  1. Monster Terrain (Monster Fight Club) has fir/pine trees now available, as well as an unpainted and STL option. The trees look good! I have their trees from last year and they are second best to Dwarven Forge in terms of quality for plastic trees. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/monsterfightclub/ice-wilds/description
  2. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/blacklistgames/blacklist-miniatures-fantasy-series-1?ref=discovery_category_newest Story I'm Adam Sadler, senior game designer at Blacklist Games, and I love miniatures. They are what got my brother Brady and me into the hobby back when we were teenagers. Whether we’re using them in roleplaying games, board games, or tabletop miniatures games, we love collecting, assembling, painting, and playing with them. While Blacklist Games has published several of our games that feature miniatures, they saw our passion could be used for the creation of a new division that would focus solely on miniatures and allow for company growth in parallel with creating great board games. With everyone at the company excited about the possibility of this new division, here we are to share it with you! Blacklist Miniatures will focus entirely on producing high quality, highly detailed, pre-assembled plastic miniatures to be used in any type of game. Blacklist Miniatures: Fantasy Series 1, our first miniatures line, is not only a celebration of our love for miniatures, but also of all things fantasy. With your support, this campaign will not only bring this project to life, but also open the door to other lines of miniatures in various genres and even new games to utilize them!
  3. So I got a newsletter with super early (2020) kickstarter tease (image behind the spoiler).
  4. A co-author and I have started a venture and would appreciate you checking out our RPG supplement!! This is our first KS project, but I’ve been here on the forums for years. We’ve backed tons of projects and all well-versed in KS. Little secret…the project is named in homage to my favorite band. 😆 Please scope out our project! See you at ReaperCon. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/adrift/a-game-to-remember-volume-1?ref=project_build
  5. Tenebrae - Fate of Asteria A whole bunch of resin, or you can pick up a full set of Kimera Kolors.

  8. Great fit for all post-apo games and TTRPG and already funded. Check it out! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/pharaohsworkshop/wasteland-container-house-3-pay-what-you-want?ref=8n04ou
  9. Midlam got me again! Wizards' Apprentices Volume II: Now we got gifted magical girls full of promise to go with their male classmates from "Volume 1" (Midlam MIniatures' first KS in 2016).
  10. A new project from Oathsworn goes live on Tuesday. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/oathsworn/burrows-and-badgers-the-streets-of-new-castle
  11. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/junior-townsfolk-and-villagers-volume-3/description Midlam doesn't need an introduction, do they? Their latest collection of cute and funny minis are ready to hurt your wallet: As usual, this is an 8day KS, so hurry up.
  12. (Unofficial title: BaseBoss 2 - Electric Boogaloo ) The project is NOW LIVE so you can discuss it here! Please try to keep things reasonably on topic. We may make a separate information thread later on that specific questions and/or information may be moved to if it's deemed necessary. Here is the link! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/reaperbones5/base-boss-2-new-bases-and-base-top-inserts
  13. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/reinaroja/suenos-the-art-of-gary-villarreal They took a long time to come live with this one....... like their other one (Sombras) Reina Roja has chosen an artist with some just askew of normal surreal artwork to draw from. His insta is here Gary Villarreal Looks like the only complaints on their previous KS (Sombras) were shipping delays and people who didn't seem to understand that they were ordering multipart resin models and were determined to kick up a storm about how this wasn't what they thought they were ordering.
  14. Please reserve this thread for information and questions about Bones 6 only. Please direct all chatter and discussions over to the Enthusiasm and Chatter thread, which is here: https://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/97887-reaper-bones-6-enthusiasm-and-commentary-thread/ Off-topic posts will be removed from this thread and chatter will be relocated to the chatter thread. Please be polite and follow all forum rules. The Kickstarter Project page is here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/reaperbones5/bones-6-tales-from-the-green-griffin/ (Does this topic seem like deja vu? That's because I messed up removing a chatter post and accidentally merged the whole thread into the enthusiasm thread. lol my bad)
  15. Anastyr Given I have a few unplayed games sitting on my shelf, my will save has gotten pretty high on these.
  16. Another “large collection of miniatures” kickstarters, reminiscent of the recent Blacklist Games Fantasy kickstarters. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/nextlevelminiatures/next-level-miniatures-dragons-hoard-miniatures-vol-1/ I am tempted, even though it covers a lot of things we already have.
  17. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/2lm/household/description Came across a Kickstarter from CMON's RPG publishing arm (Didn't know they had one) for a RPG about various Fairy Folk living in an abandoned mansion. Not a RPG player myself, so I can't comment much on the game, but it does use special dice which seems a bit limiting:- There is a link to some quickstart rules on the page to have a look at though. My interest is in the set of minis (It is a CMON Kickstarter after all):- Unfortunately, I can't get the figures without also pledging for the RPG at least at the PDF level, so I've got this on remind while I ponder if the minis are worth the extra $30.
  18. Latest Zombicide game up on Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cmon/marvel-zombies-zombicide Not cheap, but already well over target Ends Feb 4th, delivery June 2023
  19. About this project Check the comments on this project for sneak peeks, Darklands lore, hints, tactics, painting advice and general insanity! The community that builds during these Kickstarter projects is amazing, and even if you just read the comments, you'll gain so much more from Darklands: Starter Hosts! Backing Darklands: Savage Hordes IV is a great opportunity to get into the dark fantasy world of Darklands for the first time, to expand your existing Darklands collection or maybe just to grab some fantastic miniatures to paint. Warriors of Cantwaraburg, Jutgār Unit We'll give you the option to purchase everything in resin, too, if you're more of a painter than a gamer! Darklands is a tabletop skirmish wargame in which YOU command the hosts of man and beast that your ancestors once did for glory, power or simple survival. You can play Darklands with all of our amazing miniatures, including our incredible monsters and anything produced by this project, in a wargame designed specifically for them in a setting that you already know a lot about... for the lands of darkness, the "dark lands" as we call them, are in fact the north and west of Europe and of course the sunken lands still remembered, yet no longer seen, from ancient times. Intrigued? Download the Darklands: First Edition Quick Play Guide to learn how to play very quickly, and have a good look at the Lands of Darkness Kindred Guide to give you an insight into the lore behind the game. Additionally, have a look at the bottom of this project's page for more information on Darklands the wargame! New to Darklands? Choose your infantry host, and get the "STARTER BUNDLE" reward! It's the easiest way to get playing! To keep things as simple as possible, this project’s rewards are based around the concept of a Starter Host. All Starter Hosts contain a small Darklands host of around 499 gold - so Encounter Host size - where possible, and you can add the Darklands: First Edition rule book, order tokens and D10 dice to your pledge to ensure you have everything you need to get started! As well as the hosts listed in the stretch goals, you can purchase any of the Infantry Starter Hosts in metal or resin from the graphic below - either as single purchases or as part of the "FIVE INFANTRY HOSTS" reward. Each Infantry Starter Host almost always contains: 1x Commander 1x Infantry unit of 10x miniatures, including champion, banner bearer and herald where appropriate 1x Monstrous Infantry unit of 5x warriors (50mm) or 3x warriors (60mm) Note that 60mm monstrous infantry units (such as the Srónax) can only be produced in resin regardless of whether your purchase is for a metal host or a resin host. ADD NEW WARRIORS OF BAALOR / SLEANAGH / WIHTSWEORDS ETC. Most of these Infantry Starter Hosts are already released to the public; new ones will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next. Support Starter Hosts are exactly the same as Infantry Hosts in terms of costs, and always contain: 1x Support Commander 1x Support Unit of 10x miniatures, including champion 1x Monstrous Support Unit of 3x warriors, including champion Note that 60mm or 80mm monstrous infantry units (such as the Bholg of Acaill) can only be produced in resin regardless of whether your purchase is for a metal host or a resin host. Some of these Support Starter Hosts are already released to the public; new ones will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next. As well as the Infantry Starter Hosts and Support Starter Hosts we have a number of Monstrous Infantry Starter Hosts, based around the same principle of 499 gold or Encounter Host size, where possible. Each Monstrous Infantry Starter Host almost always contains: 1x Monstrous Commander 1x Monstrous Infantry unit of 5x miniatures, including champion, banner bearer and herald where appropriate 1x Monstrous Beast Note that 60mm monstrous infantry hosts and all of the monstrous beasts will only be produced in resin regardless of whether your purchase is for a metal host or a resin host. Most of these Monstrous Infantry Starter Hosts are already released to the public; new ones will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next. We're also introducing a new type of host this time around - the Monstrous Beast Starter Host, which will bring some excellent punch to your hosts! These are based around units of 3x 80mm monstrous beast units, such as the Felljötunn Host. Monstrous Beast Starter Hosts can only be produced in resin. Each of these Monstrous Infantry Starter Hosts will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next.
