I've had a project waiting in the wings for quite some time now, simply painting my box of goodwill picks. This project kept getting shuffled back in my queue so much that I'll now be painting picks from the 12th and 13th circuit. Though I have painted some of my picks a few still remain. Starting off I grabbed the three miniatures I was most excited to paint with the intention of only working on them one at a time. That didn't happen though as I soon found myself bouncing between two miniatures. Then before I knew it they were nearly finished.

It appears to have been a freighter of some sort. The traditional steam engines are not present, though plenty of mounting space exists for their addition. ...as well as a sizeable cargo hold. The interior has the rudiments of partitioning, though he can already see much of it has to go. ...and the local Mechanaether Guild is none too happy. Here they discuss the previous deck configuration - possibly landing strips for smaller Aeronef craft? ...though structures remain on its underside that could be reused for the bridge and other desiderata. Time and budget permitting, the "HMAS Leviathan" (provisional name) could be airborne by 1910. Who knows?

Some massive darkness still.., this time dwarfs and some minions warriors 4 in total to start with ( having 4 other type cooking )..

The Little Folk have FINALLY reached the head of the line. SO my next group will be the Goblins of Rapunzel's Twisted Tower & Goblin Village board...otherwise known as Rebel Minis' Dark Hold Goblins. Knights, Henchmen, Pack Rat, & a Villager Volunteer: The Adventures, Pack I: The Adventures, Pack II: The Militia: AND the ones I've started on...naturally with all those minis based & primed, I've started painting the unbased & just now primed ones; The Villagers: The Leader of The Rat: The Thinker: The Foil: AND The Fink, front view then back: The foil & The Fink are a team; i.e., the former takes the blame & the latter makes sure he does. ...& there you have What-I'll-Be-Doing-For-Awhile...with an occasional shiny break.

Here is my entry for 2015's P3 Grandmasters (the Privateer Press painting competition held each year). Overall, I was rather pleased with how she turned out. I felt that the green added something different that the character wouldn't have if she were painted any other way. She nearly wasn't completed in time for Gencon. I had actually planned ahead quite well, and would have had her finished handily, except that I got sick enough to stop working on her for almost six weeks in a row (just one minor sickness followed by another). In the end, I'm very glad I stuck with her, and I'm quite pleased with how she turned out. She received a gold. For those who care to vote, I've posted her up to CMON.

Finally finished these guys! Really like the sculpts, glad I got to discover these through warmachine. Kind of sad that I won't need any more, but that is just an invitation for dioramas and conversions, right? Skorne totally needs to bully some of these guys into beast handler duty.. Wooopsie: Any critique, feedback or hints appreciated :) I'm downloading gimp right now. How do you make pictures brighter?
