  1. "During the first 48h you will get an Early Bird reward - check it out! Due to the fact that our company is located in Poland, and our direct neighbor, Ukraine, was attacked by the Russian Federation, which caused a huge humanitarian crisis in which millions of people were forced to leave their homes, we decided that 10% of the collected money will be donated to support Ukrainian refugees. Money will be donated to an NGO. The organization we decided to support is the Polish Humanitarian Action https://www.pah.org.pl/en/- a non-governmental organization that has been helping in all crisis situations around the world for many years. 2. Hello All, Here is a metal 04088 Erebus Nalas, Evil Sorcerer miniature I completed last week.
  3. Hey everyone, here's 03292, Almaran the Paladin sculpted by Bobby Jackson. This is the metal version, it's also available in Bones under SKU 77058 and chibi version sculpted by Gene Van Horne under SKU 77714.
  4. Latest for our mini painting club
  5. Gave my eyes a bit of a challenge. Still have touch ups and some work on the face, base, book and lil wee dragon. Odd things is I got him to paint but don’t have a PC, NPc, bad guy, other player to use him with… moral I guess is don’t sip bourbon and shop online At least he didn’t get banished to the shelf of the unpainted …
  6. Another figure I painted last year that never made it to show off. This is the metal version, no longer in the web store so I don't know the number off hand. She had been on my desk a long time and I finished her before Halloween last year. I know green isn't a standard Halloween color, but it worked for her. She's a good witch, not the kind that eats children.
  7. Another figure I painted last year that never made it to show off. This is the plastic version, 77595. She had been on my desk a long time and I finished her before Halloween last year. Sorry it is slightly out of focus. Orange and purple, pretty standard Halloween colors.
  8. This project is for unpainted, white metal and/or resin figurines. I've been quite happy with them in their previous "Yippers and Squealers" KS, so figured I'd give them a shout! Go squirrel! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1620164718/28mm-wood-elves-miniatures
  9. Another fun project from Midlam, this time Gnome and Halfling Children. Unlike most of their previous projects, they're having multiple stretch goals. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1662635043/gnome-and-halfling-children/description Story Most Halfling children (or Quarterlings) lead a happy carefree existence in the sleepy backwaters of the halfling lands, in preparation for their happy care free adulthood that they will spend in those same lands. Gnome Children (or Gnomelings) generally play around their Gnome hill homes, told not to go too far, but equally, not to hang around inside the hill getting in everyone's way. Quarterlings and Gnomelings Welcome to our latest project, where we bring you the much anticipated junior Gnomes and Halflings! These compliment Midlam Miniatures' large and growing range of Adult Gnomes and Halflings. Here you can back one, the other, or both sets! Stretch Goal Levels #1 - #3 Unlocked! Stretch Goals Unlike most of our Kickstarters which offer 1 or perhaps 2 miniatures, we are going to add a Halfling and Gnome Child miniature for ever £1000 we reach, until the classes are empty and we have run out of miniatures. Some stretch goal miniatures might be bigger than others and may count as two stretch goals (over £2000) due to their size and weight.
  10. Gronk didn’t retire with Tom, he’s just retooling his skills. This one was fun to paint.
  11. Had a bit of fun with this one (after starting and restarting 5-6 times) first time I used the mud effects from Vallejo. Figure was big enough to practice on. I can’t seem to get enough time to get into good habits, but I find all sorts of time for the bad ones..

  13. I bought this guy as a potential diorama subject, but he wasn't quite right. I did a quick paintjob to get him off the table/out of the shame pile. I recently found out how to make crystals out of sprue.
  14. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1520354196/osmoticmeld?ref=user_menu Osmoticmeld is an experiment! It is a collaborative partnership between the renowned artist Ian Miller and [John Robertson], and was born of a serendipitous meeting over social media many moons ago. I must also extend special thanks to both Sebastian Czarnecki and David Pauwels, they have been incredibly generous with their time in giving advice, support and guidance: Seb’s also designed our website and David’s done some fabulous work with his hair sticks! I've been following these on facebook for what seems like ages as they've been sculpted and am impresses with how close they are to the Ian Miller artwork that inspired them
  15. Dungeon Dwellers 07031, Giant Rat sculpted by Julie Guthrie. The base is 25mm. Is that model already oop? (Should be released in bones USA this year).
  16. I got a few minis in the 2021 kickstarter. My wife loved the garden troll so I'm gonna Moomin it as a stocking stuffer Though my base is a bit darker than I'd like.
  17. A trio of animated snowmen, definitely up for trouble for the holiday season! Definitely a fun and quick seasonal paint-up. The snowmen are painted up in Reaper Frosty Blue and highlights of Pure White, with Vallejo Azure providing the deep shadows and lining. The bases are dead simple, using the same colors and some Americana crackle medium for a subtle cracked ice effect. I really like how the monocle came out on the top hat snowman! I think of the three, the candy cane carrying snowman is my favorite. His derpy upturned face is visible from anywhere across the table, and the tattered Santa robe came out quite well. My daughter suggested that the end of the candy cane should be spattered with blood effects, but then my wife would never let me put it in a holiday display! I went back and forth on the color of the hair for the bowler hat snowman. I was going to repaint it black, but tried changing the color in a paint app, and didn’t like it. I did one last thing to tie the trio together — I gave them matching scarves! My daughter took one look and said: “They’re in a gang!” — she got it! Happy holidays, everyone!
  18. Had the darnest time painting this... no color combination was working... but here he is, ready for the table when the captain drops his disguise spell....
  19. More villagers for your town! Many of these poses are unique and, afaik, unavailable elsewhere. All In Pledge shows all sets available in this KS. Sets and smaller bundlers are available, and sets from the previous Villagers KS are available now from the creator's website. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/blackstone/blackstone-heath-the-villagers-part-2
  20. I'm not so sure this is a show off as I'm not happy with the final result. The bones have way to much contrast in my opinion. What do you all think?
  21. I previously backed the RBJ "Yippers and Squealers" KS (dog-faced kobolds, and pig-faced orcs) and the KS went fine. The Squealers will be offered in this KS as well. I'm only posting these pledges to show all the miniatures, and other pledges are available, including one with "everything". https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1620164718/grunts?ref=nav_search&result=project&term=grunt
  22. So here's another from the last year. I was unmotivated at first because the facial detail was a bit lacking but I like the way it turned out.
  23. Here we have a set of post-apocalyptic survivors. You have some choices here (physical/digital) on how you want them. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/orzolstudio/post-apocalyptic-miniatures-resin-metal-and-stl-files?ref=recommendation-projectpage-footer-4
  24. Okay, I just joined the forums so I'll be posting my "backlog" of finished minis. This is one I did for a contest earlier this year.
