Hi all. Just to let you know that Xherman1964 is now called Glitterwolf. Don't worry, I'm still the same person..

One of my girls discarded her empty perfume bottles. Now, I'm not a gamer, but I noticed some nice shapes. It occured to me that many of you could use such things for terrain in your games or even for dioramas. Here are some examples taken from the internet. Think about putting them upside down and you could have a gargantuan gem, a temple, an obelisk, a magic conflux? Some could be used upright. Just remove that spraybutton/ cap thingie.. Maybe this is useful to you? Feel free to add more ideas.

@ub3r_n3rd sent me a gift. A nice magnet from Las Vegas, a Bombshell Pirate Girl and a few Rackham Confrontation Minis. Besides that ( an awesome gift already) he sent me a painted version of my avatar. Many thanks Paul! I love it. It has a special place in my display cabinet ( next to George's @knarthex who had sent me a little wolf painted in the colours of my avatar a while ago) Thanks! I wanted to show it to the Forum, it deserves a Show Off.

Hi all, A little question. I'm experimenting with Vallejo special effects. In this case Chipping Medium. Here is the thing. I painted old rust. Then rust. Then applied Chipping Medium, let it dry. Then Applied Verdigris, Let it dry. Now I tried to "chip" by using a stiff brush like it is recommended. It doesn't work. I have to use something like a toothpick to scratch the surface, but that chips too much and the bare metal shows. So, any of you had experience with this? What am I doing wrong? Do I have to "chip" while the verdigris is still wet? Do I need more layers underneath? I used two layers of Old Rust and a Layer of rust before I applied the medium. Then one layer of verdigris. Would appreciate any advice on this.

This is the Technicolor Wolf's fault... Here are some Citadel Goblin Chariots and wolf Riders that I painted up back in collage in the '90s... The Box: Full Crew: Only the Chariot with the Severed Dwarf head on a spike, and it's body nailed to the tongue got finished for some reason.... This Chariot was a blister pack, with a spell caster goblin as the passenger. Never did paint the crew... The harnesses on the wolves are more advanced on this model... And 4 different wolf Riders... I have the crew for the Spellcaster's Chariot, as well as the other chariot from the box set and it's crew, plus another Box chariot with a 3 wolf team still in the box... Maybe someday they will see paint.... George Notice the boxes say Citadel and not GW?

Happy birthday, neon wolf!

So, apparently after he reported some spam the other day -- I'm guessing it was that message selling passports and green cards that showed up in 18 different subforums at 4 AM Sunday Reaper time -- something awful happened to long time member Xherman1964's account and it got accidentally wiped. As near as I can tell, after he alerted Reaper his account got restored with 1000 "honorary" posts and 100 "honorary" "Likes" so he still has Godlike status and some board presence. But all of his posting history was wiped. I've been going around "Liking" the posts he's posted so far (List here: http://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?app=core&module=search&do=user_activity&search_app=forums&mid=13975&sid=9ef08c6b82a3326a21fa11a3f1b6ee43&search_app_filters[forums][searchInKey]=&userMode=content). Maybe some of the rest of us could too, as a sort of pat on the shoulder to a longtime contributor to the community?
