After my exchange mini I wanted to touch work on something less taxing. So I decided to work on a few more Walkers. Also I decided to test out the camera on my new tablet. Not a whole lot of editing options, but I could crop the photos, and I think I got the white balance OK. Here is the group shot: While I finished the highlights on the skin of all 4, I only managed to get this guy's highlights finished. I still plan on putting down some washes to make the shadows darker, and bloody him up. But this is the 1st step in my Zombicide process. I'll see how it looks on my computer in a bit. Edit: I changed to topic title to reflect the change in WIP's Purpose. Later I will add the four unpainted models.

Yes I am back with another installment of my ever growing horde of Zombicide Zombie Walkers. This go round I went with white as the primary color of choice. I even put a logo on the t-shirt of a walker to hint at what color I started with on the t-shirt. I then gave Choaswolf's dripping blood a try. I didn't have and Tamiya Clear so I used my blood recipe from the 1st groups of walkers to color the blood. Still needs some work on the technique but passable for table top. Here they are: Since the group is growing so much I decided to only show the walkers this round. Since I only have 1 fatty and 2 runner's painted I didn't think it would effect the group shot too much.

I decided to make my Walker blocks a little smaller from here on out. Groups will be of 4, since that is the number of different models. As I posed my group I noticed something interesting. When posed certain ways it almost told a story of Zombie Romance. Young Zombies in the blooming romance: Next a Zombie Couple that are having a bit of a dispute: And of course a group shot of my painted collection:

So I started the year off with some speed paints of some of my zombicide figures. Zombie #1 was a base coat wash and highlight method. I didn't really like how it came out. But it is only a tabletop. Zombie #2 I decide to give the shaded basecoat method another go. I like how it turned out overall. So I decided to continue with that method and go with a blue theme for the rest of them. Zombie #3: Zombie #4:
