  1. This weekend's big project: Baphomet (aka Minotaur Demon Lord). I want him to look a bit off or unappealing. I went with 90% cool / cold colors, primarily blue-grey and white metal. The warm bronze hopefully emphasizes that pallor. Olive drab - the color of his little apron-thing, is of course drab and generally not a super great looking color, so it was a natural choice. Noteworthy: ALL Reaper paints except for the stone of the base, which is my usual Americana craft paint stone recipe). Almost everything is at least six layers deep. The flesh is painted up
  2. Space Lord Diorama, freely inspired by the cover art from Monster Magnet (rock band) albums. I had good help from my dad, who is an amatuer photographer, with the photos. I'm really happy with the result, both the photos and the paint. All kinds of critiq and comments are appressiated. I also posted theese photos in the Diorama Contest. Link to WIP thread here:
  3. Wait, D&D doesn't stand for Demons, Demons, and More Demons: The Party's Screwed? Two lovely to paint fellows from Bones 2 were finished last night, the Fire Demon/Balor and the Minotaur Demon Lord. I tried to do both up to also fit in a Khorne demon army.
  4. Critics!!!! Lem and his friend were just having a jam session at the local bar when an oversized cranky, horns on too tight, minotaur takes exception to the music... We now join in as the Demon Lord asks , not so nicely, the gnome to stop torturing that poor cat while lem looks on in amusment. This is made using Lem from bones 1 and the Minotaur Demon Lord as well as the Gnome Bagpiper from Bones 2. The floor, barrel and spilled tankard are all me. I tried my best at getting good pictures but something this large just screws with my camera. Coment
