  1. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/259903200/stretchy-chainmail-dice-bags-round-2?ref=discovery About this project Hi again!!! I'm Nicholas Taylor and I'm Mindy Taylor. This is Round 2 of us offering our Stretchy Chainmail Dice Bags here on Kickstarter. The Dice Bags Our dice bags are handmade of anodized aluminum & EPDM rubber, which makes them stretchy & helps pad to prevent damage to your dice. The ring measurements are 16 gauge thick & the inner diameter is 5/16". Each small bag can hold approximately 35 dice. The drawstrings are paracord; the stopper & end caps are plastic. All will be available in different colors. Here is a link to view dice bags from our Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.597249083639680.1073741829.585428848155037&type=3 35 count - 50 count - 100 Count Colors You will get the option of choosing different colors for the rubber & aluminum rings, end caps, & stopper. The paracord will match aluminum or rubber rings. The choices are: More colors that are available that I don't have in stock. Optional Add-on: Additional Small Dice Bag - $15 USD Medium Size Upgrade- Have your bag upgraded to comfortably hold 50 dice. Add $5 USD Large Size Upgrade- Have your bag upgraded to comfortably hold 100 dice. Add $10 USD Stretch Rewards: $1,500 Unlocked - D6 die charms $2,000 Locked - Color Samples More to come... Customization For those interested in a custom bag, I can do layer/strips. I'm not currently doing any inlay (pictures). Though, I do plan to offer inlays on my site in the near future. You can have everything from a solid color bag, half & half, 3-6 rolls of colors, or up to a 7 layer rainbow bag. Be sure to check out our facebook page for ideas. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.597249083639680.1073741829.585428848155037&type=3 Break down of the different size bag layers GOAL The goal is to get a website up & running to sell on a continual bases. We're really leaning toward using Squarespace. Plus another purpose for launching this, is to be able to make a dice bag of every color combo (132 color combos), so we can display them on the site.
  2. http://kck.st/1EXYart About this project Dicenstein is a great new dice game in which you are a mad doctor, collecting and stitching together body parts to build monsters. But the body parts aren't just condemned criminals or disease victims - you are after the best! You are digging up the world's most infamous monsters, and piecing them together for your Ultimate Creation!! You'll send your monster forth to battle your rival's monsters and fight for the best body parts, meanwhile building your Monster Army to terrorize the countryside. May the best (or worst) monster win! Dicenstein's rules are simple and straightforward, letting you get right to the monster-making and battling (which is why you're here, no?) It usually takes less than an hour to play. The game is being produced by Petersen Games, publishers of Cthulhu Wars, Theomachy, and Orcs Must Die! - the board game. That's a lot of this for this price...

  4. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/536771983/samurai-warriors?ref=category_newest About this project Do you want a unique looking collection of miniatures? Then look no further than the Samurai of Japan! Each Samurai customised his suit of armour giving it a theme and significance to himself, sometimes an expression of his artistic taste or that of the artisan armourer. They did this to make themselves appear stronger or more intimidating to other Warriors and always to announce their personal presence to everyone on the field, including talent spotting Daimyo! if they could afford it then they may have worn a Kawari Kabuto which often were unusual shapes, or sporting horns or other wierd features. Samurai also wore many types of banner on their backs called Sashimono these could have the clan Mon or logo on them, or be personal designs coming in all different shapes in order to get them recognised. Samurai armour also came in many varying shades of Red, Black, Brown, or even Gold, Silver or Copper, resulting in a riot of colour! These miniatures. Are highly researched, meticulously sculpted and cast by a top quality casting firm to give you great pleasure in building a collection from a fascinating period of history. Also added to this you too can customise your sets just like the Samurai themselves, because the miniatures mostly come with separate heads weapons and sashimono to allow you to make your own compositions! And give your clan a unique look to your taste and interpretation. Following on from the recently successful Samurai Lords Kickstarter, you now have the opportunity to add to your collection with a choice of all new packs! The campaign photo features miniatures already available from steelfist miniatures the miniatures can also bee selected when you pledge, but they are shown to show you what your miniatures could look like painted up! Also because I could not show any of the new ones painted as they have not yet been moulded. The packs on offer in this campaign focus on troop types rather than Daimyo, thus giving you miniatures for your Daimyo to command! Or make vignettes with. The main focus of the miniatures in this campaign are mounted Samurai, and Teppo Ashigaru, as these are core types. This does not mean though that other types will be overlooked in the future. If the campaign is successful I hope to add many more packs and Daimyo with future campaigns. Also as the campaign runs I'm working on some more packs that will be added to the campaign if compleated on time as stretch goals, if these goals are also achieved you can add these packs to your choice. For those who have never seen my miniatures before the steel fist miniatures samurai are intended to showcase the spectacular armour of Japan, many of the armours features are accurately rendered from surviving armour! If I only have one piece of armour to work with, say a helmet then I make a plausible composition of parts to complete the suit All the miniatures I make that are not copies from full existing suits are still highly possible to have been seen on a sengoku era battlefield. On to the packs! Please note that what the miniatures are made from is very hard to photo well, but as you can see from the main photo to the detail of steel fist miniature is of very sharp high quality. First of all, if you select any of the pledges you will receive this free bonus miniature! This miniature is only available during this campaign and will not be released after. His armour is designed to look like a warrior monk! Kickstarter exclusive bonus miniature. This is a photo of the real helmet from the Warrior Monk Samurai to show you this armour really exsisted! Elite mounted Samurai. These can be used as Hatamoto or Daimyo, wearing themed armour one in a Namban or European style armour he comes with two heads to choose from. The other wears a nio dou made to look likes bare chested wildman or bandit, he comes with a unique Sashimono. Elite mounted Samurai. Sashimono and an extra head are also included. Mounted Samurai 1. These are wearing common styles or armour so you can make common samurai or elite depending on the helmets you use, the colour choice and the sashimono style. The come with weapons, heads and sashimono. Mounted samurai 1 again weapons and Sashimono not attached but will be included in the set Mounted samurai 2. More samurai in common armour, the same principles apply to these as the above set. Mounted Samurai 2 again weapons and sashimono are included. Teppo Ashigaru firing line. These troops would provide a large portion of most Daimyo Armies. These troops come with heads sashimono and weapons. Teppo Ashigaru sculpts Teppo Ashigaru prone. This was one of the three positions Teppo Ashigaru were trained to fire from. Prone Teppo. There are four in this pack but the last one is not yet finish so this pic will be updated soon. Also more pictures of extra heads Sashimono and new helmet crests will added as the campaign goes on. Stretch goals will be added if the sets are completed before the campaign ends!

  6. Miss Melons, there's a new Numenera KS with all new source materials. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/montecookgames/numenera-into-the-ninth-world Early this year we started an in-depth exploration of the Ninth World, the setting of the Numenera roleplaying game, with the Ninth World Guidebook. Numenera fans were excited to see the world expanded, as that in turn expanded the options for their own campaigns. We knew we wanted to keep going, and that the Ninth World had many more fascinating lands and cultures to explore. But those conventional (sort of) lands are just one aspect of the Ninth World. There were other sorts of realms, inspiring and unique, many of which had been introduced in our previous products but never really explored in depth. The obvious first direction was up! The eight previous worlds had all, to one extent or another, reached beyond the embrace of Earth’s gravity. Remnants of those civilizations linger in the Ninth World’s datasphere, and were touched on in adventures such as Vortex and discussion of the moon in the Ninth World Guidebook. This is an aspect of the Ninth World we’ve wanted to develop since—well, since Numenera came into being!
  7. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/326219119/mapcloth-custom-waterproof-printing-for-all About this project MapCloth: Custom Waterproof Printing for All Welcome to WanderDen I created WanderDen Labs based on one simple idea: I believe science can bring imagination to life. In the modern world, "scientific" so often means mass-produced, while "handcrafted" often means primitive. WanderDen imagines a different world, a world combining the authenticity of traditional techniques with the abilities of modern science. I like to think of it as handcrafted science. This idea is the at the heart of everything WanderDen does. Each and every design is exhaustively researched and studied, and every item is handmade from start to finish in-house. This launch is only the first of many inventions that I can't wait to bring to market. Your support will not only be funding current production, but will go toward the development of future marvels as well. If you want a sneak peak into future products, if you want some really great rewards, and if you believe that science and imagination belong together, then please show your support for WanderDen's first invention: MapCloth.MapCloth: What Is It? MapCloth is more than just a map, it's a process to print any detailed, black and white image onto material that is waterproof, durable, and beautifully textured. Best of all, it’s a fully custom process. MapCloth is made individually, not mass-produced. That means just about any design or application you can imagine is possible. If you’re a backpacker, you can choose the size and scale of your map and know it’s going to hold up under the toughest conditions. If you have a favorite fantasy series or game, you can have the perfect prop customized to your character, or a fantasy map straight from your favorite story, even from your own sketchbook! Like to cook? Now you can have a spill-proof recipe. Have kids? Now you can have a treasure map based off your own backyard. Here are just a few more possibilities: pirate map letters and invitations favorite poem famous quote antique book page science and anatomy prints treasure hunt clues javascript guide family tree and so much more! What are the Different Types? To better serve the great variety of applications, I've developed several blends, each with its own strength. All remain waterproof and very durable, but each has a different focus. MapCloth Classic is the original design. It is a balance between Studio and Trek. Its unique and beautiful texture resembles an aged scroll or animal hide. Suggested uses: Props, fantasy maps, casual trail maps, treasure hunts, letters and notes. MapCloth Classic MapCloth Studio is focused on look and feel. It comes in a variety of colors and is best for display or preserving things that will be used primarily indoors. Suggested uses: recipes, letters, invitations, decoration. MapCloth Studio MapCloth Trek is focused entirely on utility. It is slightly thinner and lighter. It doesn't have the same developed texture as the others and feels much more like fabric than leather or animal hide. However, it is EXTREMELY durable. Hot, cold, wet, dry and the roughest of treatments. Suggested uses: trail and topo maps for intense backpackers, survival guides or emergency info for adventure trips. MapCloth Trek I'm not kidding when I say MapCloth Trek is tough. Take a look at this demo video: Rewards This is the part you've been waiting for. What exactly am I offering? Remember, for every reward you have a choice of materials. Each reward comes in MapCloth Classic, Studio, and Trek. You pick! $8 Level / Hand-Inked Elvish Note: What can I say? I'm a nerd at heart. This small thank-you is for all the other nerds out there. Written in Tengwar: "Not all those who wander are lost" approx 4in x 6in $8 / Hand-Inked Elvish Note $10 Level / Custom Pocket Map: Approx 6in x 8in, perfect for an ultra-portable map, your favorite poem, or a clue to buried treasure. $10 Level, Custom Pocket Map $20 / Early Bird, First Run Custom MapCloth: Get yours first, get yours cheap. I work with you to create a MapCloth based off an existing image you have, or a sketched design you want realized. $360 / Christmas Lore Master: Get your 1.5 ft x 3ft hand-inked MapCloth before Christmas!Fulfillment: How Does it Work? Here's the process, from purchase to delivery, for your very own custom MapCloth. Step 1: You select your reward and pledge level. If it's custom, you can start thinking about what image and/or text you would like printed on it. Step 2: After fundraising ends, all backers will immediately be contacted with a survey. You will select your chosen material, and if you have a custom order, attach the file you would like printed. Step 3: I review your survey and print the file onto cloth. It is then treated with a proprietary combination of natural oils, waxes, and a catalyst. You receive a message that your order has begun the curing process. Step 4: Your order cures for about a week. Step 5: After curing, your order is washed in a special aging and binding bath and allowed to dry for about 48 hours. Step 6: Final quality check. Your order is packaged and sent to you along with a care guide. You receive a message that your order is on it's way. Step 7: Your beautiful MapCloth arrives, all ready for your next adventure! A Bit About Me... I'm an incessant tinkerer, with a life-long love for invention, theatre, and biochemistry. After studying molecular biology in college, I worked as a balloon artist, teacher, international photojournalist, marketing director, and door-to-door salesman. But in every job, and in all my spare time, I kept a notebook of inventions, designs, and ideas. After many years, this notebook has expanded to several volumes. With the encouragement of friends and family, I decided to launch a business to start sharing these inventions with the world. Thus, WanderDen was born.
