  1. About Hi, Im Paul McCarthy and I run Macca's Miniatures. Ive been sculpting miniatures for some time now and I would really love to be able to bring my creations to your table top games. Taking the leap from sculptor to producer is a big one for us, we have teamed up with a caster and gotten all our prices worked out, but now we need to get the miniatures funded. We need £100 to pay for the moulding costs to produce these amazing miniatures in metal. The Evil Party £18 Weve given a bit of thought to this and decided that we would also offer the sculpts individually as well. So if you wanted to add one to your pledge then just increase the amount by £5. When we send the surveys we will ask you which one you want. The Drow £5 The Ratman Mage £5 Dragon Knight £5 Hag £5
  2. About The Legend of the Circus The Circus of Corruption is presented here in 28mm metal miniature form by Oldschool Miniatures. Stories of the Circus are whispered around lonely campfires and isolated roadside taverns. This story begins in the little village of Runderskill, many years ago... Runderskill, the Village that Vanished ‘We need relief!’ bellowed Nathaniel Vartz, waving away a fly with his cracked, hard-working hands. The small group of farmers with him muttered their agreement. 'If the increased taxes weren't bad enough,' Nathaniel continued, 'then you have the tithes as well!' 'Aye, the tithes,' grumbled the other farmers. The object of their ire, the ruddy-faced village Mayor, made placating motions with his hands as if trying to fan away their ill feelings. 'Come on now chaps,' he said, in a companionable way, 'we're all doing it tough in times of war...' 'My crops are failing on account of this damnable drought, I can barely feed my own mouths,' Nathaniel waved to where his two children were playing in the dirt nearby, 'let alone the soldiery. Rolf's hogs are dying of fever, and Old Ned's sheep are all flyblown. We can't meet the tithes, we need relief!" 'Look,' said the Mayor, but couldn't think of anything else to say. Things had been so much easier when he was elected, the weather was clement, the crops bountiful, almost no bandit raids at all, but lately... 'Daddy look!' A little girl's shriek of joy interrupted the Mayor's troubled musings, and much to his relief, he looked up to see a troupe of entertainers entering the dusty town square. 'Oh, a circus! Thank the gods...' At this point we will break from our story and introduce the performers - we will come back to the story in our updates The Circus Troupe Our inestimable ringmaster - Colonel Hanglebert Bubo-Fludini and friends Mungo Silenbritches and Gunter Firkenshart - The Strong Men Copriolanus and King Smear - The Players Jim Carter, Coilin Brown and Tweedledump esq. - The Bretheren (Set 1) Manny Bokely, Frederick Looger and Errol Phlegm - The Bretheren (Set 2) The Rotlings
  3. About this project Because the best bits of your miniature collection are the bits you sculpt yourself We want to put a special BASIUS COMMUNITY pad in the hands of every tabletop gaming club in the world Since launching our first BASIUS Kickstarter project (now known as BASIUS ONE), thousands of gamers have used BASIUS to aid & develop their sculpting skills as well as customise & awesomify* their miniature collections. During this time we have had to move BASIUS out of the garage and into the Industrial Estate! The BASIUS team has grown since then, and now includes the same family of four sculpting gamers that created BASIUS all those years ago and the family of experienced casters at History Craft. We now have ten complete collections of 12 themed 50mm square BASIUS pads prototyped. Some are favourites from previous Kickstarter projects, some have been altered and updated, and the rest are brand new. We need your help to fund their creation on an industrial scale! COMMUNITY Community is important - in gaming, just like in the rest of life. We love gaming with our friends in our local geek-hobby store and we initially met many of our friends purely because of that community. Friendly gaming clubs and hobby stores that go out of their way to host gaming communities are awesome, and we want to help to increase that community awesomeness. Kevin Jackson, from the online community, sent us this photo showing how he based his miniatures using BASIUS It stands to reason that if a person wants to do something positive for others in life then it's best to do something they are actually good at, and feedback from all four of our previous BASIUS projects has shown us that we have become rather good at BASIUS-ing**. OUR GOAL With this focus of community being central to what BASIUS has become, our goal for this latest Kickstarter is quite a big one... Alongside the release of our 10 themed BASIUS collections, we want to provide every tabletop gaming club in the world with a special BASIUS COMMUNITY pad, so that all gamers can use it and help each other to use it, to develop their own and each other's sculpting. WE NEED YOU It would be awesome if every gamer & hobbyist reading this... in every town worldwide, could pledge to get hold of a pad or two in this kickstarter, make some bases with them, show their sculpting to their gaming club and ask their club chairperson to contact us to get a BASIUS COMMUNITY pad for their club. Tyler, from the online community, kindly sent us this photo. These base textures are made using just BASIUS, 'Green-Stuff' and paint - thats it.
  4. About What is the DMB Game Tile System The DMB Game Tile System is a Modular system that allows you to build anything from single encounters to sprawling tabletop scenes. The system is designed to be used for any game you want to play from Dungeons & Dragons to Frostgrave, Warhammer and beyond. The Tiles are Fully Modular, with the walls and floor separate from each other so you can create any layout you want to. They are available hand painted, finished, and felted by our studio painters or if you prefer they are available unpainted as well. 2x2 Floor Tile and 4 Block Wall Tile. All of our Tiles are 1/2 of an inch thick, making them strong, durable and compatible with other major tile systems already out there. Each individual square is 1 inch x 1 inch making a standard 2x2 tile 2 inches square and a crossroads 6 inches x 6inches. The walls are 1.5 inches tall, and one row of bricks is the same thickness as the floor tile, which gives stability and uniformity across the range. Here is an example of the type of layouts you can create with one of our Core Sets. This layout can be made from a Core Set and is available as a room set as well, the Large Entry Room Set. What is the Kickstarter for? 5 Years ago we started making 3D Dungeon Tiles. We got ourselves some of the Hirst arts moulds (yes we are fully licensed by Bruce to use his Catlemolds ) and created some masters then we made our very first silicone mould and poured our first Cracked Flagstone 2x2 floor tile. Since then we have released just under 900 different tiles in one form or another, in different finishes and different sizes. We have always stuck to using the original resin infused plaster that we started with, that is until now! We have already transferred our most popular set, the Cracked Flagstone, and Gothic Wall Dungeon Set, to make sure its possible, but we have lots more we want to do. This is what the bare resin pieces look like, and how the tiles will look if an unpainted option is chosen. Now we want to transfer the entire range of 900 tiles into Resin! We have decided to move to Resin for a few reasons but the main ones are: Durability - Plaster is great but it's fragile. You can throw the resin tiles in your bag and carry them to your game session or club night without chipping or breaking them. Weight - Plaster is heavy... Resin Less so... Detail - The resin picks up a lot more detail than the paster, cracks are clearer and surface detail is sharper. We are also able to cast thinner smaller items, like plates, small jugs, and mugs, graveyard fences and iron grates, things that disintegrate if cast in plaster. Durability - This is really important if you are as clumsy as I am... Drop a plaster piece from a table to the floor and its likely to chip or even shatter. The Resin pieces can be run over by a car and survive. Customisation - The plaster tiles cant be customised with magnets or pinned items in the same way that the Resin can, and someone mentioned LED lights to me as well.. which is now possible with Resin, as it can be drilled and filled, unlike the Plaster which just explodes... Paint & Finish improvements - The resin takes paint better than the plaster, which has a tendency to absorb the moisture, and give a chalky spotty finish. The resin paints up beautifully and holds the paint, and varnish perfectly. and finally Durability - I think you probably get the point by now... We have a more detailed explanation about why we are changing from Plaster to Resin a bit further down, but we wanted to get straight into the nitty gritty of whats on offer and what you can get. There will also be an FAQ at the bottom of the page that we have popped a few of the questions we think we will get asked the most, but we will be expanding it as the campaign rolls on. So without further ado here is what you can get if you back the DMB Game Tile System.
