  1. Howdy, Every crew needs a leader... Click, Kev!
  2. Painted this guy up for an upcoming campaign. The party should get terrified by a large group of orcs and trolls. If they do any scouting they will be able to discover that the whole group is blind, but still pretty effective a fight. The real trick will be if they do enough exploring during the adventure, they'll actually come across a powerful devil that is bargaining for major power, for the minor cost of one of their senses. The eye marking on the shield signifies the cost of sight. The party will be able to barter their senses, or fight the devil. The fig originally had a bunch of gloves and spikes coming out of the shield that I wasn't a huge fan of, so I snipped them off with a nail clipper. If I could do it over, I would have used something to smooth it out a little more before I started painting. I'm also not overly pleased with the gold colored boots, so I may go over them some day with a different paint. Overall, pretty pleased with how it turned out though. Of course, I appreciate any critiques and advice! Thanks!

  5. This was for the Fall 2014 Miniature exchange. I decided to go pick Kharsin as my partner (since I'm one of the coordinators and we get to do that). It was a lot of fun to do, I originally had a whole different idea planned with a swordmage facing off against an orc archer on a wet cobblestone street, but early feedback from a few friends who aren't doing the exchange helped me refine my ideas. Inspiration struck and I decided to do more of a scratch build. The Tavern itself is made from balsa wood covered in plasticard, the McFiggin's sign is from the Oathsworn kickstarter, the door and mug are both Hirst Arts pieces (kindly given to me by Bonwirn), and the cobblestones are cut to size from an egg carton. WIP located here. Figures- Bregol Jagstone, Dwarf Ranger - Reaper SKU #03508 Sculpted by Tom Mason Material - Pewter Kavorgh, Black Orc Warlord - Reaper SKU #14560 Sculpted by Bobby Jackson Material - Reaper Bones Showdown at McFiggin's Tavern The night - well early morning - was cold, wet, and dark when Bregol Jagstone stepped out from McFiggin's Tavern only to find a behemoth of an Orc outside waiting for him. It was his mortal enemy, Kavorgh the Black, with his monstrous axe raised on high! Much to Bregol's dismay, the large mug he was holding full of the finest of dwarfish brew fell to the ground in his surprise, his red beard bristled and he quickly grabbed for his weapons to take out Kavorgh once and for all... Close-up of Bregol Close-up of Kavorgh (sorry he's blurry and I didn't realize it until after I sent the package to Kharsin) Anyhow, C&C are always welcomed and greatly appreciated, thank you for looking!
