hobgoblin King's own city! The pieces are designed for 28mm D&D or other fantasy RPG gaming, but can be scaled to 15mm for wargames using smaller scale. These .stl files allow you to print two entire cities with dramatically different architecture reflecting their inhabitants, along with sinister bamboo forests to fill with monsters, treasures, and puzzles! Whether you're fighting hobgoblin raiders, conniving with thieves, plotting against the Emperor, or working to thwart the plans of the Hobgoblin King, this Kickstarter can give your players a visual spectacle they'll be talking about for years. Well-known 3D sculptor Iain Lovecraft is teaming up with ENNIE award-winning author Matt Finch and Zach Glazar of Frog God Games to bring you buildings and terrain designed to provide what gamers need with tabletop terrain - places to hide, places to put figures, things to climb, and all the little details that can sometimes get left out of the sculpting process. Including the ever-present dangers of "fat fingers," being able to see the minis over the terrain, and cat attacks on the table setup. All of these files print without the need for slicer supports.
  25. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/atlantisminiatures/atlantis-miniatures-28mm-wood-elves?ref=discovery_category_newest About Welcome to our latest Kickstarter release: Wood Elves A collection of wood elf miniatures that will continue to grow after the completion of this project. So let us know what else you want to see. We may even squeeze a few more miniatures into this campaign! Artist (Dan Jack): "This was quite an exciting project to work on. I have always pictured wood elves to be more feral and slightly darker than modern interpretations. The horns for me, are a way of depicting an elder, in an otherwise young looking race. As the elves become more integrated with the forest, they start to develop horns, which are seen as a nod to their stature with in the force. You will see some of the leaders with horns. This in turn, is a foundation we will be building into the narrative of our game. The death of an elf works in both directions. As they come closer to death and old age, you shall see a more warped by the forest aesthetic. I am looking forward to pushing this further with characters in the expansion of this range, as well as more young'uns." Please note that the items that are shown in black are a guaranteed addition to box sets. They will be revealed as stretch goals to generate excitement! Shipping Date: APRIL 2020 If you don't want the full box set, you can build your own custom order, by adding up the value of the items you want, and then pledge that amount in the 'build you own pledge' reward. You will get to pick and choose what you want in the pledge manager using your credit.
