  1. About The Wrath of Cichol is the first episodic release for Creatures of the Night. Creatures of the Night is a fantasy miniature range (and perhaps, in the future, a game) designed by Krakon Games. Each chapter explores a period from the Lebor Gabála Érenn (Book of Invasions) - an Irish histro-mythology exploring the various races to inhabit and invade ancient Eriu (Ireland). Chapter 1: The Wrath of Cichol introduces both the Fomorian adversaries and one of the first invaders - Partholón. By backing this project you will help fund the production of Krakon Games' first fantasy range and be "rewarded" with your chosen models. All models will be cast in resin and supplied without bases. Most are multi-part models that require a little cleaning and assembly. There are 8 large character models available at project launch, with a list of stretch goals that will unlock as funding levels increase. If there's something on the stretch goal list you would like, feel free to include it in your pledge total to help unlock it. Pledge levels The characters Fomorians Partholóin Scale shots All black bases shown are 50mm diameter. The models average around 40mm to their eyes. Here's the starting line-up and a couple of stretch goals in development:
  2. About Your RPG adventures develop into a world like no other. The places, the players, the trinkets and treasures that are discovered. These vivid constructs exist in our imaginations in incredible detail - our aim is to bring each element of your RPG experience to life with an all new 3D modular dungeon! Not just another STL file sale... We're living in exciting times; 3D printing has emerged in a variety of industries for rapid prototyping and one-off on demand prints. So far, 3D printing has proven extremely expensive for the average Joe given machinery, materials and equipment rental costs. Frankly, printing a whole Dungeon is not practical or cost effective for the vast majority of RPG players. That is, until now! At RPG Factory, we do not sell virtual files which you'll need to print yourself - we've done all of the hard work for you! We produce fully printed products so that you can assemble, paint and play in no time at all! RPG Factory is built on talent and vision. We have a huge amount of artistic, CAD and business experience which we're using to deliver a cost effective product which is durable, easy to assemble and practical for RPG gamers of all ages! It's been 12 months in the making... We've been developing our ideas for months, working out the kinks in our designs to make sure that our products strike a balance between looking good and functioning as gaming pieces. We've taken the time to trial the modular system with gamers to make sure that it integrates properly with the most popular gaming systems. Particularly ones which house fearsome giant lizards in giant concrete underworlds... Finally, we've experimented with a number of different materials to ensure that the final product is extremely durable, captures detail and takes paint without discolouration or de-lamination. Section of the Dungeon All of this effort and attention to detail has led us to our first Kickstarter, but we won't be stopping there! The funding for this Kickstarter will be going straight back into the RPG Factory coffers so that we can expand on our range in the future (and boy do we have a lot of ideas for you!!) So, if you want to immerse yourself in exciting new adventures, dive right in and Pledge today! Crawl through the twisting corridors, facing terrible foes! We have designed the dungeons to be as modular as possible, giving you a huge number of options! A number of components within the Dungeon set can be used in different ways, further increasing versatility. Our clip system allows your set to be assembled quickly, for testing layouts and re-engineering your network or corridors and rooms in minutes! Our Dungeon components are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
  3. About BASE SYSTEM ROOTS When I moved from hex map to miniature rules gaming, I struggled to find any decent affordable scenery. Thus I decided to make some myself. These were sold online under the name of Mechanized Designworks. I found many other people liked them. This led to my decision to make an entire range accessible to the public through DFA, in the form of the BASE System. With your support DFA intends to create the largest range of affordable, high quality modular 6mm scale scenery and buildings. With your continued support, the range has scope to expand indefinitely. BASE System sections will be made from 3D printed design originals. Each section will be individually hand-finished before casting in resin, creating a high-quality finish suitable for your choice of model paint. BASE SYSTEM CORE BASE Systems are modular. Example BASE System layout with stand-alone buildings There are many buildings, from stand-alone structures and themed sets, to totally modular sets that allow players to build a base as big or small as they wish. A host of new building designs and base layouts can be created by simply repositioning individual sections; while the same parts can be endlessly reconfigured to provide new vistas for each game. If you're looking to build a small outpost or firebase or a big planetary command centre for your games, BASE has you covered. Best of all: because BASE System is modular, you can take it apart and redesign it when setting up your next game. Infinite possibilities and configurations await with BASE. Example of a large BASE system layout using modular parts BASE SYSTEM VISUAL BASE offers a uniform look and feel across sets in the range. While each module in a set is interchangeable, it will still conform to the overall chosen appearance of your tabletop. In addition, you can make sets look entirely different, yet cohesive, with a few additional components in different paint livery. EVOLVING YOUR BASE SYSTEM Start small and go large … or start big. Example of a small BASE System layout The choice is yours. The BASE System is available in box sets and individual components. You can evolve your BASE System at your own speed by adding components or sets as and when it suits you. (To help get you started with this, you will also receive two of some buildings at specific pledge levels.) Fire Control and HQ buildings The Repair Bay contains 2 rigs, allowing you to switch between closed and open during your games. The Geodesic Dome will feature a clear resin casting, allowing you to create features inside the structure. The Class A Interstellar Communications set is just the first modular BASE system we hope to produce.

    Oathsworn Fur and Feathers

About this project We love miniatures. We love tabletop games. We love anthropomorphic animals, from Disney's Robin Hood through The Wind in the Willows to Brian Jaques' Redwall books. So we combined the things we love in our Burrows & Badgers range of metal miniatures. Why are we making them? Because we want them! And we know a lot of other people are looking for more anthropomorphic animal miniatures too. Some will want to use them for wargaming or roleplaying. That's what we do with ours - and there's a link below to a free .pdf copy of the Burrows & Badgers Skirmish Game rules for you to download, if you feel like trying it out. Other people love painting miniatures, and our figures are perfect for that, full of character ready to be brought to life with your paintbrush.... And some people just love collecting miniatures; again, we've made this new set of Burrows & Badgers figures perfect for collectors. They are all single piece models, with integral bases, so there are no fiddly parts to be glued on. We love making miniatures; we hope you'll love our miniatures too. Why we need your help... We've got 13 new miniatures sculpted, but they need to have moulds made before we can start producing the miniatures. And that's why we need funding; to get the moulds made, and get the casting process started. About the miniatures... There are other ranges of anthropomorphic animal miniatures out there, but ours are a little different. We didn't want all the races of animals to be the same size. Instead, we've scaled them to each other; so a shrew or a mouse is a very small model, about 20mm tall, and a really big animal like a badger will stand about 50mm tall, for example. Each sculpted figure shown below has a scale picture with it, showing its height in millimetres. All our models are supplied unpainted. And if you are interested in doing some anthro skirmish gaming, here's the link to the Burrows & Badgers website, where you can download .pdf files of the rules, warband rosters, FAQs and more: The Pledges Below you'll see pictures of the different Pledge levels available. Each picture shows you what's included in the Pledge, then below them you can see close-up pictures of the individual miniatures, which also include the prices if you want to add extra miniatures to any Pledge. Shipping costs vary depending on where you are; there's a graphic at the bottom of this page that lists all the shipping costs. All Pledges are set for an estimated delivery of December 2017, but we're hoping to deliver sooner than that. Pictures of the miniature sculpts Below you can see pictures of each of the miniatures, and there's a scale image at the bottom right of each picture to show the height of the model in millimetres. There's also a price at the bottom of each picture, for the Pick'n'Mix pledge, or to add extra models to any pledge.

  8. About this project In the lands of the North, where the Black Rocks stand guard against the cold sea, in the dark night that is very long the Men of the Northlands sit by their great log fires and they tell a tale... and this tale is one of bringing the works of Peter Firmin and Oliver Postgate to life in the form of metal miniatures suitable for both collecting and gaming. Peter Firmin and Daniel Postgate, Oliver's son, have given their licensed blessing to this project. Every miniature produced will be lovingly packaged in the heart of the lead belt, otherwise known as Nottingham, and then shipped to all backers. There are many more miniatures in the offing provided funding is reached which will encourage me to keep going....and to ensure my bank manager doesn't rue the day I walked through his door a few months back with a tiny acorn of an idea..... The 16 initial sculpts, by the awfully talented Martin Buck, have already been mastered by the also talented hands of another dedicated Noggin fan, Peter Brown of The Mouldmaker. Each miniature is on a 20mm round base (although these have shrunk slightly in the moulding process) and average about 30mm in height. Peter Firmin has been actively involved in the consultation, refinement and approval of the final figures after all, they are his creation! Daniel Postgate, Oliver's son, is of course involved in the project for Smallfilms. They will be cast in a white metal alloy and boxed in a rather nice presentation set unless you choose the single blister option. Packaging work in progress Although all of the miniatures look wonderful in the bare metal as supplied, they really come alive with the addition of a little paint and colour - look at what can be achieved in the pics below - fabulous paintwork from the gifted hands of brush maestro Andrew Taylor A lot more sculpts are planned, some are works in progress that will be posted as updates throughout the course of the Kickstarter. This Kickstarter is to allow the production of the first 16 sculpts as a set and to finance the production of the rest.
  9. About this project FREE MINIATURE for every £1000 raised by this campaign (see stretch goals) Your minis will be created by Pansensis droids! (see bottom of page) Scantastic We will be visiting a dozen Henge sites around the UK and north France
  10. About this project Forests can be represented on the wargames table in a number of ways. Each have their own pros and cons. Single trees on bases are cheap and allow gamers to admire their miniatures, even when hiding in cover. However, if model trees are permanently attached to a forest footprint, placement of larger units can be difficult. Even if weighted, individually based tree models are prone to toppling over with a domino effect on other trees or snagging on miniatures. Besides, from the gamer's view of the tabletop (similar to hovering hundreds of metres above the landscape), all but the most sparse of wooded areas appear as undulating unbroken swathes of vegetation. My tree canopy style representations of forests (as opposed to highly detailed and accurate tree models) will bring a practical and aesthetic dense forest effect to your 3mm, 6mm, 10mm & 15mm wargaming tables. Pledging for additional sets will of course, greatly add to the variety of foliage and appearance of the tabletop scenery in larger games. Don't forget that the reward level forest styles listed can be customized when the project goes ahead, for instance to request either the triangular or rectangular shapes or the Frosty/Snowy types for Winter campaigns. Product Description There are three tree canopy sections in each hand made set, cut from a single 15cm x 15cm piece of tree canopy material (just over 6" square), which is just enough for the smallest of skirmish games. 'Deciduous' and 'evergreen' three and four sided styles (pictured rather closer together than normal!) There are two kinds of shaped woods available for variation: three sided and four sided, although they are trimmed to have undulating edges for a natural look. (As they are hand made, straight sided plantations could be easily produced in addition to other custom requirements). A view under the tree canopy. The wood on the right is set up to be sited on a gradient. Originally designed for 6mm gaming, there is at least 25mm of adjustable clearance underneath the tree canopies for your miniatures with the standard 'tree trunk' supports. (For 15mm gamers, or if using troops with standard bearers or AFVs with whip aerials, taller supports may be better, which can be supplied). Not every tree trunk is specifically represented with these forests, only the minimum number to provide stability and adequate headroom. If the forest is to be sited on a hillside they can be inserted into the vegetation at appropriate angles. Most importantly, these tree canopies can be lifted off the table without snagging on the miniatures underneath. I do not use a 'footprint' for replacing the forests after lifting (for example, a felt cut out 'shadow') in my games as I find there are usually enough points of reference (especially once miniatures have moved underneath). This could be changed depending on feedback. They are available in eight foliage styles for battles in any season which can be seen in the following sets and test mock-ups: Deciduous Deciduous foliage style A standard tree with mid green leaves and using green branches for extra verdance. Light Oak Light Oak, again with 6mm miniatures for scale Standard dark brown branches with light green 'Spring growth' Dark Oak Dark Oak triangular set Standard deciduous leaves on dark brown branches. Evergreen Evergreen rectangular set Blue-green pine effect foliage on dark branches. Pictured is a single colour test foliage which will be improved upon with variegation. Early Autumn Early Autumn wood The leaves on the trees in this wood are just beginning to turn yellow. Late Autumn Late Autumn wood Dark brown branches visible through yellow leaves. A more Copper Beech leaf colour is in development.
  11. About this project The Third Android Collective. Welcome to the launch of The Third Android Collective. This campaign, if successful, will see the expansion of the Androids and Robots range of miniatures produced by Blind Beggar Miniatures, This Third Collective of Androids will see the extension of the 'Andy' Series, with a new selection of models which fulfil even more roles in society. The 'Andy' Series The 'Andy' Series are based on an original design first conceived and created by Andym Industries (the MK1). This original design was later acquired by the BB Corporation where further research and development saw this pattern evolve into a range of models with differing specifications. There are currently thirteen different models in production in the 'Andy' Series, This campaign will, hopefully, see the introduction of several more. The New Models The new models that the BB Corporation would like to put into production are shown here: Please note that the MK 14 is a two-part miniature. The First and Second Collective miniatures.. Here are the miniatures from the First and Second Collective campaigns. The Original Android Collective, featuring Mk's 1-7, The Second Android Collective, featuring Mk's 8-13 (and also includes 'Barker', the Android dog, not pictured). The Pledge Levels. Take a look at the Pledge Levels on the right to see the options available for acquiring some 'Andy's of your own. You will also find the option of getting hold of some of the earlier models from the previous campaigns.
  12. About this project Trash Runners Their glamorous mission? Delivering precious tons of household refuse across the barren earth of outworld. Form up your posse for adventure as you head across the desolate wastelands. Face down rival gangs trying to steal your cargo, barbaric tribes defending ancestral hunting grounds, anarchic revolutionaries raging against the machine and crazed enforcers wielding deadly judgement. This is the world of Factious Waste, a cinematic tabletop skirmish game which blends strategy with narrative roleplay. Factious Waste is set in a near-future dystopia, drawing on the traditions of classic comics and action movies from the 80s and giving them a twist for the 21st century. Natural resources have run dry, industry has collapsed, global borders have been shaken by forced migration. The world is divided between the tiny but affluent inworld, comfortable home of the tech-elite, and the brutal wastelands of outworld. Outworld is controlled by two powerful entities- GenPower, the corporation holding the monopoly on electrical production, and the ReFrat, mobsters who handle the dirty but essential task of waste management and recycling. Caught in the midst of their struggle for superiority are the NeoPrimitives, tribes fighting to protect a natural world which has long since given up the ghost. Revolutionary Luddites are former slaves from the treadmills of GenPower, now attempting to bring down the corporation and liberate their fellow workers. Artisan Collectives scour the desert wastes for rare materials to make bespoke goods for the inworld market and exiled former cyber-cops vent their deranged notions of law on the hapless wastelanders. Through the chaos ride the Trash Runners, vying amongst one another for the most lucrative contracts, hauling the refuse of inworld