  1. As mentioned in the "How did you come across Reaper Miniatures" topic, I just started painting two months ago. Don't feel like you have to go easy on critiques though. First prime, First paint, First wash Goldar (03461), painted grey to be a Goliath. First Boil and Chill (To remove lean), First eyes Dain Deepaxe (77074) First "OMG This is taking too long", First Dry Brush Bone Devil (77325) First Sculpt (cut off wings and used green stuff) Mummy Lich (77147) First highlights, first wet blend, first missing piece!   2. Just gave a quickish base coat to my Mummy Lich. Will be dipping this guy tomorrow to see how it goes. Tempted to paint him up right, but, I have lots of miniatures to paint for use in D&D, and never enough time. So he gets the dip. This is the first bones miniature I've painted. Washed and used spray primers fine. I always hit with black then white at a 45. His base was something I tested out. Basically he's mounted to a normal base. I attempted to use a hot glue gun to work the bump out... It didn't go as planned, however, it did create an interesting affect tha
  3. Okay, so I apologize in advance, but over the next few days you'll see a lot of topics from me. Love to paint and show off, but hate to take pictures, so I tend to take pictures in big ol' batches. Unfortunately the new posting rules discourage single dump threads, so I'll go ahead and just do a bunch of threads. Mostly tomorrow, but figured I'd start tonight. A couple of Reaper Bones mummies to start with. Great fun playing around with NMM gold on these guys.
