https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/crosslances/princesses-got-angry-3d-printable?ref=ksr_email_backer_project_update_registered_users_discover_project_similar_1 This might interest some people, as I'm sure most will recognize these angry ladies. Story Here we are! In another crazy project! Yes, this time the project is really peculiar! In our family we have 4 nieces and of course they are super in love with princesses, and various fairy tales, that they make us read or see on repeat! At a certain point we asked ourselves what would happen if the princesses weren't so sweet and cute anymore, but they would get angry and go crazy? And here is the result! In addition we discovered that the classic fairy tales, the original ones, are anything but cheerful, they are dark and disturbing! Another good reason for our girls to go crazy!

Just what it says on the tin. A princess from Cold War Miniatures...a SPACE princess! She looks like she'd fit in with my legions of Zarek, blue-skinned retro conquerors featured elsewhere in the Spacefuture tag. (Mostly Hydra Imperials, but some Reaper Numenera priests as well.) Here she is on a walk in the Imperial Gardens with her mother (played by Hydra's Empress Xenovia). Not sure the Empress approves of her daughter's choice of stepping-out wear--unlike the populace at large. Alas that looking at a member of the Imperial Houses without permission is punishable by a minimum sentence of execution, going up to some truly unpleasant punishments. It is estimated that Princess Khoshta is the third leading cause of death in the Citadel of Marduk.

This is the delightful SS18, Dwarf Queen from Oathworn's Sensible Shoes line, sculpted by Michael Lovejoy. I painted her up as a part of a project I called "Jade Green and Seven Dwarfs," the WIP thread of which, though incomplete, is here. She's a sweet princess / queen. I particularly liked the little flower molded into her war hammer. I tried to make her skin look a little darker, but I am not sure that comes across, especially with all that golden hair.

@Guildensternwas my assigned recipient for the Summer paint exchange. She likes CAV and 40k and all these things I don't know anything about! I thought @robinh had made a mistake in his assignments until I saw that she likes mouseling! Ok, mouselings are something I like to paint. I went to my stash of mouselings. Yes, I have a stash of mouselings. Doesn't everyone? I hadn't ever painted the prince snd princess before so decided I would paint them. I have no idea where the idea to turn a toilet paper roll and Tropicana lids into a tower came from but there it was, the idea for Ratpunzel was born. It was fun to make, paint, and put all the flowers on. So, without further ado.... Ratpunzel! Ratpunzel! Let down your tail!

This is a mini I finished for my cousin :) She loves Pugs and is constantly posting cute Pug videos so of course when I saw this mini I had to buy it and paint it for her. She also fosters a lot of dogs - her current foster just had 11 puppies!! (If you're in ID and looking for a pup, PM me ;)) Anyway, remember Adopt, Don't Shop! This is pretty much tongue in cheek/cute - I don't believe it's unsafe for family etc, but just in case, I'll be polite and spoiler :) (Next time I'll try to remember to take a picture before I ship the mini ><)

I have a three year old little girl (she'll soon be four) and she has a good imagination. Naturally, we'd like to steer this in the right direction, so I've been GMing once a week with my family. Right now it is just a homebrew system that we're keeping quite simple. We'll be moving up as we go. Our first hero is Drella. Her character class is definitely Princess, and while her normal tactic is to use either Scorching Ray or Magic Missile, she also tends to pull a sword out of hammer space when things get rough. And this is Ella, my wife's spellcaster. She's very helpful on adventures Last is Prince McGuffin. He mostly gets kidnapped by ogres, sorcerers, dragons and such. Our heroes have noted his aptitude for being captured, and have started keeping him from going out by himself for any reason. Last time our heroes sallied forth, they started out by locking him in a closet until they come back. I expected this campaign to mostly feel standard (we kill the monsters, save the prince and everyone is happy). But then my little girl realized that some of the monsters can talk- and if they can talk, they can be talked into doing things for them. My favorite was when they convinced an ogre that the dragon would be tastier than eating them, so he came along (all the time threatening to become too bored or hungry and start eating the party). Here are the three of them together.

This was made for and with my girlfriend. She painted the princess most of it..I finished it. This way she wanted to know what my hobby was like. It seems she likes to look at these but painting is not her thing. Too bad, I think she got talent. The Prince woos the Princess from the other pond, a Jester is chaperonne.

Hi all! this is my end of the year "here be dragons" diorama contest entry, fresh off the paint table this morning. this mini was salvaged from a three year stay at the shelf of shame and was begging to be worked on. the contest was a perfect excuse to do just that. originally i had been over ambitious with the level of detail work i wanted to do, and a thousand scales later and it hit the shelf. to get it how i had envisioned it (each scale as a gem) was just too much work and at the time my skill with that technique was much worse. over time the age of the PJ showed. i briefly considered stripping it and starting over but couln't get over the mental hurdle. the contest was an ideal excuse to finish it fast and call it "done" in whatever state it was in when time was up. better to have another completed than back in the box. the story: only her appointed elderly handmaiden had offered her council as she prepared for the dragon tithe. As the old woman hemmed her fine silken dress she whispered, "wear no perfume today my lady, and stretch in the cart. the beast will toy with you, princess, as a cat plays with a mouse. when you run, do not run home, for even if you did traverse the plain none here would dare aide you or offer you sanctuary. no, child, you must run to the ruins of the old city. there the stench of our ancestors will cover your scent. only then will you have a chance. even so, the dragon is crafty and......." the old woman cleared her throat and wiped an eye. how many times had she hemmed this dress, the girl wondered. how many seasons, how many "princesses?" the old woman continued," remember your childhood games, dear. hide and seek in the woods. if you should escape, do not return here, for the dragon will surely have his flesh. now go, sweet child, the magistrate is waiting." and an extra pic of the "princess" not included in the contest posting. she is removable and has her own matching base. this was done so that the models are useable as gaming miniatures as well as for a diorama. she makes for a total of 60 minis completed in 2013. comments/questions always appreciated!

Need help identifying this young lady. I painted her as a druid for a player in one of my groups. Any assistance finding the manufacturer would be greatly appreciated.