  5. About Check the comments on this project for sneak peeks, Darklands lore, hints, tactics, painting advice and general insanity! The community that builds during these Kickstarter projects is amazing, and even if you just read the comments, you'll gain so much more from Darklands: Starter Hosts! - Backing Darklands: Starter Hosts II is a great opportunity to get into the dark fantasy world of Darklands for the first time, to expand your existing Darklands collection or maybe just to grab some fantastic miniatures to paint. Eoric's Pack, Werwulf Unit We'll give you the option to purchase everything in resin, too, if you're more of a painter than a gamer! Darklands is a tabletop skirmish wargame in which YOU command the hosts of man and beast that your ancestors once did for glory, power or simple survival. You can play Darklands with all of our amazing miniatures, including our incredible monsters and anything produced by this project, in a wargame designed specifically for them in a setting that you already know a lot about... for the lands of darkness, the "dark lands" as we call them, are in fact the north and west of Europe and of course the sunken lands still remembered, yet no longer seen, from ancient times. Intrigued? Download the Darklands: First Edition Quick Play Guide to learn how to play very quickly, and have a good look at the Lands of Darkness Kindred Guide to give you an insight into the lore behind the game. Additionally, have a look at the bottom of this project's page for more information on Darklands the wargame! New to Darklands? Choose your infantry host, and get the "STARTER BUNDLE" reward! It's the easiest way to get playing! To keep things as simple as possible, this project’s rewards are based around the concept of a Starter Host. All Starter Hosts contain a small Darklands host of around 499 gold - so Encounter Host size - where possible, and you can add the Darklands: First Edition rule book, order tokens and D10 dice to your pledge to ensure you have everything you need to get started! As well as the hosts listed in the stretch goals, you can purchase any of the Infantry Starter Hosts in metal or resin from the graphic below - either as single purchases or as part of the "FIVE INFANTRY HOSTS" reward. Most of these Infantry Starter Hosts are already released to the public; new ones will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next. Each Infantry Starter Host almost always contains: 1x Commander 1x Infantry Unit of 10x miniatures, including champion, banner bearer and herald where appropriate 1x Monstrous Infantry Unit of 5x warriors (50mm) or 3x warriors (60mm) Note that 60mm monstrous infantry units (such as the Srónax) can only be produced in resin regardless of whether your purchase is for a metal host or a resin host. Here's the Infantry Starter Hosts you can fund for this project! The Anglecynn Werwulf Infantry Starter Host includes digital resculpts of Hrōr (in progress), Eoric's Pack (complete) and Wulfric's Pack (forthcoming) by Bob Płociennik. Both Hrōr and Eoric's Pack will come with four weapon combinations - sword and claw, sword and shield, spear and claw and spear and shield. Wulfric's Pack will come with three weapon options - claws, sword and claw and great claws. Support Starter Hosts are exactly the same as Infantry Hosts in terms of costs, and always contain: 1x Support Commander 1x Support Unit of 10x miniatures, including champion 1x Monstrous Support Unit of 3x warriors, including champion Note that 60mm or 80mm monstrous infantry units (such as the Bholg of Acaill) can only be produced in resin regardless of whether your purchase is for a metal host or a resin host. Some of these Support Starter Hosts are already released to the public; new ones will be released to the public in similar format either later on this year or early next. Here's the Infantry Starter Hosts you can fund for this project! The Anglecynn Werwulf Hunter Support Starter Host includes digital resculpts of Hrōr with a bow, called Hunter Hrōr (in progress), two units of Sigewulf's Pack and a unit of Eoric's Packby Bob Płociennik. Eoric's Pack will come with four weapon combinations - sword and claw, sword and shield, spear and claw and spear and shield. There's also a deal for those who want more than one host, in the shape of the FIVE INFANTRY HOSTS bundle (which can be either infantry hosts or support hosts). Save loads of money on your infantry and support hosts if you grab this! There's a deal for the infantry and support units within those hosts, too - the FIVE INFANTRY UNITS bundle!
  6. About Halfling Borderlands Welcome to my latest Kickstarter. Firstly I'll confess my love for OldSchool Miniatures & Tabletop Games. I always wanted a Halfling Army to play with in Warhammer 2nd & 3rd. I never forgave Games Workshop for removing all my favourite Armies, especially Gnomes, Halflings and Hobgoblins. That was one of the main reasons I stuck with 3rd edition Warhammer. Halflings are great for Skirmish games too. I envisioned this Kickstarter to provide some rural Farming Halfling types and the animals that they rear and protect. I worked in conjunction with Langley Miniatures on this Kickstarter. Like the last one, I'm working towards a quick turnaround. Everyone should have their orders by the end of January. I would also like to take the time to personally thank everyone who has supported my sculpting endeavors. Much appreciated. Andy T. 7. About this project Help Cold War Miniatures to launch a new range of Resin Wargame Minis for Gamers, Collectors and Painters. Hawkmen by Cold War Minis Inspired by the old black and white serials but with a modern twist, these minis are an imagining of a range from a "rediscovered lost serial". Adversarial Aliens, Despotic Dictators and Rampaging Robot Legions are all planned, the range launches with the Heroic Hawkmen. The range is scaled at "Heroic 28" (32mm) which is a standard size for current Sci-Fi and Fantasy Minis. At this size they are slightly taller than some older 28mm ranges and slightly shorter than some newer ranges but should sit well alongside both. They are also proportioned to be "fairly chunky" like traditional putty sculpted minis. (Picture of other manufactures products for comparison purposes only) Comparison The Hawkmen are sculpted digitally and will be produced in Resin as the lighter weight allows for more dynamic poses and makes the flying poses more stable on a stand. The minis will be supplied with plastic bases and flying stands where appropriate. To start with there are 10 designs available, half in flight and half on the ground with more designs, optional extras, specials and exclusives available to unlock if they are popular and the campaign progresses. Hawkmen in Flight Grounded Hawkmen Stretch Goal Preview If the initial target is reached then as a thank you backers who pledge £30 (Pick a Wing) or more will receive an exclusive Kickstarter mini, that won't be included in the retail range. More to come later. KS Exclusive when funding reached Manufacture and Shipping will be from the UK and will ship worldwide. Shipping costs are currently an estimate and will be fully calculated after the KS ends as every backer could have different requirements depending on chosen options and location. It will be upfront based on the Royal Mail's Pricing (http://www.royalmail.com/price-finder) + a small packaging charge with options for regular or tracked shipping. A quick note on the Video All images and visual elements made by Cold War Minis, the soundtrack is lifted from the 1934 movie "The Evil Mind" under Creative Commons as it is now in the public domain, for anyone interested the full movie is available to view here
  8. About The Wrath of Cichol is the first episodic release for Creatures of the Night. Creatures of the Night is a fantasy miniature range (and perhaps, in the future, a game) designed by Krakon Games. Each chapter explores a period from the Lebor Gabála Érenn (Book of Invasions) - an Irish histro-mythology exploring the various races to inhabit and invade ancient Eriu (Ireland). Chapter 1: The Wrath of Cichol introduces both the Fomorian adversaries and one of the first invaders - Partholón. By backing this project you will help fund the production of Krakon Games' first fantasy range and be "rewarded" with your chosen models. All models will be cast in resin and supplied without bases. Most are multi-part models that require a little cleaning and assembly. There are 8 large character models available at project launch, with a list of stretch goals that will unlock as funding levels increase. If there's something on the stretch goal list you would like, feel free to include it in your pledge total to help unlock it. Pledge levels The characters Fomorians Partholóin Scale shots All black bases shown are 50mm diameter. The models average around 40mm to their eyes. Here's the starting line-up and a couple of stretch goals in development:
  9. About Your RPG adventures develop into a world like no other. The places, the players, the trinkets and treasures that are discovered. These vivid constructs exist in our imaginations in incredible detail - our aim is to bring each element of your RPG experience to life with an all new 3D modular dungeon! Not just another STL file sale... We're living in exciting times; 3D printing has emerged in a variety of industries for rapid prototyping and one-off on demand prints. So far, 3D printing has proven extremely expensive for the average Joe given machinery, materials and equipment rental costs. Frankly, printing a whole Dungeon is not practical or cost effective for the vast majority of RPG players. That is, until now! At RPG Factory, we do not sell virtual files which you'll need to print yourself - we've done all of the hard work for you! We produce fully printed products so that you can assemble, paint and play in no time at all! RPG Factory is built on talent and vision. We have a huge amount of artistic, CAD and business experience which we're using to deliver a cost effective product which is durable, easy to assemble and practical for RPG gamers of all ages! It's been 12 months in the making... We've been developing our ideas for months, working out the kinks in our designs to make sure that our products strike a balance between looking good and functioning as gaming pieces. We've taken the time to trial the modular system with gamers to make sure that it integrates properly with the most popular gaming systems. Particularly ones which house fearsome giant lizards in giant concrete underworlds... Finally, we've experimented with a number of different materials to ensure that the final product is extremely durable, captures detail and takes paint without discolouration or de-lamination. Section of the Dungeon All of this effort and attention to detail has led us to our first Kickstarter, but we won't be stopping there! The funding for this Kickstarter will be going straight back into the RPG Factory coffers so that we can expand on our range in the future (and boy do we have a lot of ideas for you!!) So, if you want to immerse yourself in exciting new adventures, dive right in and Pledge today! Crawl through the twisting corridors, facing terrible foes! We have designed the dungeons to be as modular as possible, giving you a huge number of options! A number of components within the Dungeon set can be used in different ways, further increasing versatility. Our clip system allows your set to be assembled quickly, for testing layouts and re-engineering your network or corridors and rooms in minutes! Our Dungeon components are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
  10. About BASE SYSTEM ROOTS When I moved from hex map to miniature rules gaming, I struggled to find any decent affordable scenery. Thus I decided to make some myself. These were sold online under the name of Mechanized Designworks. I found many other people liked them. This led to my decision to make an entire range accessible to the public through DFA, in the form of the BASE System. With your support DFA intends to create the largest range of affordable, high quality modular 6mm scale scenery and buildings. With your continued support, the range has scope to expand indefinitely. BASE System sections will be made from 3D printed design originals. Each section will be individually hand-finished before casting in resin, creating a high-quality finish suitable for your choice of model paint. BASE SYSTEM CORE BASE Systems are modular. Example BASE System layout with stand-alone buildings There are many buildings, from stand-alone structures and themed sets, to totally modular sets that allow players to build a base as big or small as they wish. A host of new building designs and base layouts can be created by simply repositioning individual sections; while the same parts can be endlessly reconfigured to provide new vistas for each game. If you're looking to build a small outpost or firebase or a big planetary command centre for your games, BASE has you covered. Best of all: because BASE System is modular, you can take it apart and redesign it when setting up your next game. Infinite possibilities and configurations await with BASE. Example of a large BASE system layout using modular parts BASE SYSTEM VISUAL BASE offers a uniform look and feel across sets in the range. While each module in a set is interchangeable, it will still conform to the overall chosen appearance of your tabletop. In addition, you can make sets look entirely different, yet cohesive, with a few additional components in different paint livery. EVOLVING YOUR BASE SYSTEM Start small and go large … or start big. Example of a small BASE System layout The choice is yours. The BASE System is available in box sets and individual components. You can evolve your BASE System at your own speed by adding components or sets as and when it suits you. (To help get you started with this, you will also receive two of some buildings at specific pledge levels.) Fire Control and HQ buildings The Repair Bay contains 2 rigs, allowing you to switch between closed and open during your games. The Geodesic Dome will feature a clear resin casting, allowing you to create features inside the structure. The Class A Interstellar Communications set is just the first modular BASE system we hope to produce.

  12. About this project We love miniatures. We love tabletop games. We love anthropomorphic animals, from Disney's Robin Hood through The Wind in the Willows to Brian Jaques' Redwall books. So we combined the things we love in our Burrows & Badgers range of metal miniatures. Why are we making them? Because we want them! And we know a lot of other people are looking for more anthropomorphic animal miniatures too. Some will want to use them for wargaming or roleplaying. That's what we do with ours - and there's a link below to a free .pdf copy of the Burrows & Badgers Skirmish Game rules for you to download, if you feel like trying it out. Other people love painting miniatures, and our figures are perfect for that, full of character ready to be brought to life with your paintbrush.... And some people just love collecting miniatures; again, we've made this new set of Burrows & Badgers figures perfect for collectors. They are all single piece models, with integral bases, so there are no fiddly parts to be glued on. We love making miniatures; we hope you'll love our miniatures too. Why we need your help... We've got 13 new miniatures sculpted, but they need to have moulds made before we can start producing the miniatures. And that's why we need funding; to get the moulds made, and get the casting process started. About the miniatures... There are other ranges of anthropomorphic animal miniatures out there, but ours are a little different. We didn't want all the races of animals to be the same size. Instead, we've scaled them to each other; so a shrew or a mouse is a very small model, about 20mm tall, and a really big animal like a badger will stand about 50mm tall, for example. Each sculpted figure shown below has a scale picture with it, showing its height in millimetres. All our models are supplied unpainted. And if you are interested in doing some anthro skirmish gaming, here's the link to the Burrows & Badgers website, where you can download .pdf files of the rules, warband rosters, FAQs and more: The Pledges Below you'll see pictures of the different Pledge levels available. Each picture shows you what's included in the Pledge, then below them you can see close-up pictures of the individual miniatures, which also include the prices if you want to add extra miniatures to any Pledge. Shipping costs vary depending on where you are; there's a graphic at the bottom of this page that lists all the shipping costs. All Pledges are set for an estimated delivery of December 2017, but we're hoping to deliver sooner than that. Pictures of the miniature sculpts Below you can see pictures of each of the miniatures, and there's a scale image at the bottom right of each picture to show the height of the model in millimetres. There's also a price at the bottom of each picture, for the Pick'n'Mix pledge, or to add extra models to any pledge.

