    77012 Gnoll Warrior

    Gnoll and void.
  2. This is Dragoth the Defiler and his throne, towered by an Undead Zombie Dragon. He will lead my army in Age of Sigmar. :) Magnetized, so he can change between ruling on his throne, and slaughter from his mount. ^^

    Garrick the Bold: 77008 (x2)

Garrick the Bold: 77008 Sculpted by Bobby Jackson For the Sir Forscale Contest I decided to take a try at this with two miniatures. Hope you like them. 1. Green and White Striped. Standard Metal Plate Armor _________________________________________________________________________ 2. Purple and Black: Black armor with Silver and white highlights. *These are both done with Metallic paints for the metals. Sir Forscale Contest entry page Accepted
  4. Werewolvians

    77012 Gnoll Warrior

Starting my Gnoll/Orc/Gnoll/Orc pattern until I run out of Gnolls. Then I'll splice some other monster in between my many orcs.
  5. Werewolvians

    77105 Kagunk Ogre Chieftain

I went for my good old, Black, Red, Grey, Metal paint scheme that I used to paint all my green skins in.

Dagmar of the Shield, Red Box Games

Dagmar of the Shield of Red Box Games. A miniature I painted a few months ago but forgot to post.
  7. Had lots of fun painting this, was supposed to be NMM gold practice for a future project. Any comments and critiques would greatly appreciated.

Vilhanna the Victorious, Red Box Games

Vilhanna the Victorious from Red Box Games (currently available through Hasslefree Miniatures as Hanna of Vil). A quickie to improve my 2016 painted stats :) And appreantly I'm still not confident enough to try some free hand on a shield.

    Tregar, Hasslefree Miniatures

Another awesome sculpt from Hasslefree Miniatures. I'm quite happy with the skin tone of this one.

    03419: Vaeloth, Hellborn Paladin

Hi guys, first mini after a 6 month lay off. Just saw the X-men and decided to give my take on Nightcrawler. Any comments to help me improve would be much appreciated.
  11. This is Ingrid, the female viking from Reaper Miniatures. I bought one years ago which after sitting unpainted for to long I finally sold last year. But this year I had a change of heart and had to buy a new one. And now she's finished. Rather pleased with the result, especially with her leather "neck guard". I had some ideas for a symbol on her shield but I didn't dare to try any of them out. So I left it plain for now.
  12. I've been hitting a slump in my painting that's been keeping me from these forums for quite a while. I'm trying to regain my rythm and getting some pieces done. This is one of them: This is my very own Sir Forscale. I figured I had to have one. Somewhat of a quick fix.
  13. Classic bucket head warrior. This guy was fun to paint.
  14. This is 77299 Female Antipaladin that I received from fanguad for the Spring Exchange. My "instructions" for my partner were to paint something that would fit either "Something wicked this way comes" or "I solemnly swear that I am up to no good." Fanguad did great on both counts. She is definitely up to no good with her giant axe. He threw in a couple other sinister figures that are most certainly wicked! (89010: Damiel, Iconic Alchemist & 77123: Zalash, Dark Elf Assassin) She is beautifully highlighted and shaded and I am going to look at her when I next paint skin as hers is gorgeous! I love her face! We also happen to have the same color hair! Ha! Thank you, fanguad! I love her so much! My pictures do not do her justice. Fanguad, if you took better pictures, please add them on here!

    02607: Bjorn, Dwarven Warrior

A quick four-hour paint job for a D&D player at my local shop. This guy was fun to paint, and I didn't even notice the mountains on his shield until after I'd painted the bright yellow thunderbolts on top of them (oops). EDIT: The base hadn't quite dried when I took this picture. I went ahead and added some grass to it after.

    Custom Chaos Marauder

I had some bits left over after the CMON Not-Conan mini, and decided to use them on a Chaos Marauder. The Axe, head and uh, lobbed-off head are the bits that was left.:
  17. Another one from Mortal Arrow. He was fun.
  18. Another modded player from my DnD5e group! The only modification is scraping of the cross from his shield and replacing it with the logo from Neverwinter Nights, but it's a modification none the less. I did this by first sculpting a stamp from green stuff and let it cure fully, and then "just" adding green stuff to the shield and stamping it (I put quotation marks around "just" because it took a bunch of tries before I got it straight). I am actually sort of surprised as to how nice the shield came out, especially after painting. Jandar is his name... Looking a bit boring here but.... ..BAM! The shield catches some attention! I really like the pose from this angle, it looks very action-y. And here's the back. I've tried to add as much colour as possible without making him silly, because it just felt super-boring to use the same colour over and over again. I hope you like him!

    CleeseWych the Cuss: RBG

Work In Progress for RBG: CleeseWych the Cuss by Tre Manor This is my miniature for my D&D group. This is my first time snow basing. I think it turned out well but I will be getting better with. :) This would have been done before the long Christmas break but... I got lazy. :P C&C Welcome. Thanks! I was particularly proud of the free hand I did on the shield. I use a nail doter for the circles. Additionally, I enjoyed adding the snow to the clothing. :)

    14146 - Fulumbar

I can't resist well sculpted hair and tend to go overboard with painting it. Luckily this fella was for tabletop so I think I stopped at 7 colors. Maybe.

    06115 Dwarf Shield Maiden

Another go at NMM. Hope you like it. But if you all could find the time to critique my work, it would be very much appreciated. Cheers!

    Custom 3D Printed Dwarf Paladin

I posted another one of Heroforge's custom ordered 3D printed minis the other day, and I just finished another one. This one didn't have the texture issues that the other three I've painted did - the only place I really notice rough texture is on the back side of the shield, which is fine. This particular character is the Paladin in the party I DM for (5th Edition, homebrew campaign). The symbol on his shield represents his deity (goddess of light, sunburst symbol) and the dwarven homeland he's far from (mountains). He recently joined an in-game faction called the Queensguard, so their symbol & colors are painted on his right pauldron.

    Two very old Kobolds

I've had these for many, many years. I am pretty sure they are reaper minis, but I can not find any reference to these particular kobolds when I search. They are very small, here is a scale pic next to a genestealer:

    77299: Female Antipaladin

My local game shop had this hanging on the wall and I really liked the base. Putting it together was a bit rough. It came in four pieces: axe arm, body, base, and shield arm (which included a good chunk of her torso). The shield arm didn't fit into her body correctly, so I had to fill a pretty good-size gap with green stuff. Her right breast also had a bit of a crater in it that I didn't notice until the base coat was on, so I had to use a little more green stuff there. Still, a fun project for a $3 model!