back for reprocessing and hunting for undiscovered treasures buried deep in the wastes. Following previous successful Kickstarters with The Woods and Legends of British Steampunk, Oakbound are returning to bring you Factious Waste, the second of Oakbound's settings to run off the SystemMech game system. Factious Waste is the world the rules were designed for back in 2014. Since then we have been playtesting and refining and are finally ready to launch this cinematic sandbox skirmish. Players build their own posses of up to 12 figures which grow, gain skills, equipment, injuries and character traits, control territories and fulfil contracts over a series of games. A scrap convoy heads out across the desolate red deserts of outworld. SystemMech is Oakbound Studio’s narrative miniatures roleplay system. The rules for SystemMech are the same whether your games take place in the depths of space, a realm of high fantasy or across a gritty, post-apocalyptic landscape. The MOST IMPORTANT RULE: Tell a good story! As a skirmish-scale tabletop miniatures game, SystemMech is unique in two respects. Firstly it uses no dice rolls or decks of cards. The element of uncertainty in the game lies in the way players’ models interact together. Secondly and more importantly, SystemMech is designed for playing out encounters on the tabletop which are not a simple matter of ‘smash and grab’ or ‘fight to the death’. Combat is certainly an element, but subterfuge, coercion and exploration of the game environment are just as (if not more) important than killing off the opposition. Simple concepts: The principles of the game fit on a couple of pages. Characters have six core statistics which combine to affect the outcome of their actions. Characters with high Decisiveness activate before those with a lower value and models can perform a number of actions during their activation equal to their Stamina rating. Models can target actions at elements they can perceive- dictated by their Perception range and a Field of Vision template aligned with their base. Flexible action: The majority of the rules section is made up of six action tables: Movement, Relational (interaction with environment and other models), Shooting, Grappling, Driving and Reacting to the actions of other models. This allows characters to do anything from jumping between buildings to programming machinery, interrogating enemy models to high speed car chases. All in a concise and easy-to-reference format. We've even produced a super-slim reference booklet so you don't need to carry the large book around with you. Strategy and Narrative: With twenty five scenarios included in the rulebook, a strong emphasis on objectives and a comprehensive campaign system Factious Waste instinctively plays out as an engrossing narrative. Because there are no dice rolls involved players have to work their posses to their characters' strengths and plan their strategy carefully. With combat only one element of the game the stealth, leadership and charisma of your characters all play a crucial role in achieving your objectives. Fast-paced gaming: A Factious Waste scenario typically takes between 1 and 1.5 hours, allowing a short 3-scenario narrative to be played in an evening. Games usually take place on a 3' square board so can be played where space is at a premium. Posse creation is simple 3-step process and the War for 1984 and Faction Packs come with pre-generated posses allowing you to get started right away. A mid-game car crash results in a spectacular pile-up. Converted toy vehicles and Games Workshop miniatures joined official Factious Waste figures for this skirmish. Oakbound's miniatures are hand-sculpted and cast in metal from vulcanised rubber moulds in the finest traditions of the hobby. The Factious Waste miniatures are cast in hard, lead-free white metal which allows the finest details of the figures to come out clean and crisp. The average size of these models is 30mm from the sole of the foot to the top of the head, allowing them to fit with both old school '28mm heroic' and more modern 30-35mm miniatures. We appreciate that there are an enormous array of games available (we play a lot ourselves) and want these models to be as compatible as possible with other ranges so whether you're playing Rogue Trader or Infinity, original or new Necromunda you will be able to fit these models into your games. Each of the Faction Packs have been put together to give you a particular 'flavour'- boiler suited workers, native wastelanders, pulp mobsters and armoured enforcers. A small, mixed-faction posse heads off on a mission.

    Darklands: Savage Hordes IV

About this project Check the comments on this project for sneak peeks, Darklands lore, hints, tactics, painting advice and general insanity! The community that builds during these Kickstarter projects is amazing, and even if you just read the comments, you'll gain so much more from Darklands: Starter Hosts! Warriors of Cantwaraburg, Jutgār Unit We'll give you the option to purchase everything in resin, too, if you're more of a painter than a gamer! Darklands is a tabletop skirmish wargame in which YOU command the hosts of man and beast that your ancestors once did for glory, power or simple survival. You can play Darklands with all of our amazing miniatures, including our incredible monsters and anything produced by this project, in a wargame designed specifically for them in a setting that you already know a lot about... for the lands of darkness, the "dark lands" as we call them, are in fact the north and west of Europe and of course the sunken lands still remembered, yet no longer seen, from ancient times. Intrigued? Download the Darklands: First Edition Quick Play Guide to learn how to play very quickly, and have a good look at the Lands of Darkness Kindred Guide to give you an insight into the lore behind the game. Additionally, have a look at the bottom of this project's page for more information on Darklands the wargame! New to Darklands? Choose your infantry host, and get the "STARTER BUNDLE" reward! It's the easiest way to get playing! To keep things as simple as possible, this project’s rewards are based around the concept of a Starter Host. All Starter Hosts contain a small Darklands host of around 499 gold - so Encounter Host size - where possible, and you can add the Darklands: First Edition rule book, order tokens and D10 dice to your pledge to ensure you have everything you need to get started! As well as the hosts listed in the stretch goals, you can purchase any of the Infantry Starter Hosts in metal or resin from the graphic below - either as single purchases or as part of the "FIVE INFANTRY HOSTS" reward. Each Infantry Starter Host almost always contains: 1x Commander 1x Infantry unit of 10x miniatures, including champion, banner bearer and herald where appropriate 1x Monstrous Infantry unit of 5x warriors (50mm) or 3x warriors (60mm) Note that 60mm monstrous infantry units (such as the Srónax) can only be produced in resin regardless of whether your purchase is for a metal host or a resin host. ADD NEW WARRIORS OF BAALOR / SLEANAGH / WIHTSWEORDS ETC. Most of these Infantry Starter Hosts are already released to the public; new ones will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next. Support Starter Hosts are exactly the same as Infantry Hosts in terms of costs, and always contain: 1x Support Commander 1x Support Unit of 10x miniatures, including champion 1x Monstrous Support Unit of 3x warriors, including champion Note that 60mm or 80mm monstrous infantry units (such as the Bholg of Acaill) can only be produced in resin regardless of whether your purchase is for a metal host or a resin host. Some of these Support Starter Hosts are already released to the public; new ones will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next. As well as the Infantry Starter Hosts and Support Starter Hosts we have a number of Monstrous Infantry Starter Hosts, based around the same principle of 499 gold or Encounter Host size, where possible. Each Monstrous Infantry Starter Host almost always contains: 1x Monstrous Commander 1x Monstrous Infantry unit of 5x miniatures, including champion, banner bearer and herald where appropriate 1x Monstrous Beast Note that 60mm monstrous infantry hosts and all of the monstrous beasts will only be produced in resin regardless of whether your purchase is for a metal host or a resin host. Most of these Monstrous Infantry Starter Hosts are already released to the public; new ones will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next. We're also introducing a new type of host this time around - the Monstrous Beast Starter Host, which will bring some excellent punch to your hosts! These are based around units of 3x 80mm monstrous beast units, such as the Felljötunn Host. Monstrous Beast Starter Hosts can only be produced in resin. Each of these Monstrous Infantry Starter Hosts will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next.

    RuneQuest Quickstarter Miniatures

About this project RuneQuest Quickstart Hi, we at Infinity-Engine are very proud to announce our Licence to create miniatures and scenery for RuneQuest. Our first release is based on the adversaries found in the RQG Quickstarter adventure, 'The Broken Tower' Please have a look at our first miniature set here and also head over to our website and blog for News and WIP of our other fantasy and sci-fi models and miniatures. www.infinity-engine.com This is a Kickstarter to fund our first set of Licenced RuneQuest miniatures. The models are almost ready and we are running this fundraiser to gauge the interest and get these models to the mould makers, then into your hands. These miniatures and items of scenery are designed and sold under Licence from Chaosium Inc and Moon Design Publications. Adversaries Set The Adversaries Set consists of two Sprul-Pa, two Rock Lizards, a Dream Weft, thee Menhir and a Stone Woman miniature. The set is 25% cheaper than the full price of the individual models. The Menhir and Stone Woman will be cast in high quality resin, the rest of the models cast in metal. The Stone Woman model is still work in progress, and we will update the pictures as the model progress. The metal miniatures are supplied with plastic round bases and the resin models have sculpted round bases cast in resin. Stone Woman As the Stone Woman model is cast in house, we can offer this model straight away and at 20% lower than the full price. The model is still work in progress and we should have a finished, moulded and painted version before the end of the campaign. Menhir The Stone Woman Menhir are also cast in house and we can offer these as soon as the Kickstarter ends away at 20% lower than the full price. We are making the moulds right now and should have cast, then painted examples very soon. Full Set Painted This reward is one full Adversaries Set pro-painted. Like in the picture but a lot more colourful. We will work closely with anyone that takes up this option to get a colour scheme and finish that works for them. Card Adversaries I loved the card miniatures that came with a few of Chaosiums games, (back in the day), and although I want to sell our miniatures, I know a lot of role players are not collectors of models or enjoy painting, so I have designed some paper version of these miniatures and for a pound we will email you a PDF as soon as we photograph the finished painted models. The pictures are only place holders and will be replaced with painted miniatures as soon as they are cast and painted. Sprul-Pa UNLOCKED To sell the Sprul-Pa miniatures on their own will require extra moulds, so these are locked till we hit £500, hitting the target pays for the extra moulds needed. Once unlocked you will be able to buy them on their own without buying the full set. Rock Lizards To sell the Rock Lizards miniatures on their own will require extra moulds, so these are locked till we hit £750, hitting the target pays for the extra moulds needed. Once unlocked you will be able to buy them on their own without buying the full set.

We don’t like complicated Kickstarters, so we’ve made this one as simple as possible. There is just one pledge level—which also gives you access to all of the fantastic stretch goals we’ll be unlocking as the campaign goes on! The best bit is that your pledge will include every stretch goal that gets unlocked during the campaign! So the more people who support the project, the more goals get unlocked, the more value we can squeeze in for all you awesome backers, and the bigger the box we're going to need! Optional purchases are also available to backers during the campaign. Simply increase your pledge amount by the amount stated. After the Kickstarter campaign ends, you will be able to select your options via our pledge management system. Malformation of G - Stage 5 is absolutely huge... The Malformations of G expansion contains four highly detailed models for the extra mutations of Dr William Birkin, along with rules and behaviour cards for each of these boss models. With world-class miniatures that are faithful to the original in every detail, this game will capture the essence of the classic genre-defining Resident Evil™ 2 video game. To survive the nightmare, players must explore dangerous and foreboding places for clues, equipment, and weapons that are critical to staying alive. Unusual sounds or barely glimpsed movement could hint at disaster. The Tension Deck forces players to carefully consider traveling through each area—and whether they can afford to avoid it altogether. The Player Characters: Ada Wong, Leon S Kennedy, Claire Redfield and Robert Kendo With precious few bullets and recovery items, every step into the unknown presents a difficult decision. Do you dare explore that darkened room? Can you afford to face your enemies head-on? Putting a bullet into an enemy isn't always the only way to survive! Resident Evil™ 2: The Board Game is a fully cooperative experience. If even a single character dies, the scenario is lost, meaning players must work together in order to succeed. Each character has distinct special rules based on their personality and background which must be used to aid their allies over the course of the game. A swarm of zombies surrounding the 3rd Mutation of William Birkin Whilst players can see some enemies and know how to plan ahead, what lurks behind each door is completely unknown. Remember, if one character dies, then it's game over for everyone, so pay careful attention to each shadowy corner! What will you do if a player is ambushed by a horde of zombies?