  14. About this project In the lands of the North, where the Black Rocks stand guard against the cold sea, in the dark night that is very long the Men of the Northlands sit by their great log fires and they tell a tale... and this tale is one of bringing the works of Peter Firmin and Oliver Postgate to life in the form of metal miniatures suitable for both collecting and gaming. Peter Firmin and Daniel Postgate, Oliver's son, have given their licensed blessing to this project. Every miniature produced will be lovingly packaged in the heart of the lead belt, otherwise known as Nottingham, and then shipped to all backers. There are many more miniatures in the offing provided funding is reached which will encourage me to keep going....and to ensure my bank manager doesn't rue the day I walked through his door a few months back with a tiny acorn of an idea..... The 16 initial sculpts, by the awfully talented Martin Buck, have already been mastered by the also talented hands of another dedicated Noggin fan, Peter Brown of The Mouldmaker. Each miniature is on a 20mm round base (although these have shrunk slightly in the moulding process) and average about 30mm in height. Peter Firmin has been actively involved in the consultation, refinement and approval of the final figures after all, they are his creation! Daniel Postgate, Oliver's son, is of course involved in the project for Smallfilms. They will be cast in a white metal alloy and boxed in a rather nice presentation set unless you choose the single blister option. Packaging work in progress Although all of the miniatures look wonderful in the bare metal as supplied, they really come alive with the addition of a little paint and colour - look at what can be achieved in the pics below - fabulous paintwork from the gifted hands of brush maestro Andrew Taylor A lot more sculpts are planned, some are works in progress that will be posted as updates throughout the course of the Kickstarter. This Kickstarter is to allow the production of the first 16 sculpts as a set and to finance the production of the rest.
  15. About this project FREE MINIATURE for every £1000 raised by this campaign (see stretch goals) Your minis will be created by Pansensis droids! (see bottom of page) Scantastic We will be visiting a dozen Henge sites around the UK and north France
  16. About this project Forests can be represented on the wargames table in a number of ways. Each have their own pros and cons. Single trees on bases are cheap and allow gamers to admire their miniatures, even when hiding in cover. However, if model trees are permanently attached to a forest footprint, placement of larger units can be difficult. Even if weighted, individually based tree models are prone to toppling over with a domino effect on other trees or snagging on miniatures. Besides, from the gamer's view of the tabletop (similar to hovering hundreds of metres above the landscape), all but the most sparse of wooded areas appear as undulating unbroken swathes of vegetation. My tree canopy style representations of forests (as opposed to highly detailed and accurate tree models) will bring a practical and aesthetic dense forest effect to your 3mm, 6mm, 10mm & 15mm wargaming tables. Pledging for additional sets will of course, greatly add to the variety of foliage and appearance of the tabletop scenery in larger games. Don't forget that the reward level forest styles listed can be customized when the project goes ahead, for instance to request either the triangular or rectangular shapes or the Frosty/Snowy types for Winter campaigns. Product Description There are three tree canopy sections in each hand made set, cut from a single 15cm x 15cm piece of tree canopy material (just over 6" square), which is just enough for the smallest of skirmish games. 'Deciduous' and 'evergreen' three and four sided styles (pictured rather closer together than normal!) There are two kinds of shaped woods available for variation: three sided and four sided, although they are trimmed to have undulating edges for a natural look. (As they are hand made, straight sided plantations could be easily produced in addition to other custom requirements). A view under the tree canopy. The wood on the right is set up to be sited on a gradient. Originally designed for 6mm gaming, there is at least 25mm of adjustable clearance underneath the tree canopies for your miniatures with the standard 'tree trunk' supports. (For 15mm gamers, or if using troops with standard bearers or AFVs with whip aerials, taller supports may be better, which can be supplied). Not every tree trunk is specifically represented with these forests, only the minimum number to provide stability and adequate headroom. If the forest is to be sited on a hillside they can be inserted into the vegetation at appropriate angles. Most importantly, these tree canopies can be lifted off the table without snagging on the miniatures underneath. I do not use a 'footprint' for replacing the forests after lifting (for example, a felt cut out 'shadow') in my games as I find there are usually enough points of reference (especially once miniatures have moved underneath). This could be changed depending on feedback. They are available in eight foliage styles for battles in any season which can be seen in the following sets and test mock-ups: Deciduous Deciduous foliage style A standard tree with mid green leaves and using green branches for extra verdance. Light Oak Light Oak, again with 6mm miniatures for scale Standard dark brown branches with light green 'Spring growth' Dark Oak Dark Oak triangular set Standard deciduous leaves on dark brown branches. Evergreen Evergreen rectangular set Blue-green pine effect foliage on dark branches. Pictured is a single colour test foliage which will be improved upon with variegation. Early Autumn Early Autumn wood The leaves on the trees in this wood are just beginning to turn yellow. Late Autumn Late Autumn wood Dark brown branches visible through yellow leaves. A more Copper Beech leaf colour is in development.
