Presenting the Smug Juggernaut, part of a special edition set from Wyrd Games for the game of Malifaux. I was going to wait until I'd painted the whole trio of Juggernauts before showing them off, but that's not happening anytime soon! Pretty pleased with him, especially his stripey pants, but he could've done with going on a bigger base. As always, any comments of criticisms are warmly received.

A mountain of a man in life, he was still an imposing figure in death. Presenting Jakob the Giant (The name doesn't make a lot of sense when he's solo like this, but he is somewhat larger than the rest of the skellies in the set), he's part of a Warhammer Underworlds set I've named Reinharts Deaths Heads. Pretty happy with this guy, think I managed to make his armour look well worn without going the rusty route, now I just need to get the rest of the Deaths Heads painted! As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Hello All, Here is a 02370 metal Dark Heaven Legends "Luther Baldwin, Templar Knight" I completed yesterday. Thank you for looking.

Given the fractured nature of their reality, Survivors settlements can evolve at vastly different rates. One can be full of artisan blacksmiths creating elaborate arms and armour from exotic materials, while their neighbours are still stuck in the stone age, relying on sharpened rocks and bone clubs. This is not necessarily a good thing though. While their settlement is no longer one rampaging lion attack away from ruin, they run the risk of attracting more dangerous entities, ones that enjoy hunting prey that can put up a good fight. Presenting the Alpha Armoured Survivor (Male Version) from Kingdom Death. This is what I love most about their range, not the sexy ladies or wacky monsters, but the dudes (and dudettes) in silly, impractical suits of armour. Really pleased with this one, although it's difficult to photograph thanks to its pose (His breastplate is another screaming, mustachioed face but I couldn't get the right angle to show it off), hopefully the female version gets re-released at some point so I can paint that one too. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Hello All, Here is a Bones Plastic 77467 "Rheagar, Male Fighter" miniature I completed last January. When I first started on this miniature it reminded me of a character from a certain 80's animated series that I enjoyed. I think it was the armor and shield that gave me that impression. So, I decided to paint it to match this character. My thought was that this is that character all grown up and having returned to the Realm. But after painting it, the face and hair reminded me more of two actors. Shemp from the 3 Stooges and Jon Bernthal from The Walking Dead and Punisher series. Thank you for looking.

The body is from a tehnolog roman and the arms, head and shield are from an oathmark dwarf infantry sprue! It was a very fun kitbash and a qucik paintjob 🙂 Thanks for looking!

Hello All, I completed this 77074 Dain Deepaxe, Dwarf Fighter miniature yesterday. It is the plastic Bones version. Thank you for looking.

I like the tehnolog romans, they are quite simple but very effective after being painted! The shield is a plastic piece used to cover screws on furniture 😁 Thanks for looking!

Hello All, Here is one of my recent works. 89032 Pathfinder Bones "Anti Paladin" I wanted it to look like the shield was a living thing or a possessed item. Thank you for looking.

Painted a couple of years ago. The colour scheme took ages to figure out and I was quite happy with it. Definitely could have made the base a bit more interesting.

Presenting the Gladiator, part of the Echoes Of Death series from Kingdom Death. Another one rescued from the Cupboard Of Unfinished Things. My Kingdom Death minis always turn out fairly hit or miss, and I think this one falls a bit on the miss side, but I like the job I did on her shield. Just wish they'd stop with the dramatic dust clouds, can never figure out how to paint them! As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Sir Shelly from Knightmare Games. Sometimes the path of Chaos offers great power, and sometimes you end up needing to stay constantly moist or you die. Really enjoyed painting this one, he's just so weird looking! Still can't paint gems though. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Angry Joe, the last of my Survivors from the Gigalion expansion from Kingdom Death. He believes the best defence against monsters is to wear a suit made of their skin. Had a lot of fun painting this one, Gorm armour is my favourite set despite all the little details, now I just need to paint the Gigalion itself. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly recieved.

This model is a Dark Sword Miniatures masterpiece of a sculpt by Jeff Grace. Never before have I seen so many tiny etchings on plate armor, especially on a figure that is barely 1.6 inches high. I feel a bit let down by my red OSL, but then again, this was only my second real attempt at the process, which is surely one I need to practice more.

"Umm... Guys, I think I've found our missing team members." Presenting the Cleric, part of the second Echoes of Death set from Kingdom Death, not sure why she has such a gruesome base insert, none of the others came with one. Disappointingly, she looks pretty terrible in the piccys. Honestly, apart from her decidedly wonky eyes, I thought I'd done a fairly good job. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Hi everyone, here's another 77236, Bloodmane Gnoll Warrior. The original version this time. This model was sculpted by Tre Manor. 77236, Bloodmane the Gnoll Warrior and his friend 77234 Boneflail the Gnoll Cleric.

In pursuit of my goal, here is another Gnoll that I finished painting last night. This 77234, Boneflail female Gnoll Cleric was sculpted by Tre Manor. In spite of their devotion to Yeenoghu, few Gnolls have any interest in ritual and there is few clerics or shamans to be found among the savage packs. Gnolls would sometimes summon demons to fight alongside them.

Hi everyone, here are pictures of the first model I painted this year. Seems like I'm having a busy January... 02789, Talarand the Blackguard was sculpted by Tim Prow. It's one of the top five favorite model I painted so far. This suit of armor is astounding.

Field agents of the Inquisition, Crusaders are warriors trained in some of the finest military academies in the galaxy. They provide any group they are assigned to a wealth of knowledge and experience, and a worrisome reminder that the Inquisition is always watching. Presenting Hugo the Crusader, a character class from Warhammer 40k by Games Workshop (this particular one is from the Blackstone Fortress standalone game). This one proved quite tricky, made the classic mistake of getting him assembled and based before checking to see if I could actually get into all his nooks and crannies. He turned out quite good though. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Hi everyone, here's 07002, Baran Blacktree, Veteran Warrior sculpted by Bobby Jackson. I painted it with Reaper’s MSP acrylics and shaded with Citadel inks. Also, I use Vallejo Acrylic Matt Varnish for the first time on this model. I like that varnish, it's perfectly flat and don't add any artificial reflection. I 3d printed the base to match with the tiles on the diorama it will eventually be displayed on.