  18. About this project Add extra depth to your gaming sessions with Adventure Realm RPG Game Tiles – Castles and Dungeons set. We want to create a set of 16 eight inch square tiles with full colour printing on both sides, giving you over 2000 square inches of mapping artwork for your gaming. Each tile has one inch square grid subtly included on the images, making them ideal for integrating with your miniatures and roleplaying. They are made on thick card and are gloss laminated to be compatible with dry-wipe marker pens. On one side of the tiles are sixteen top down view castle tiles, ideal for quickly putting together a city wall or castle complex for your adventurers to explore. The castle tiles comprise the following: 1 x Wall outward corner, 4 x Wall inward corner, 1 x Gate, 5 x Straight walls, 1 x Dungeon entrance, 1 x Well courtyard, 1 x Grassed courtyard, 1 x Keep roof, 1 x Fenced corral The castle tiles can be put together to make a complete small stronghold (above), while two sets give you plenty of options for an entire fortress (just one example given below). Turn the castle images over and you have 16 dungeon tiles, all in full colour, giving you a flexible warren of corridors and rooms to battle through. The dungeon tiles include: 1 x Throne room, 1 x Tower stair well, 1 x Cellar stairs, 1 x Prison cells, 1 x Torture chamber, 1 x Demonic temple, 1 x Carpeted corridor, 1 x T Junction stairs, 1 x Circular pit, 1 x Wizards tower, 1 x Corner corridor, 1 x Storage room, 1 x Guard chamber, 1 x Tower chambers, 1 x Grassland secret entrance, 1 x Water secret entrance The dungeon tiles can create the area underneath a castle, or be used in their own right for quickly assembling evocative dungeon scenes for adventurers to explore. This is our second Kickstarter project for the Adventure Realm series, with our first set of tiles successfully funded in November 2016. The Castle and Dungeon set will work seamlessly with the original Town and Wilderness set. So if you want a city wall between the town buildings and the great outdoors, now you can! Or you can expand your townscape to include fortified areas, underground spaces, etc. If you missed the Kickstarter for Town and Wilderness you can add that set to your pledge to make even bigger adventuring worlds.

    Hell Awaits... Wave 1

About this project Hell Awaits... Wave 1 - 28mm resin miniatures featuring the denizens of Hell in all their twisted, evil glory. A new range of (mostly) Classic Historical Demons for you to summon into your homes. I've been planning this project for over a year now and fully intend to keep this series of miniatures going, building up a base as I go, and there's also a game I'm busy developing (in which all the mini releases will be usable) in the pipeline. Pledge levels: £25 - All 6 Wave 1 resin Demon miniatures + their corresponding prints. £20 - All 6 Wave 1 resin Demon miniatures. £4 - Any one single resin Demon miniature. *Please note that all miniatures will be supplied unpainted and unassembled (they will require some basic assembly, at minimum removing from the sprue and attaching to the base, although most figures are only one piece)* Add-ons: All add-ons are available with all pledge levels. Simply add an additional £4 for each extra Wave 1 Demon miniature you want and £1 for each print you want. Wave 1 Demons: Wave 1 lineup Abraxas Artwork Plain resin miniature, approx 53mm high. Sculpted by Martin Baker Primed and with a quick wash and dry brush Painted by G Abraxas, the terrible one, a supremely powerful warrior Demon whose disparate parts represent wakefulness, articulate thought, prudence, wisdom and relentlessness. He has the ability to generate truth and falsehood, good and evil, light and darkness with the same word and in the same deed; the total package. Not generally the most malevolent Demon in Hell, but potentially one of the most dangerous. Construct Artwork Plain resin miniature, approx 18mm high. Sculpted by Darren Edwards Primed and with a quick wash and dry brush Painted by Painting Knights Upon entering Hell, all Souls are instantly remade in flesh. They have to be, this is Hell and Demons see it in their job to torture Souls. And whilst mental torture might be a thing, try telling that to a grinning Demon with a pair on pliers in hand. Inevitably most Demons end up getting a bit too carried away and this leads to a vast overabundance of dismembered limbs and severed heads. he souls can, of course, be remade in flesh an infinite amount of times, and they will be, but that still leaves a sea of limbs, torsos and heads. The torsos tend to be eaten by ravenous Demons, but most of the limbs and heads have historically been incinerated. Nevertheless, mischievous Imps, bored with carting around countless body parts decided to start creating their own Demons behind Satan's back. Lacking imagination, they took their inspiration from Hell's guard dog, Cerberus, and they started stitching together random limbs in a rough hound-like shape and recreated the three heads by stitching together three severed human heads and connecting them to the 'body', and thus the Constructs were born. The constructed abominations were still lifeless, of course, the Imps don't possess any magical powers, so they still had to find a Demon, who didn't mind risking the wrath of Satan should he find out his Demon-creating power was being usurped, and convince them to reanimate the monstrosities. There was an obvious choice...

