After many many moons, I finally finished painting Captain Long Drong, leader of the Slayer Pirates, from the good old Dogs of War days of Warhammer.

One of the larger of my completed themes during quarantine, here are the Dragonscar Ruins, a set from the Kickstarter The Lost Dragons organized by 3D Printed Tabletop. All items were printed on an Ender-3.

Something that was shockingly lacking in my collection was Merlin/Gandalf types. I think I had traded or sold most of them. Bones 4 helped with that.

I had been looking for the proper miniatures to represent the Sewn Sisters, a coven of Night Hags from Tomb of Annihilation. DarkRealms put out a set of 3D designs for Crones inspired by the Crones of Crookback Bog, proper monsters from The Witcher 3. I went with my own color scheme rather than following the game. They were printed on a Creality Ender 3.

My most recent painted pieces are the Tribals from Frostgrave: Ghost Archipelago. I really liked the spirit mask options. My grandmother had a set in her spare room, and I was fascinated with them as a child. The Cyclops is actually a 3D print by Valandar to celebrate the successful funding of his Titans of Legend Kickstarter. The Cyclops stretch goal in the FG:FA Nickstarter wasn't hit, but the file was released the same day. I figured he would fit in with them.

This grouping is themed by them all being some sort of critter. Very precise, I know. They fall into two sub-groups: The loyal: And the verminous. The manufacturers are all over the place. The War Pugs are Reaper Bones, the other dog is a Frostgrave Warhound. The Giant Spider, Hawk, and Ticks are again from Reaper Bones, the Owl from Stonehaven, and the Rats are from Games-Workshop with the exception of the Spawnrat from Dark Platypus Studios.
