I started this little guy some years ago, but then I got stuck and he just set on my shelf of shame and stared at me (I had already painted the eyes). Now I finally finished him, so it's a collaboration of Younger Samedi and Not-So-Young-Anymore-Samedi. Funny thing is, I have no idea what colours Young Samedi used, I just remember mixing some greens and browns together for the skin. And of course my all-time favourite metallic: The copper of the old Reaper Pro Paint series. Young Samedi was a keyboard player, that's why he liked this mini so much - I mean, how many minis of keyboard players are there? Not-So-Young-Anymore-Samedi plays keyboard only very sporadically. But at least he finishes his painting projects now and then... So enjoy, C&C very welcome, as always!

This is from Rackham/Confrontation an Ophidian Warrior. He is a Heavy Snake Infantryman for my Lost World. He originally came with a sword to put on his side, but I left it off. Liked him better this way. He is on a resin base from Micro Art Studio enhanded with Vallejo Still Water. WIP is here: http://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/69308-lost-world-project-glitterwolf-paints-coldblooded-creatures-and-conquistadores/&page=136 On to the pics, some against my Jungle Backdrop Board. Likes and comments welcome.

Well, that one was a bit challenging. Mostly for the patience it takes to go through all his gold decoration lol The palette is nothing special: I tried to copy Confrontation's official painting, except I used true metals because NMM are far beyond my hability. Confrontation was well known for a while as one of the top miniature companies in the market. Tons of figures with a bold and eccentric design. I have a few of them but Misran is the first I actually paint. I think it's pretty original, fun, and a good example of Confrontation's fantasy style where proportion or logic matters less than eye appeal. All critiques so very welcome!

Hi, they wait three years for painting. When I started miniature painting i fell in love with rackham miniatures but I thought I was not enough skilled to paint them. Now I think I am:). I want to make a freehand on shields of last two skorize warriors but I have to rest a while. Making bases was super fun. All comments are welcome.

Another Foorian from Confrontation for a client wanting these models in a ocean theme. This one went really quick - 5 hours start to finish with lots of glazes and feathering. Very little blending used here at all.

An old Confrontation Foorian for a swap. I'm poor so I trade paint jobs for games and miniatures. This is a quick turn-around, nothing fancy high TT job for cheap. Colours as per the clients request. Due to the nature of his pose, he was pretty tough to photo. He was so hunched over I couldn't get the camera lower, or more light on the face.

Just finished this little bugger. Simple, tabletop-quality paintjob. As a goblin, it's a bit on the large side.

One of my more recent works, a gobblydegook of Goblins from various manufacturers. Unfortunately, this whole batch suffered a sealant malfunction and had to be rescued...after a few hours of that, I kind of called it done in frustration. I also tried out a suggestion from a previous thread, of using a darker backdrop. This is my kit from Dwarven Forge's first Kickstarter. First off, the Goblins of Golarion, (Pathfinder Goblins from Reaper Bones) A foul witch who practices dread alchemies deep in the woods, armed with her Wand of Exploding and Broom of Bashin', the wicked Baba Yagob (from Confrontation): The most hated member of any tribe, the Bearer-of-Words, who keeps those cursed things away from the goodly Goblins (A Reaper familiar) Some Thugs and ne'er-do-wells (Warhammer Gnoblars and Goblins: Two Goblins brothers who get along swimmingly (Warhammer Goblin Squig Herder) A Goblin who failed his Survival check to identify that mushroom (Infested Goblin from Ganesha Games) A big burly Goblin who claims to be a Barbarian, but who can tell? They're all pretty Barbaric (Reaper Goblin Barbarian) The most important members of the tribe, the Master-of-Meals and Bringer-of-Brews, (an old 40k Grot and a Gnoblar) And some gobbledygook shots:

I painted this guy up just a little while ago to be a mighty Dwarf Alchemist in our Iron Kingdoms campaign. He wears the mask in public quite a bit, but I suppose you would too if you were packing as many chemicals as this guy.