  20. A Pay what you want campaign with pledges for $1 / $2 and $11 https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/where-legends-stand/where-legends-fall-web-of-the-spider-queen-stl-files?ref=section-homepage-view-more-recommendations-p1
  21. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ttcombatundead/siege-of-the-smallfolk Not so small ... and lots more. I have backed the creator three times already and was very satisfied each time (good service, good communications, nice miniatures, last shipment needed a lot of cleaning up, but still very much worth the price I paid). I hope he's not overextending himself ... there is a shipload of stuff.
  22. Interesting Kickstarter for resin minis based on the Mork Borg setting (Nothing something I've heard of, but I barely know anything about RPGs):- https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/westfaliaminiatures/mork-borg-miniatures Also not a company I've heard of before, but they do seem to have a pretty solid track record. What is it about this week and Kickstarters for weird minis? On top of this one there's Coven launching on Saturday too, I'm supposed to be getting out of this whole Kickstarting malarkey!
  23. New Kickstarter from Effincool Miniatures Kobold Press Bestiary Miniatures: Iconic Races II Catfolk https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/497254986/kobold-press-bestiary-miniatures-iconic-races-ii-catfolk?ref=ksr_email_user_watched_project_launched
  24. Non-Mini, PC Video Game - Dinosaur / prehistoric animal Tycoon. Accurate models, highly customizable gameplay I know it's not mini-related, but I also know some of you might have kids who like dinosaurs (or like them yourself), and this is a good educational game because they actually did research, applied current and up to date science to their models, and i figured some people here might actually be interested. If not? Ah well! I just thought i'd make a post for it There are 50 Species planned for Early Access, with more planned "Prehistoric Kingdom is a modern take on the tycoon simulator game genre, focused on building and managing your very own prehistoric-themed zoo, populating it with a large variety of extinct animals and opening its gates to the public for your guests to enjoy. As such, our main goals with the project can be brought down to three major aspects: Ensuring a high level of customization for buildings and their placement modes, allowing for almost limitless creative potential. With multiple creative tools provided to help you build the ultimate prehistoric zoo, the possibilities are endless. Providing a fairly realistic and scientifically accurate in-game depiction of each animal, from its looks to its sounds and behavior. Each and every creature is designed and created with the utmost love and attention. Offering challenging, detailed, and enjoyable management mechanics that will immerse you even more in the very world that you built! "
  25. Hi everyone, I wanted to share that we have just launched the third Dunkeldorf Kickstarter! Our last Kickstarter was focusing on "The Prancing Peacock" more or less a full tavern setting. Our new Kickstarter still focuses on the town of Dunkeldorf, but this time it's all about a Brewer "Sven Wentzel" who's also the leader of a ruthless gang of thugs. There's also more focus on the mutants that dwell in the sewers beneath the town. Finally, the third "Faction" for this campaign is Witch Hunters and their Hired Swords who are en route towards Dunkeldorf to root out the mutants they've heard continued rumours about. The Kickstarter can be found here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kinggames/the-kingpin-of-dunkeldorf - With our last 2 campaigns we unlocked a lot of Stretch Goals and included a bunch of extra free miniatures, accessories and pets and we hope to achieve the same this time! 🙂