  17. About this project The Third Android Collective. Welcome to the launch of The Third Android Collective. This campaign, if successful, will see the expansion of the Androids and Robots range of miniatures produced by Blind Beggar Miniatures, This Third Collective of Androids will see the extension of the 'Andy' Series, with a new selection of models which fulfil even more roles in society. The 'Andy' Series The 'Andy' Series are based on an original design first conceived and created by Andym Industries (the MK1). This original design was later acquired by the BB Corporation where further research and development saw this pattern evolve into a range of models with differing specifications. There are currently thirteen different models in production in the 'Andy' Series, This campaign will, hopefully, see the introduction of several more. The New Models The new models that the BB Corporation would like to put into production are shown here: Please note that the MK 14 is a two-part miniature. The First and Second Collective miniatures.. Here are the miniatures from the First and Second Collective campaigns. 18. About this project Trash Runners Their glamorous mission? Delivering precious tons of household refuse across the barren earth of outworld. Form up your posse for adventure as you head across the desolate wastelands. Face down rival gangs trying to steal your cargo, barbaric tribes defending ancestral hunting grounds, anarchic revolutionaries raging against the machine and crazed enforcers wielding deadly judgement. This is the world of Factious Waste, a cinematic tabletop skirmish game which blends strategy with narrative roleplay. Factious Waste is set in a near-future dystopia, drawing on the traditions of classic comics and action movies from the 80s and giving them a twist for the 21st century. Natural resources have run dry, industry has collapsed, global borders have been shaken by forced migration. The world is divided between the tiny but affluent inworld, comfortable home of the tech-elite, and the brutal wastelands of outworld. Outworld is controlled by two powerful entities- GenPower, the corporation holding the monopoly on electrical production, and the ReFrat, mobsters who handle the dirty but essential task of waste management and recycling. Caught in the midst of their struggle for superiority are the NeoPrimitives, tribes fighting to protect a natural world which has long since given up the ghost. Revolutionary Luddites are former slaves from the treadmills of GenPower, now attempting to bring down the corporation and liberate their fellow workers. Artisan Collectives scour the desert wastes for rare materials to make bespoke goods for the inworld market and exiled former cyber-cops vent their deranged notions of law on the hapless wastelanders. Through the chaos ride the Trash Runners, vying amongst one another for the most lucrative contracts, hauling the refuse of inworld back for reprocessing and hunting for undiscovered treasures buried deep in the wastes. Following previous successful Kickstarters with The Woods and Legends of British Steampunk, Oakbound are returning to bring you Factious Waste, the second of Oakbound's settings to run off the SystemMech game system. Factious Waste is the world the rules were designed for back in 2014. Since then we have been playtesting and refining and are finally ready to launch this cinematic sandbox skirmish. Players build their own posses of up to 12 figures which grow, gain skills, equipment, injuries and character traits, control territories and fulfil contracts over a series of games. A scrap convoy heads out across the desolate red deserts of outworld. SystemMech is Oakbound Studio’s narrative miniatures roleplay system. The rules for SystemMech are the same whether your games take place in the depths of space, a realm of high fantasy or across a gritty, post-apocalyptic landscape. The MOST IMPORTANT RULE: Tell a good story! As a skirmish-scale tabletop miniatures game, SystemMech is unique in two respects. Firstly it uses no dice rolls or decks of cards. The element of uncertainty in the game lies in the way players’ models interact together. Secondly and more importantly, SystemMech is designed for playing out encounters on the tabletop which are not a simple matter of ‘smash and grab’ or ‘fight to the death’. Combat is certainly an element, but subterfuge, coercion and exploration of the game environment are just as (if not more) important than killing off the opposition. Simple concepts: The principles of the game fit on a couple of pages. Characters have six core statistics which combine to affect the outcome of their actions. Characters with high Decisiveness activate before those with a lower value and models can perform a number of actions during their activation equal to their Stamina rating. Models can target actions at elements they can perceive- dictated by their Perception