Good day everyone, here are pictures of a 3d printed Chapel I completed last night. The cursed tree and tombstones are also 3d printed. I painted them with Reaper MSP paint.

I just wanted to share a Medieval Knight I painted off of MMF. It was my first bust painted and 3D printed. I learned a lot from this bust. I also tried a new technique by priming pink and doing a zenithal highlight in white ink and shadows with dark pink ink. Then going over with yellow ink to finish it off. I hope you all enjoy as much as I did painting it.

It is known from a single manuscript presently in Uppsala, published in 1556. The Monkees, of all people, did a cover of it (this is not that version). The phrase Ríu Ríu Chíu is said to be the cry of an attacking Kingfisher guarding the riverbank from wolves (Sorry, Glitterwolf and Chaoswolf ...). Just a quick question; what is the correct name for the ribbon like hanging that loops through the ring on this Bones 3 figure's back and then forward through the rings on each shoulder? Are they based on an historical equivalent or are they just fantasy adornments?

Here's an old Medieval wargaming miniature from the 1980s, produced by Essex Miniatures. Essex were among the first to start producing larger scale 28mm miniatures, although they actually advertised them as 25mm. Up until then, 25mm had been the standard, and Essex armies towered over their opponents on the wargames table. Basing systems had been designed for 25mm figures too, so Essex figures tended to be very crowded on bases designed for the smaller scale. They tended towards rather caricatured, cartoonish features, but I always rather liked them, except for their horses which looked a bit small and spindly underneath their gigantic riders. Eventually they also started producing 15mm miniatures which were also excellent, and a lot more affordable than larger scale armies.

I painted this Games Workshop Hurricanum a couple of months ago and the orrery that goes with it separately, but I had not gotten around to posting the Hurricanum on Show Off because I was waiting until I finished painting all the miniatures that go with it. Since that is taking a bit longer to get to as I've been painting other stuff, I figured I can at least post this now. I also painted this medieval cart from Fenryll recently. I was inspired to paint both of these in order to populate the town streets I hope to build when I get my Dwarven Forge City Builder Kickstarter stuff in January.

I've got a long term project on the go - I'm designing a skirmish game, set in a slightly-fantasyish 14th century England. It's a slow process, but I've made a start, and I'll be working on it whenever I get spare time.