  8. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/527239849/i-ate-fish-custard-gallifreyan-script-pendant This KS has the goal of making Whovian (Gallifreyan) pendants. Some of the folk on this board who are into cosplay might well be interested. According to the creator it says: "I Ate Fish Custard".. ..and, he is aiming at delivering in time for Christmas. (But, you could always tell people it means: "Admit One by order of the High Council of Gallifrey".) The fellow running this project is Andy Slater, the same Andy Slater who has supported and owned the Terragenesis miniature terrain building website(s) for many years. When Minibart created the books for his library diorama, he used the technique Andy wrote up and published in an article from the older TG site. A few of you might have read of Andy by following that thread.

  11. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2074091948/lets-play-dice?ref=category_newest About this project Hi everybody! As an entrepreneur, I’m always looping for new challenges; I love revisiting what already exists to make it different! I have two motto: Unique and different are the new beautiful! “No one told me it was impossible†(Mark Twain). Unfortunately I cannot give away the dice here on Kickstarter, it is against their policy! I will try to find a new way to reward your help! The challenge was to create a perfectly balanced design for each side: they all have the same volume (mass) removed one every surface, so no side is heavier than others. Our concept was use a shape that can be divided up into 6 parts, with always the same surface occupied: Rectangle and Round shapes offer the most attractive look! Anodized aluminium play dice This is why I decided to present you a new dice design: the Balanced play Dice! It seems that Dice have been used from the beginning of history: games of all kind appeared to have been popular long time ago, (3000 BCE) ;) Dimensions and concept: 16mm, 6 faced dice. Each side is flat with beveled edges for a more comfortable feel while playing. The numbers are represent by the numbers of part the form is divided in. 16 mm Play Dice This new dice design is perfect for all gamer and collectors: modern and classic!

  13. Dear backers, The time of the new campaign for Demigods Evolution resin minis is approaching. The date is set for the 9th of June. Guys from Prodos Games are working tirelessly on redesigning each miniature and we have some progress to share. Here are the 3D renders that will hit 3D printing starting Monday. Some of the new masters are done already and are awaiting molding. We have some great news regarding painting of minis. We have teamed up with the guys from Awaken Realms who will be offering their painting services for Demigods Evolution miniatures. Painted miniatures will be part of the offer in the new campaign. Here are few examples of their work: We started working on optimizing one new model for plastic molding in order to check if we can upgrade plastic minis to the level compatible with Demigods Evolution. This is the render of Protector that is being prepared for plastic molding: What we concluded so far about the transitioning of new models to plastic: - New designs will require that minis are produced from more parts which would raise the costs of assembly to the level that we would not be able to cover. That would lead to plastic minis being shipped unassembled. - Each model would have to again be optimized for plastic production, which would increase costs in both money and time. With the current look of things, upgrading of plastic miniatures will be challenging, however, we are prepared to do our best to upgrade the quality of our game in any way possible. We are sure that many of you are wondering how much would upgrade to resin game cost. We are preparing 2 options: 1. Silver Backers of previous campaign who ordered Black or Red edition will have an option to upgrade to Silver - This one will replace plastic miniatures in your game with their avatars and add + 22 resin minis (4 Demigods with alternative parts + 14 heroes with alternative parts + 2 heroes with alternative minis (4 minis total)). This upgrade will cost around $80 (free shipping) New backers will be able to get the Silver pledge level for around $200 + shipping cost 2. Gold Backers of previous campaign who ordered Black or Red edition will have an option to upgrade to Gold - This one will replace plastic miniatures in your game with their avatars and add + 41 resin minis (4 Demigods with alternative parts + 20 heroes with alternative parts + 4 heroes with alternative minis (8 minis total) + 8 minions + God of War). This upgrade will cost around $180 and it will also include all resin miniatures unlocked trough stretch goals (free shipping) New backers will be able to get the Gold pledge level for around $300 + shipping cost Cheers! 16. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/theplanetarysociety/lightsail-a-revolutionary-solar-sailing-spacecraft About this project LightSail: The People’s Spacecraft I'm Bill Nye, CEO of The Planetary Society. Yes, the Science Guy is also the Planetary Guy. I invite you to come along on a cosmic journey with me by participating in a mission to sail a spacecraft, a tiny CubeSat no bigger than a breadbox, on beams of light. Imagine it: unlimited free energy from the Sun will provide CubeSats with propulsion and revolutionize access to space for low-cost citizen projects—projects like ours or by teams of students and faculty at universities. This means that spacecraft, especially small ones like CubeSats, won't have to carry heavy fuels into orbit, and that the acceleration will be continuous. Even better, this is a journey that is directly funded by the world’s citizens, like you, rather than by governments. LightSail™ is truly “the people’s spacecraft.†Our LightSail mission will be the culmination of the hopes and dreams of our visionary founders, Louis Friedman, Bruce Murray and Carl Sagan. Some of you may remember Carl famously promoting solar sailing on Johnny Carson’s The Tonight Show. LightSail is a huge contribution to space science and exploration. To learn more about this amazing project, check out our dedicated website at sail.planetary.org. Through this proof-of-concept mission, we will use CubeSats to open new paths beyond Earth and, one day, potentially to other planets with an inexpensive, inexhaustible means of propulsion: photons, solar energy in its purest form. We need backers like you to join us in getting to this epic point in space exploration history. LightSail propulsion truly holds the promise—dare I say it?—to change the world!
  17. Massive Voodoo just came out with an Indiegogo campaign for an Ultimate Paint Rack that they designed for painters to be able to use at home and/or travel with. It's pretty cool, all the EB are already gone and they are almost to fulfillment.

  19. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mierceminiatures/darklands-monstrous-mounts We have a BIG surprise for you - we're launching a mini Kickstarter project TODAY, at 6pm! DARKLANDS MINI KICKSTARTER PROJECT We're not going to unveil much about this project in this announcement, to keep that surprise, but what we can tell you is that we'll be running it from 6pm (GMT) today, the 1st of July until 6pm Monday, the 14th of July - so that's two weeks' worth of Mierce awesomeness! What's the goal? We have set a initial goal of £5,000 for this project and we do hope to achieve that fairly early. To that end, one of the rewards will be an early bird, and there'll only be 125 of them available - so you'd better be quick and grab one; and you get £10 off the main reward for doing so. There's only one reward (two if you count the early bird version), too; and that's set at£50 (so £40 for the early bird). What's it all about? You'll have to wait until 6pm! All right, here's a few details. This little project is designed to fund some very cool miniatures indeed, some of which were seen by backers during our last Kickstarter project (Darklands: First Edition II), although they did not become stretch goals; and some miniatures that nobody has seen until now... Broadly, we are hoping to produce one extremely fantastic miniature - that is being sculpted right now by the awesome Daniel Cockersell - and add a few more to the Darklands range. Why now, not later? It's very simple, really - if we wait until September to produce these miniatures (which is the date scheduled for our next big project), you'll be waiting until well into 2015 before we can use Dan Cockersell's skills. He's a very busy man, he had a window of opportunity for us and we took it - the downside being that his awesomeness comes at a high price, and we