range and a Field of Vision template aligned with their base. Flexible action: The majority of the rules section is made up of six action tables: Movement, Relational (interaction with environment and other models), Shooting, Grappling, Driving and Reacting to the actions of other models. This allows characters to do anything from jumping between buildings to programming machinery, interrogating enemy models to high speed car chases. All in a concise and easy-to-reference format. We've even produced a super-slim reference booklet so you don't need to carry the large book around with you. Strategy and Narrative: With twenty five scenarios included in the rulebook, a strong emphasis on objectives and a comprehensive campaign system Factious Waste instinctively plays out as an engrossing narrative. Because there are no dice rolls involved players have to work their posses to their characters' strengths and plan their strategy carefully. With combat only one element of the game the stealth, leadership and charisma of your characters all play a crucial role in achieving your objectives. Fast-paced gaming: A Factious Waste scenario typically takes between 1 and 1.5 hours, allowing a short 3-scenario narrative to be played in an evening. Games usually take place on a 3' square board so can be played where space is at a premium. Posse creation is simple 3-step process and the War for 1984 and Faction Packs come with pre-generated posses allowing you to get started right away. A mid-game car crash results in a spectacular pile-up. Converted toy vehicles and Games Workshop miniatures joined official Factious Waste figures for this skirmish. Oakbound's miniatures are hand-sculpted and cast in metal from vulcanised rubber moulds in the finest traditions of the hobby. The Factious Waste miniatures are cast in hard, lead-free white metal which allows the finest details of the figures to come out clean and crisp. The average size of these models is 30mm from the sole of the foot to the top of the head, allowing them to fit with both old school '28mm heroic' and more modern 30-35mm miniatures. We appreciate that there are an enormous array of games available (we play a lot ourselves) and want these models to be as compatible as possible with other ranges so whether you're playing Rogue Trader or Infinity, original or new Necromunda you will be able to fit these models into your games. Each of the Faction Packs have been put together to give you a particular 'flavour'- boiler suited workers, native wastelanders, pulp mobsters and armoured enforcers. A small, mixed-faction posse heads off on a mission.

Card Adversaries I loved the card miniatures that came with a few of Chaosiums games, (back in the day), and although I want to sell our miniatures, I know a lot of role players are not collectors of models or enjoy painting, so I have designed some paper version of these miniatures and for a pound we will email you a PDF as soon as we photograph the finished painted models. The pictures are only place holders and will be replaced with painted miniatures as soon as they are cast and painted. Sprul-Pa UNLOCKED To sell the Sprul-Pa miniatures on their own will require extra moulds, so these are locked till we hit £500, hitting the target pays for the extra moulds needed. Once unlocked you will be able to buy them on their own without buying the full set. Rock Lizards To sell the Rock Lizards miniatures on their own will require extra moulds, so these are locked till we hit £750, hitting the target pays for the extra moulds needed. To survive the nightmare, players must explore dangerous and foreboding places for clues, equipment, and weapons that are critical to staying alive. Unusual sounds or barely glimpsed movement could hint at disaster. The Tension Deck forces players to carefully consider traveling through each area—and whether they can afford to avoid it altogether. The Player Characters: Ada Wong, Leon S Kennedy, Claire Redfield and Robert Kendo With precious few bullets and recovery items, every step into the unknown presents a difficult decision. Do you dare explore that darkened room? Can you afford to face your enemies head-on? Putting a bullet into an enemy isn't always the only way to survive! Resident Evil™ 2: The Board Game is a fully cooperative experience. If even a single character dies, the scenario is lost, meaning players must work together in order to succeed. Each character has distinct special rules based on their personality and background which must be used to aid their allies over the course of the game. A swarm of zombies surrounding the 3rd Mutation of William Birkin Whilst players can see some enemies and know how to plan ahead, what lurks behind each door is completely unknown. Remember, if one character dies, then it's game over for everyone, so pay careful attention to each shadowy corner! What will you do if a player is ambushed by a horde of zombies?
