Well I since I don't have enough WIP's going I thought I start one for my survivors. I noticed that I can manage to get through at least 4 a month. So in I plan to work on these guys when I need a break from the unDead. The first up is Josh the Thug: And the reaming 4 from the Season 1 box: And 4 more from 2 of the guest box set I picked up to round my survivors to 5/5 female/male.

Just some base coats to get things rolling with these folks, nothing too noteworthy I think... Mostly working out of the common colors in my workbench set of paints, though I did have to dig something up for Silas's cloak. Had to mix some green and browns up, ended up using that for the red to tame it a bit.

Falstaff (or Vlad the Impaler / Dracula) I used for the skin the paints 09274: Vampiric Shadow 09275: Vampiric Skin 09276: Vampiric Highlight I'm not really happy about it. I do not see much of it in the face. (I will try to make better pictures without flashlight). On the hands I used a grey wash

I'm still slogging through my painting slump However I did manage to finish the last of my Hasslefree Juveniles. These are small figures with the largest standing at 20mm and the smaller at 18mm. The lines of the sculpts are clean and the details crisp making them easy to paint even at the smaller scale. I carved the concrete blocks and the brick wall from Sculpey. I chose to use the green to unify them as a group. Also I wanted a "gritty" environment for them so I carved out a gully in the plinth in order to add debris. Thank you for looking.

I startet a long while ago to paint the Survivors and Zombivors and did als a while nothing. So I started this weekend to proceedwith error corrections and some highlights. Made even new errors (Belles face). :-) I started also to make the bases looking like a street. My only problem is, I didn't found the color I want to use. I still need to look for the correct Vallejo color which gives me the color I want. Another problem I had with some of the bases was, I made it to thick, so it looks like the charakter is sunken in the base a little bit. I want to use also some of the files for the bases from another >>post<<. I will post in the next few days the others. All theminis will get a show off after I completed the bases and made my own Lightbox (which will need 2 weeks until I can proceed on it again ). About Josh's 'Guillotine Games'-Symbol. I printed it out with a inkjet. But it looked very weak, so I painted over the lines with white. Ned, Belle, Amy and Kirk Josh, Rose, Dakota and Brad Here you can see how I will store my minis: The following metal tray I can put on the top wooden strips in the box:
