About this project Sacred Sword is the world that our chibi miniature line belongs to. While the game and the world are not present in this project, it dictates our overall theme and feel. The Sacred Sword line will be a high fantasy world, with a distinctly classic RPG feel. Modeled heavily after your favorite classic JRPG games but with a lot of added character and flair. We hope to provide a compelling universe for both your favorite RPG engine or other games that you want to use these for. The Sacred Sword miniature line is a Chibi 32mm miniature line. These are cast in spincast resin and unpainted. We've teamed up with the great crew at Impact Miniatures to produce the best figures at an excellent price and to utilize their vast experience and improve our project as much as possible! I've had a look at a lot of their newest figures and the casting and such are tops! We'll be carefully working with them to ensure every figure is cut well and casts as cleanly as possible Your funding provides AdventureCraft the needed capital to finish more concept art, sculpting and then casting of an entirely new range of miniatures. We're starting small, with just a few figures. As we reach more funding goals, we'll add new models from you to pick from. And step by step, your feedback and requests will be heard and implemented to create a colorful world. We've already got the first two sculpts finished and ready to go! The Useko Warrior and Forest Goblin are here to show off the quality of the sculpts you can look forward to when you back this project.

This is my work so far on Goemon from the Ninja All Stars line of Sodapop miniatures. He is mostly done, but will need basing and to be sealed.

Hello again everyone! It's been a little while since I've had anything to show off, but I've been busily painting nonetheless, and I hope you all enjoy my latest piece: This awesome little chibi is one of Scale 75's Smog Rider miniatures, and you can rest assured that (with such awesome sculpting and casting on their part) I'll be looking to paint another mini from that line before too long! Then you came to the right place, welcome to... Select your fighter! Round 1! FIGHT! Welcome to Super Chibi A.C.E., a limited edition game by MidKnight Heroes that pays homage to the old school 2d fighting games of old. You know the ones we're talking about, the games you would stand in line as a kid with your quarter on the machine for next game. The game that you would walk into the arcade and look for what would be a street fight, and with just a dollar run the place. Yeah, that game. That game, along with others, bring back good memories, where you would just hang out with your friends and master the art of fighting. Well, we want to bring back those memories back and create new ones, with our game, Super Chibi A.C.E. A.C.E. is a new system that we designed to match as best as we could the experience of playing an old school 2d fighting game but locked in a mortal combat on a board. You use a 54 card deck we call the Control Deck to move your character, perform moves and create combos to defeat your opponent. The first to win two rounds wins the match, just like the old school games. Control Deck has Joystick and Button cards. So, do you have that killer instinct? Yeah, I bet you do. So, grab a friend, hop in the battle arena, it's time for a showdown! Both players use a single or pair of a 54 card deck [Control Deck] to build special moves or perform combos to knock out your opponent. These cards are not only to use to make moves but also used to move your character across the game board. Super Chibi A.C.E. Game Board Each character will have seven moves that they can perform with the right amount of cards. Each move will have a set amount of damage but the damage can be augmented by the button card or cards you play. Character Card: Shin player 1 side. In A.C.E. there are three types of punches and kicks buttons cards, Fast, Normal and Strong and each has their own set of damage that can add to the move depending on what button you play. Button card examples, Kick and Punch Movement or Joystick cards are used to help form the moves together with the button cards. You have four types of Joystick cards, up, down, right and left. Put these cards together with the button cards to make moves the characters can perform. Joystick Cards examples, Right and Down Wildcards…well they are just what they say they are…wild! These are the most powerful cards in the game and can change the outcome of a game in a hurry. They can replace any button or joystick card plus do other amazing things. There is allot more to the game including combos, and conditions. What are conditions? Well, they add a special flavor to the moves to help you take out your opponent. Super Chibi Ace will come with two default characters, Shin the Urban Ninja of Sector 7 and Absolute Valentine, the vigilante of Sector 7. Both will come with designed moves ready for play. Don’t like those characters? That’s ok… CREATE YOUR OWN! Yep, that’s right. Included in the rule book you will have a set of rules to create your own fighter from miniatures you already own. It could be ANY miniature, it does not matter. It’s all up to you. Get your ideal fighter and make some moves and get ready for action! All of the characters released by MidKnight Heroes will have designed moves right out of the box but that does not stop you from creating your own moves for them if you like. Well because I Metalchaos has been posting his great paint work on these guys, I thought it was time to finish up a few more that I had started already. Bart was sitting there with his skin base coated. So I started working on his eyes and then threw down some paint to block in the shadow's of his skin. the start of another of too many WIP's:

Season 1 : The Cursed Forest Introduction Color Quest is a brand new miniatures skirmish game based on Color Warz licence (see below). After 10 years of hard work on this universe, we are proud to present to you this new project that will introduce all miniatures ever produced by FLUO Games and more to come in a new tactical game created by Fabien Friess - Paint Brawl (2012) and Gob'z'Heroes (2016). Game Material (included in both pledges) This is a mockup (not final product) - Work in Progress Downloadable Rule book (French and English) x115 coloured tokens x4 thematic boards parts (Cursed Forest) x6 Tiles x6 coloured dices Gameplay Basis The game is in development, no downloadable rules available for now In Color Quest, you will have choice between two camps : Oak, the old wise and his Khromaz or the Ronin, general of the threat and his minons. The first step will be to create your own team, as you want, by recruiting members in the miniatures pool ever published (or created) by FLUO Games. Each miniature will have its own profile and will be playable. This profile will propose a specific attack, move, special hability and Blast (combo). It will be a cost for each profile to equilibrate the two camps. In contrast to Paint Brawl or Dark Threat, you will not play with « action points » but each character will be able to make several actions each turn. The map will be constitued of squares (as usual) but they will be much more modulables and evolutive with interactive objects. It will also have different levels (floor, walls, etc.) The Kadamas (little magical spirits) will be heart of the gameplay because they will be collectible and allows you to unlock powers, actions and transformations. They will be symbolise by colour dices. You can take a look on the following games rules (on which I am co-author) to have an idea on what Color Quest gameplay will looks like : Color Warz : Paint Brawl Color Warz : Dark Threat Gob'z'Heroes Rewards and Stretch Goals Color Quest miniatures included in each "Early Color Quest game set" and "Color Quest game set" pledges. This guy is my most recent WIP, the poison dragon from the Arcadia Quest: Inferno Kickstarter. He has two slight mods. First, I removed the chest spikes from the original model. Secondly, I converted the spikes on the dragon's left wrist into a chain. I couldn't make sense of what the original part was supposed to be, but some sort of shackle made better sense to me. In the process of working the claws, spikes, and horns to a white-green to neon green range and highlighting the green specks again and hitting them with a touch of yellow. The wings are also getting some blue shading and then some purplish spots.

I am presently working through the Chibi's from Reaper I have collected. This is the first to be completed in 2017. I present to you TUT #01546. I need to get better at eyes though especially for these Chibi's.. any suggestions, guidance or critique would be appreciated.

I sent off these Samurai for Chibi Paint Swap #07. The picture was taken by my 'target' who obviously has better photo equipment than I do.

This is the start of my three samurai project for Chibi Paint Swap #07. I wanted to experiment with a largely monochrome technique. This guy is mostly the yellow you can see in his mask with different mixes of black and white for most of the rest of the model. The exceptions are the brown of the wood and the purple for some ghostly effects and washes and for accent colors. It has at least been fun to play with. Still a WIP. Helpful critiques are welcome.

Chibi figure I picked out of the Box of Goodwill last year. It took me a long time to get the color combinations right. I took the "Painting Chibis" class at Reapercon and it all suddenly came together once I got home.

Here's a boss from Super Dungeon Explore. I split my set with my wife, and I was really surprised that I got to paint this one (she got Jack, so it isn't like I always get the best ones). I decided to go with a fairly limited color scheme for her. I don't remember why exactly, but I really did enjoy the pink pumpkin. Here she is.

My biggest mistake with this WIP so far is failing to notice that there is a significant piece missing from her back. I don't have a spare, so I will have to sculpt something on and paint it up as well. I will need to post up updated pictures of this one and other active WIPs I have. Probably about 10 projects in progress on my painting bench.
