  1. A bit under the radar this time, but Midlam Miniatures has a new set: Through the Icy Wastes! A Halfling Expedition https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/through-the-icy-wastes-a-halfling-expedition Anyone inspired for a "At the Mountains of Madness" adventure team?
  2. Hello all! It's been a little bit since I posted anything. With the weather getting colder, I felt inspired to share some old winter-themed minis I painted up nearly two years ago when I first started painting. Though the paintjobs aren't anything to write home about, they're still interesting models, and I like looking back on where I started. Also, I'm slowly posting all my old bones minis so it was bound to happen sooner or later. More photos and thoughts below the spoiler: It's always fun looking back on old paintjobs and seeing how far you've come. Though it's also intimidating to share some of these rougher early works with the rest of you. I hope you found some entertainment looking back on these with me. I'm looking forward to getting the new Yeti set in Bones 5 and seeing how they stand up to these classics. Feel free to share some of your favorite early pieces! For more recent winter-themed minis, check out my Frostrun Project Here.
  3. Also to go along with our Reign of Winter campaign. This is the BONES Winter Wolf. I had the most fun with the eyes. Some of the pics came out a little dark, despite 3 lights. It must be a camera thing... C&C Welcome.
  4. This week I completed the Warg figure from the Bones II original figures set. I didn't realize he was a Warg when I started painting him; I just assumed he was a large wolf. So, I decided to paint him as an Arctic Wolf because, as with the rest of the animals I've been doing recently, I was painting him up for Frostgrave. A always, C and C welcome.
