  1. I have seen a lot of forum members state that they use the brown liner as a base coat for all their Bones minis. I was just curious how many actually do this? Do those who do this also use any of the other liner colors for their base coat? If so...why brown liner specifically? Also, when using the brown liner are you fully base coating as if you were priming or do you do a lighter coating? I like the idea of using the brown liner to sort of "prime" my bones mini's but I just was curious as to how most people go about this. Thanks for your input!
  2. It's well known the brown liner is a good "base" coat on bones. It makes the details pop and paint adhere better. But looking at the terrain from DDS2, then the 1/2oz bottle of brown liner, i'm pretty certain that my air brush is going to need more than a 1/2oz. So, if it'd be economical to produce, I'd like to go on the record as someone who'd buy a larger size bottle of the brown liner. 4oz? 8oz?
  3. I heard brown liner mentioned several times and I now understand that it's great for Bones for several reasons. And now I have several more questions: What's a liner? How is brown liner specifically used on Bones? Are there any tutorials or posts on how it's used both in general and/or on Bones? Can someone link the Reaper product: brown liner?