  21. About this project It's not easy running a team in a violent Fantasy Football league. There's riots when you win, riots when you lose and I'm just talking about the coin-toss. To help you out on match day, we've assembled some of the finest staff in the Old Kingdoms: Please note that the finished figures will be cast in white metal with trace amounts of lead and as such are not suitable for children. The miniatures will also be supplied unpainted, unless the highest amount is pledged. Hopefully this project will be a starting point for a whole new range of accessory figures and maybe even teams but we can't do it without your support. It's a bit soon to start talking about stretch goals but we do have a few ideas up our sleeves that we will hopefully get a chance to present to our wonderful backers! Shipping is not included in pledge price, however all postage + packing costs do include insurance for lost parcels. All images and figures are the copyright of Northumbrian Painting Services.

    Frills & Fauna: Overlords

About this project In this third Frills & Fauna installment, we delve into the darker side of the Stargrind universe. The Overlords Kickstarter looks at one of the species in the galaxy that subdue others. Overlords Behind every thrall is a master. A major antagonist in Stargrind is the Overlords. A wholly alien species best described as floating brains. Physically, the overlords are quite weak, as they have evolved to interact with the physical realm using their minds. Powerful with both telepathy and telekinesis, the overlords can control everything (and almost everyone) around them with a simple thought. These models will involve two sets of components: bodies and tentacles. Different sets of tentacles may become available though stretch-goals to mix and match with the bodies. The number of "slots" on each body for attaching appendages is referred to as "soft points." Being cast in resin means they are very easily manipulated into different poses by placing them into hot water. Classes of Overlords Drone The most commonly spotted Overlord has been labelled the drone. Drones are slightly armoured in comparison to other classes of overlord, lending to their common presence on the battlefield where they are most vulnerable. The drone has 6 soft points. Watcher Named for its assumed purpose of being a scout, as it lurks the battlefields and rarely engages. Its single eye beholds locations and movements of creatures, communicating back to the overlords' hivemind. Unlike the drone, its eye is exposed for greater vision, but more susceptible to damage. The watcher has 8 soft points. Reaper If the overlords can't initially control a species, the reapers emerge to consume brain matter and learn the secrets of its biology. Equipped to tackle specimens still living, the reapers entangle their foes with tentacles before feasting on the head. The Reaper has 8 soft points. Infiltrator The infiltrators carry large egg-like spores on their bodies, which they disperse in secluded areas that are rich with organic material. This appears to be their only purpose, as their flaccid husks are abandoned with their deposits, perhaps to catalyze the growth process. The watcher has no soft points. Matriarch Meet the Matriarch! It's uncertain whether the matriarch is a mature version of the infiltrator, or a seperate class altogether, but she also bears overlord spores. Perhaps since infiltrators expire upon plantation, this class of overlord is indeed an alternative path, growing larger and more dominant rather than concluding in sacrifice. The matriarch has 12 soft points. Sporeling Once an invader (or better) transplants its cargo of spores (chlamydospore) onto biomass, the spores begin to absorb the biomatter and grow. Some take on traits of their "food." Once they complete germination, the spores detach from the husk and float around until they either form self awareness, link into the hivemind of a mature overlord or fall prey to something else. Adolescent As sporelings grow, their embryonic roots retract, wither and harden. Often mistaken for horns or teeth, these scabby protrusions are reborn as tentacles or other feeler/manipulator devices. Scale shots Pledge levels

  24. About this project I already sell a range of buildings that feature tubes and these are some of my most popular items. The downside to these existing building designs is that they require Pringle tubes sourced by the customer. I have wanted to expand this line for quite some time but did not want to continue to rely on the use of Pringle tubes. I want to switch to a more reliable source of tubes that will also allow multiple sizes to be used in the buildings to provide more variety. These new buildings are a product of these development ideas, with the majority of the new buildings using at least one size of card tube in the design. A major improvement with this range of new buildings is that this time the tubes will be provided as part of the building kits. They all share a common design theme allowing any and all of them to look at home when placed together on a table top. I have also included a high level of detail on these buildings. The aim of this Kickstarter is to raise the funds to order a large supply of the card tubes. For economic reasons, these need to be ordered in from overseas. The shipping fees and import add a considerable amount onto the price, however these costs will be defrayed on a large order, improving the value for the money. Offering these buildings initially as a Kickstarter allows a large order base to be developed to provide the best economics. Therefore, ordering in a large amount allows me to price my buildings at a very fair price for the level of detail, size and quality that you will receive. The majority of these building include my standard LED lighting system in red, blue or green. This time the lighting is optional, the buildings have been designed to hide the LEDS and holes for the builds, so if the buildings do not have the lights in place you cannot see the LED fixtures. This is a significant improvement over my first Kickstarter designs where the lights were placed on the outside of the building and needed covers to direct the light and hide the fixtures. The battery cases are held in place inside the building using high quality branded Velcro. Each set of lights require 2xAA batteries and I recommend Duracell or a similar