  1. I have one player who always loves to play martial artists, so I have been trying to paint up the punchers and kickers in my collection for when we can play in person again, so he can have something to choose from. I named one of my cats after him, sadly my Bruce died too soon too. My Bruce with his brother Jet, when they were still little:
  2. This is Peruhain, Elven Monk (SKU 3169, Metal) from Reaper. I am trying to paint up at least one of every main class/race combination.
  3. I painted this one in Fall/Winter for @Jay for the 2017 Secret Santa. He said he was playing a martial artist in a tabletop campaign, so I gave him "Bruce Lee". Bruce Lee has some classic yellow and black pants, so I changed the black for red for flair. To avoid ketchup-and-mustard (and the original pants color is Mustard Yellow), I popped some doodles onto the belt. I did intense shading on the skin to make it clear that the dude is made of muscles. The yellow is shaded with Arbuckles Brown from Scale 75, which is pretty much a brown-purple, through Reaper Mustard Yellow, to Scale 75 Hykey Yellow, and Reaper Linen White. I kept the base minimal for ease of use in Jay's game, and gave the base some extra sealant, anticipating handling.
  4. This mini was a good opportunity to practice darker skin tones, and I am pretty happy with how the skin turned out. The foot wrap things on the other hand are pretty messy. Good enough for the table! And I added a T-shirt, since I didn't think she should have to worry about a wardrobe malfunction all the time.... Edited to fix SKU in title.
