One of Bob Ridolfi's sweet little undead monsters from earlier this summer. I tried some grey skin tones to give her a "definitely not human" look, with the contrasting pale yellow funeral dress. It's all right, and there's nothing you need to be concerned about here....

Presenting Edna, Craaaaazy Cat Lady! I had a lot of fun painting this mini, it's got some great details such as her crabby expression, the fluffy slippers, the rollers in her hair etc. I've been a bit self-indulgent here as I have immortalised my own cat twice in this mini (the one Edna is carrying & the one rolling on its back) & most of the others are cats I've known or looked after . The cats were very tricky to paint as they are so small - I had to paint them while they were still attached to their sprue. The tiled floor was created quite simply using air drying clay with grout lines etched into it. Thanks for looking, c&c's welcome!

Queen Ileosa, with a base made from countertop color matching samples. I figured, it's designed to look like marble / stone, so why not? I don't know whether to continue my sheer cloth attempt, or just give up and turn it back into red though, and I don't know what color to make her vest corset thing. Her back will be painted to look like peacock feathers. Yes, that is metallic blue in her hair. Perhaps too blatant. Should I tone it down? A conversion of Hannah Blackruby from a sorceress to simply a noble lady, involving twisting her hand sideways and epoxying in the rod from Sheila Heidmarch's weapon sprue (which I wasn't going to use). I have to say, I was expecting her arm to snap off halfway through; I now have a newfound respect for JB Weld, and I'm using it a lot more now. Her color scheme is more decided, and yes her gloves and coat lining will be white leather. I'm inclined to switch to a different color for her purse though; a white bag makes her right arm hard to read. Critique, comments, suggestions?

So when I first began painting in the mid 90's I came across a figure of a robed female and a dragon and it had a stone with celtic knotwork carved into it. I am trying to find out who made this figure so I can obtain another one. This was now17 years ago that I bought it so the lady's clothing I am unsure about, but the stone and the dragon I remember. It also came in a blue box and may have been 50mmish. I thought it was a Reaper figure but I don't see it in the NIC catalog. There is a figure similar to the one I'm remembering but it doesn't have the stone. It does have a lady and a dragon though. It's this one: http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/02452/sku-down/02452 Has anyone seen a figure like this? It may have been a limited edition but I can't remember much more about it now. Thanks!
