  1. Another zen of Bones…i.e. not a lot of effort and didn’t remove all the mold lines, but it is good enough to play with. The colors are a tad washed out using the Reaper portable light box. I thinkI am going to spray paint the inside black to quit messing with the exposure on my iPad. Anyways, here he is. C&C welcome. Cheers-Mike
  2. Hello Forum Family, showing you my last fatigue (it really was indeed :P ): Torlan; it was a nightmare of mold lines! Apparently every single scale got his mold line :) in the end I still missed some :( Also had some problem with the water effect, I used silicon to make it and as you can see it cured with bubbles, but hey! it's not bad, it looks like putrid waters... Not top notch but he have personality. Every C&C

I realized I still had to paint it just 3 days before the entry deadline, so I chose to "speed-paint" it trying the grisaille technique, using then some inks to filter it and finally adding some hi-light. It worked well for everything but the NMM armor, that was painted in the usual way. In the end was not a speed paint at all, it took me 30 more hours of work, and the result wasn't even so great... Anyway I've learned a lot (I hope) on contrast and tones and shades, just using black, grey and white was a
  4. I created this one off adventure module as a way to introduce a friend of mine to Tabletop RPGs, since she had never played. The map and the resultant adventure turned out better than I had expected. So, I decided to write a back story. The miniatures used for the encounters and NPCs were exclusively Bones miniatures present in the Vampire Box of KS1. I will share the adventure here in several installments starting with the Background, Summary, Notable NPCs, and Map. It was written for my homebrew world of Renascentia, but it can easily be run world independent or modified for any other world.