high quality branded battery. If you do not wish to have the lighting kits you will be able to opt out of them after the Kickstarter on your questionnaire. Another aim of this Kickstarter is to increase my range of buildings with internal access for game play. To this end I have designed many of the buildings with removable roofs, please note not all of the buildings have this feature. Like the lighting I have designed this feature to be optional. The buildings with the feature will come with it as standard but you will be able to glue the roof in place if desired. If you intend to make use of this feature combined with the lighting you will have to neatly arrange the wires inside of the buildings so you can have hassle free access to the inside. This is straight forward as the wires are easy to manipulate and glue in place. These buildings are designed for 28mm wargames. They are also suitable as building kits for display and hobbyists. I recommend building these with PVA glue for the wood sections and tubes and Superglue with activator for the wires and bulbs. This Kickstarter has a large range of buildings ranging from simple to complex. To help with your selection I have added a difficulty key. This is found at the bottom of the image of each building. The key works on a 1-5 scale with 1 being a simple straight forward build and 5 being complex and intricate build. Complexity is decided by amount of parts, size and how involved / detailed the construction is. The more complex kits will be supported by instructions with more detail and explanation included with the kit. All kits are provided with printed instructions which will consist of text and photos of each of the stages throughout the build process. Where needed for clarity they will also include line drawings of the stages and parts needed. These kits vary in time needed to construct from approximately 4 of hours for a smaller simpler building up to a day of continuous effort. As some of the gluing will be with PVA, there will be times when the building needs to be left to stand whilst the glue sets. The time needed is reflected in the difficulty key, therefore expect a 1 rated building to take 3-5 hours to construct and a 5 rated building 18-24 hours. There are 45 buildings in this campaign split in to 3 main categories. Commercial, Industrial and Military, buildings are put in to these categories based on the theme of the building. There is also a 4th sub category called the Expedition buildings. This is a small set that features Commercial, Industrial and Military buildings but with a slightly different aesthetic to the overall design that runs through all of the buildings in this group. All of the buildings are shown below, split into the three main categories. You may pick any of the buildings if you are taking one of the bundle pledges or if taking just a single building pledge please use the correct one of the two options.
  25. About this project About us Here at Dark Lord Miniatures we just love to create new and amazing things for use in 28mm tabletop games. What originally began as a simple hobby for the founder Matthew Kent, painting and sculpting quickly evolved into a way of life. Armed with his keen eyes and unorthodox approach to anything he attempts Matthew has taken what was once a hobby and has turned it into a constantly expanding business that is dedicated to making gamers fall in love with their hobbies all over again. Up to now we have hand cast every product we've made in solid polyurethane resin before each piece is inspected for flaws, if there's something we aren't happy with it doesn't make it past the bin. It can be time consuming but it is our dedication that has set us apart from the rest, the results speak for themselves. Why are we running a Kickstarter? To put it simply, we love what we do. We love making new things, we love making games more immersive and most importantly we love that feeling when our customers enjoy our products. That's a whole lotta love right there! Our first ever Kickstarter! As the title implies, this is our first ever Kickstarter campaign. We hope you're as excited as us! After months of hard work and prototyping we are proud to release our new range of tiles to the public. These tiles will make up the main part of what will be called the Dungeon Foundation Set, they have been designed with simplicity and accessibility in mind with the goal of creating a fully modular tile system while maintaining a quick setup time. We aim to get this Kickstarter wrapped up in time for Christmas as we know a lot of RPG and tabletop enthusiasts would love to find a box of our tiles under the tree. We decided to launch our range via Kickstarter as it allows us to reach out to a great community for help in bringing our dream to life. That Brings un on to the next part... What are you helping us to make? Over the past few months we have dedicated our time to prototyping modular 3D tiles for the Dungeon Foundation Set, we have now completed all the main structural tiles and it is with your help that we will create all the moulds necessary to begin full time production. Your money will help us to buy all the materials needed to produce the tiles and in return you will be among the first in the world to own some of Dark Lord Miniatures modular dungeon system. As a thankyou we will unlock free stretch goals throughout the campaign plus you will get all our tiles for less than the RRP. Stretch goals Throughout the funding period we will unlock stretch goals at specific milestones. These may be tiles or components you have already seen, some of them may be new tiles we have been working on. Please note that free stretch goals are only available for certain pledge levels. Pledge Levels Here you will find pictures of what to expect in each of the pledges. Please note only the DUNGEON SET 1 pledge and higher will qualify for free stretch goals. This is everything you will get in DUNGEON SET 1 Gallery Below are some pictures of the various tiles in use as well as some unpainted examples of the prototype tiles. We will also add pictures of any unlocked stretch goals. A side by side comparison of a painted advance junction tile next to its resin counterpart. These resin masters will be used to make the mould for the final product once they have been cleaned up. Below are some pictures of the main tiles that make up the majority of the Dungeon Foundation Set.
