The random of the forumites is such that fifteen threads of weird have swelled with glitter, coffee, thews and waffles Dutch, And here the twenty stanky socks have dwelled. And here upon our filling Thread Fifteen with yea, a thousand pages of the same, Here comes the sixteenth to the posters keen And all that's left is to compose its name. But in the fourteenth thread of random reign, Titular epitaph and epithet collected there, a hundred such remain: The gathered wit, unwholesome to forget. And from that list the brains and bleach do come: An epic random rapping battle poem.

So I finished up the bases on these 2, so they will be my last show offs for 2016.... They were nice clean sculpts, and seem to follow the pic in MMI from back in the day... Thanks for looking and Happy New Year to All! And much pleasant painting! George

Since our Wizard Most Wild started painting his Mind Eater, I decided that I should work on the ones that I started earlier... So these 2 guys were used as the mold master for the heads of my Intellect Devourers, in my Reapercon '16 Diorama entry, as well as color scheme test beds.... From that Wip thread: So tonight I added some Deep Blue to their legs... Hopefully will get these two done by the end of the year.... Thanks for looking!

Brains in a Jar from Stronghold Games "Space Cadets: Away Missions", a dungeon crawl style cooperative board game set in the classic sci-fi movies of the 50's and 60's. The original concept of the Brain in a Jar was, sadly, lacking a glass jar. The final version is a two part mini with a removable "glass" top and it looks much better, even unpainted. NOTES: I didn't paint directly underneath the brain because I was afraid the jar wouldn't fit back on or be able to be removed again if it did go back on. However it is much more visible than I thought it would be and now I'm debating if I should try to fix it and risk messing up the brain or leave it as is. Also, there is a painting error as I accidentally got some Beacon Yellow on the base of one of the brain cases. Greetings from the shambling horde! I'll be hosting two games of Zombicide at ReaperCon this year, and I'm looking forward to eating...whoops!...meeting anyone who signs up.