don't want to dip into funds reserved for other project miniatures. As well as that, it's an opportunity to produce some more fantastic centrepiece miniatures, too - depending on you guys of course! - and is a bit of an experiment; if this project is nice and successful, we may well run a couple of mini-projects like it in 2015. We shall see...! Spread the word! There's only a few hours to go before the project begins... eeek! Tell your friends, acquaintances and relatives - we need their support as much as yours! To whet your appetite, here's a concept of a miniature that may appear during the course of the next project... if there's enough interest ;o)
  20. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1409961192/dungeon-crawl-classics-peril-on-the-purple-planet Not any minis on this one, but as I know there are at least a few other fans of the DCC RPG here I figured I'd give it a plug. $50 gets you the boxed set which originally contained two 32-page books (adventure and campaign setting), but has now been expanded by stretch goals to contain three more books and a bunch of handouts. You can also add on existing DCC modules at a slight discount, including a couple that were only released in limited numbers and have previously been hard to come by, so that's pretty nice (these are so far not up on the main page, but check out update #9). There are 9 days remaining on this Kickstarter.

  22. I see this morning that Hanger 18 rebooted their kickstarter. I read through it and I think they are definitely on the right track this time and I expect it to be quite successful. A big plus is it looks like a fair number if not all of the sculpts are finished so they shouldn't have a problem hitting their delivery dates unless the whole thing just explodes. If you don't like 54mm there is an option for smaller 32mm versions as well. I'm in the midst of a job change right now so I'm not sure I have the funds to jump in but if you like the Bawidamann art style for pin ups I think you will love these. I have seen a couple of the prototypes up close and personal and I think they are going to be great! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/710406053/modern-pinup-miniatures-bawidamann-style
  23. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/campaigncoins/campaign-coins-starter-sets-and-epic-treasure?ref=discovery 70% funded.. About this project We are Campaign Coins from Australia. We make beautiful metal coins for tabletop games. We'd like to invite you to join our new adventure: we would like to make new Epic Treasure Coins, as well as a line of new Starter Sets. This Kickstarter campaign is in Australian Dollars (AUD). This means that our prices are much lower in other currencies. At the time of launch, AUD $40 is around USD $30. We would like to add new 500-coins, 5,000-coins and 10,000-coins to our range, inAntique Copper, Antique Silver, Antique Gold and Platinum. These are huge coins! The 500-coins are 28mm diameter, the 5000-coins are 32.5mm, and the 10,000-coins are a whopping 35mm diameter. Here they with a United States Quarter. The Warrior 500-coins each depict a powerful warrior from one of the four great cultures of classic fantasy: an orc shaman, an elven archer, a dwarven warrior and a human knight. The Dragon 5,000-coins each feature a great dragon: a terrible wyrm, an elfin dragon, a huge dragon on his hoard, and a mighty old dragon. The City 10,000-coins each show a major city. There is an orcish mountain, a graceful elven tree, a mighty dwarven fortress and a massive human castle. All of our Classic Fantasy coins are designed by Australian artist Lee Smith. He has also done art for AEG, Fantasy Flight Games, Monte Cook Games, Wizards of the Coast & more We have designed new Starter Sets to help you build up your treasury. When you make a Starter Set Pledge, you can choose any of the following sets for each set in your pledge. You can mix and match as you choose. You only need one set to get started! 24. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cqgames/the-best-damn-metal-gaming-coins-ever?ref=category Some ancient Greek style metal coins for RPGs, board games or just for fun. Seems to be a good quantity for the price. What I really like about them is the size, a lot bigger then others I have seen. What I don't like is that you only get 1 gold per set (but it is a big 'un!).
