The Story Engine, deck of endless prompts + book The search function on mobile wasn't letting me find it if a thread for this exists already, so please do send me the right direction if such already exists. Ran across this in a Facebook ad--getting a lot of KS-related ads right now all of a sudden, can't possibly imagine why lol--and this one really grabbed me. Looks like it could be a lot of fun for folks who enjoy the basic gimmick of it and are into creating adventure scenarios or writing or whatnot. I need to go back and look for the ages on it--if it's not all dirty-like seems like it could be a good writing resource for kiddos, too.

There are other ranges of anthropomorphic animal miniatures out there, but ours are a little different. We didn't want all the races of animals to be the same size. Instead, we've scaled them to each other; so a shrew or a mouse is a very small model, about 20mm tall, and a really big animal like a badger will stand about 50mm tall, for example. Each sculpted figure shown below has a scale picture with it, showing its height in millimetres. All our models are supplied unpainted. The Pledges We’re keeping it as simple as possible; there’s an ‘All-in’ pledge, which gets you all the new miniatures in this Kickstarter, and any bonus bits that may come along… there’s also a ‘Pick’n’Mix’ Pledge, if you just want to get a few of the new miniatures. My name is Mark Norton, and I am working full-time as a sculptor going by the name Frozen Ninja 3D. I am designing and sculpting my own line of highly detailed figures with the hopes of bringing people together for fun hobby times. This is the fourth Kickstarter project that I have run, and the third project that features models entirely designed and sculpted by me. What is being offered in this project? The goal of this project is to release an entire line of high quality plinths and display stands. These plinths make any figure or bust stand out among the rest, and will make an exciting addition to any collection. In addition, these plinths will help bring your competition entries to that next level. FIRST - MEDIUM SIZE PLINTHS - $12 each, or cheaper if you get a "Bundle" Pledge. To start the project, I am offering Medium size Plinths. The top of the Medium plinth is approximately 35mm across, which is ideal for most miniatures, and busts look awesome on them as well. These plinths are about 44mm Tall, with base sizes ranging from 42mm to 49mm. Each plinth will be supplied unpainted. New Legacy Vault campaign will start soon ► Play video Hello everyone! At last, the new summer 2018 Legacy Vault campaign is ready to go: our Cone Killer (here the campaign preview) diorama will be at the starting blocks from September 4th, and its protagonist will be a dragon dealing with an ice cream. It should be pointed out that, unlike what has happened previously, all models are already done, as you can clearly see in the pictures, so shipping delays will definitely not be an issue this time :D If the collector in you is enticed by these definitely unique and colorful models, follow the campaign and participate in it: just be quick about it, since this time the production run will be even more limited – only 30 copies of the Bust and only 100 of the diorama will be made! About This project is to fund the production of a set of cast table top gaming terrain pools. This is a continuation and expansion of this line. This time I am offering pools in 25mm, 50mm, and 100+ mm sizes. Offerings will be available as cast pieces in Dental Stone, or Plaster. Dental Stone pieces are available as painted and finished or unpainted and unfinished pieces. So did anyone else see the preview of a Base Boss Kickstarter by Reaper Miniatures on the homepage? It redirected to a ReaperCon page but it was blank. The preview had an American flag and Bald Eagle for a background. I didn't get a chance to screenshot it as I was trying to find out where it was going and when I went back to it, it was gone. Any info on this or did someone accidentally hit enter on a preview they shouldn't have? Link The Drowned Earth... ...is a tabletop miniatures game where brave heroes and villains risk the dangers of the wilds for glorious riches and ancient technology! The game is set in the land of Ulaya, a tropical world of flooded cities, overgrown ruins and terrifying predators. About the Development Process When I decided to create The Drowned Earth I had Four simple design briefs. I wanted the game to have: A Parkour/ Freerunning movement system. Rules which told a narrative through a dramatic reaction mechanic. A streamlined, elegant system which was quick to learn and easy to remember. An unambiguous rules set suitable for competitive play. Two years of development later, and I think I've ticked those boxes, and many more! The Drowned Earth is the kind of game you can tell stories about, without once talking about the mechanics or the dice you rolled. Models leap off buildings, guns blazing, dodge bullets as they run through open ground, and swing from vines to take key objectives. It truly is a cinematic, narrative game full of knife edge choices and story moments! About the Miniatures I've watched and backed a lot of Kickstarters, and passionately want to avoid the pitfalls many of them experience with late delivery, quality issues and production bottle necks. As a first time producer I have done as much research as possible to mitigate risk. To that end I have established full production pipeline and have actually gone through a complete production cycle with an outstanding metal caster, to deliver to you the best metal miniatures I can. Link About this project I've been making miniatures for about three years now, during that time I've made sculpts for various miniature companies as a freelancer sculptor. Now I've decide do to take the plunge and produce some of my own miniatures. That aspiration led me to Kickstarter. I've been busy sculpting the range of undead miniatures presented here over the last few months. They're predominantly 28mm sculpts, the Undead Heroes are larger at 32mm scale, to fit their powerful status. I consciously made them an eclectic bunch, including animals. My vision of the undead force is a terrifying mix of all forms of life, bent to the will of their masters. During the course of this campaign, I'll continue to sculpt miniatures to add to the range. I have a Facebook Group - March of the Dead, where I'm working on suggestions offered by the groups members. The more popular ones will be joining the miniatures here. The objectives of this project are to firstly see the miniatures produced in white metal by Macrocosm Miniatures and in your possession In a timely manner. If things go really well, then hopefully I can also get a shiny website made, so I can continue producing miniatures and offer them online. Anyway. I think that covers the background.
