I'm very new to airbrushing but I've been working hard to get better at it. Here is the Star Spawn of Cthulu, from the board game Mansions of Madness. The plinth with the flame on it used to be the stand from a Bones Giant Scorpion. Now used to hold sacrifices in place for the consumption of the evil ones.
So a co-worker friend of mine is getting into mini's and he likes the HP lovecraft game Mansions of madness. He is asking me if I could paint up his mini's for him and his friend (tabletop quality, nothing crazy haha), and what would I charge to do it. First off, any recommendations on asking prices? By the lot, per piece? Also, has anyone had experience painting these? Material (metal, plastic), what prep work? Do I texture the base? Any help is appreciated. Also, if this is the wrong place to post, please move it:)
The forces of madness are many and varied. Ranging from the harmless mob to the terrifying star spawn. The thin barrier protecting the world is a small group of people. Hi everyone. After lurking for a while, and enviously admiring everyones skills, I have decided to finally try my hand at painting some of the miniatures I have. Hopefully it will make both my boardgames and my tabletop roleplaying a bit more interesting if one stops playing with gray and white blobs.
