This is a figure for a hat-friend. I did a base that wasn't just default, go me? I don't usually do that. I am going to try to give him pinstripe pants.

1. CON GOERS: Please note that I am not employed by Reaper, nor am I an authorized company representative; I am, at best, a fan boy who sticks out in a crowd due to being an old guy wearing a large purple hat. I cannot intercede to get you tickets, classes, or swag bags, and paying me for things will not get them; the best I can do is go bother Bryan or Ron or someone on your behalf. I am knowledgeable, and can cheerfully answer questions, but I cannot honestly accept your money or exert any authority on your behalf. I can tell you who to talk to, and where they might be; that's as good as I can do. 2. Bryan's hat is largely a matter of personal style. My hat is largely a matter of sheer bombast. My hat does not imply or confer any authority, as listed under #1, above, although compliments are appreciated. 3. It is possible to get the THE HAT ribbon for your con badge by stealing and wearing Bryan's hat temporarily; he is agreeable to this so long as you give the hat back, although I don't know if he has any THE HAT ribbons left. Stealing MY hat and wearing it will not get you a ribbon, as I have no ribbons to give, although I was told by Mary LaGrange, back in the third grade, that I had cooties, thus implying that by stealing and wearing my hat, you may be in danger of getting those. Furthermore, wearing my hat for any extended length of time risks your possession by the Lingering Spirit of Nagash, as per the UNDEAD army book, p. 64, under "Magic Items." The only persons immune to this effect are Nagash himself, Dr. Bedlam, (by virtue of superior mental discipline and an ego the size of Baltimore) and possibly Buglips the Goblin (by reason of sheer insanity). 4. The brass insignia on the Purple Hat is a Jagermonster pin. For a full explanation, see the Airship Entertainment web site, or the cast page for Phil and Kaja Foglio's excellent steampunk webcomic "Girl Genius" at www.girlgeniusonline.com. It is notable that informally, at least, a Jagermonster is ranked by the size and style of his hat. I am happy to assist anyone with questions or concerns, or direct you to someone who can. Tips are certainly appreciated, but not necessary.
