This is the classic Ral Partha Hippogriff (SKU 11-441) from the awesome Dungeons and Dragons line. I finished this up in November last year, I just got around to taking pictures.

This classic Grenadier Witch is from the Fantasy Warriors Personalities line, and sculpted by Mark Copplestone. I rushed her at the end to get her off my paint table. I still like how she turned out.

I painted this mini about 25 years ago with Testors, and I was very very proud of it at the time. So proud I brought it to my first GenCon for the painting competition. When I got there, I realized the paintjob really wasn't that great compared to the top entries. I guess that scared me away from painting competitions until I started entering the very friendly competitions here on the Reaper Forums a couple of years ago. This then gave me enough courage to enter 3 figures at ReaperCon last year, where I got a silver, yay. Enough rambling, here is the Grenadier Manticore from long ago (SKU65) Edit: Added some tags

Whenever I take pictures of my new paint jobs I try to get some snapshots of my older minis too. So here is Rafm 3721 Ice Dragon Yearling, painted in 1994. We didn't like the gaping holes in the wings, so we filled those with putty. You can see the not so great patch job in the photos. And here is Grenadier 9904 Skeletal Dragon sculpted by Julie Guthrie, painted around 1994. It had suffered some damage, so I recently glued it together and patched up the paint job.

This mini had broken in our not so recent move (umm 17 years ago). I decided it was time to repair it, so awesome husband glued it together for me and I repaired the paintjob where it had flaked off. If someone knows who made it I would love to know for my records.
