This is the footbridge that crosses a gully as you head to the privy in the (privy standoff board) of my farmers market & renaissance fair gaming board. The figure is just for size & scale visual comparison. The bridge is completely scratch built; using real tree branches as the base logs with wooden planks...one side is heavy with ivy growth and the other with moss...the rope guard rail (for what it would be worth) adds a rustic backwoods touch & feel.

TITLE...Jungle Waterfall Pond SCRATCH BUILT...This is a tabletop gaming piece that depicts a small jungle waterfall and pond. Used by adventure group members to bathe, wash their clothes, water their animals and refill their waterskins. PHOTOS 7 & 8...Depict the small clearing...(photo 7) without the character clothing & weapon...(photo 8) with the character clothing & weapon. NEAR COMPLETE...The piece is complete except for the final pour of liquid water on the pond...I do water pours only when I have 4 to 5 pieces that need it; so that I can do all of them at the same time. I have just started work on (2) tabletop terrain game pieces...(1) Is a small jungle waterfall (8"x5")...(2) Is a small secluded nook (4"x4"). Waterfall piece...will be the standard piece where the adventure group/characters...tend to their needs...taking their baths...resupply their waterskins...water their animals (if they have any)...wash their clothes...etc. I am working on the major construction of the piece...the small details will come later. This piece also shows my usage of ceiling tile (to construct my terrain pieces); in this case...you can see the multi-layer rise...you can also see my usage of the plaster rocks that I cast myself...as well as the wide assortment of ferns, twigs, branches and ground grasses. Secluded spot piece...will be a small grass & flower area for private interaction...(remember that my game/realm is an all adult game). This is the (7th) completed vignette as listed on my (WIP) forum of fantasy vignette projects posted on Oct. 2, 2013... VIGNETTE TITLE...OCTOBER WITCH/PUMPKIN PATCH... FIGURE...DISCWORLD VARIANT (Flying Witch...no SKU)... NOTE...When my witch figure arrived...I noticed that it was a bad casting (over 50% of her face was missing)...a long distance phone call resolved the problem and the company said they would send me a good figure...it arrived by special delivery on the evening of the 29th...it took me a couple of marathon sessions to get her done and mounted on the base so that I could post it today. NOTE 2...I want to wish all the great and wonderful members on this forum a " HAPPY HALLOWEEN " and thank you all for welcoming me into your fold. I hope that you all like my little Halloween Theme fantasy vignette. BLAST FROM THE PAST...(HALLOWEEN) work assignments are one of the few occasions that I miss from my past work...traveling all over the west coast to cover and photograph events like (Saints & Sinners Ball/SF)...(Hollywood Fetish Ball/LA)...(Sexy Halloween Cosplay/LA)...(Wenches & Vixens/LV)...over the years taking hundreds/thousands of photos of some of the most fantastic costumes & beautiful people (men & women alike) for both domestic & foreign adult mens magazines.

VIGNETTE TITLE...LARA, JUNGLE RELIC HUNTER... FEMALE FIGURE...HASSLEFREE (#HFA001)...Eve, Adventurer... NOTE...This is the (4th) fantasy vignette project as outlined in my (WIP) vignette projects for Oct/Nov 2013... FINISHED PRODUCT...This is the finished vignette product for the step-by-step (WIP) (Lara In The Jungle)...posted Sept. 13, 2013...After an extensive month long search of both retail markets and for trade postings which netted negative results in trying to find/locate the (Freebooter - Lara Croft) figure...I gave up and went ahead and finished this vignette using the Hasslefree figure. I hope you like the end results...even though I would have loved to have my first choice figure to finish this vignette.

VIGNETTE TITLE...IT'S DOUBLE TROUBLE FIGURES...Reaper (Sugar # 50176 & Candy # 50024) NOTE...The whole vignette is scratch built except for the (2) miniatures...it is an oval base of (4" x 2 3/4")...the stone walk is my own plaster casting. EXECUTION...During my planning stage...I wanted to feature these (2) miniatures on the same static base (as a display type vignette) where the figures sort of mirrored each other in both weapon hand & out stretched hand. But my dilemma was in the choice of motifs... (A). Execute them in a really hard rock punker motif with darkened eyes, tattoos, torn hose, etc...or... (B). Execute them in a softer semi hard rock punker motif and still maintain the cuteness of the two figures... I chose to execute them in the option (B) style. I hope you like this little piece.

PROJECT...This is a private vignette with a Lara Croft type female character in a jungle setting next to a foo dog statue. FEMALE FIGURE...(not pictured here)...Hasslefree (Eve) # HFA001 VIGNETTE...The vignette will be (2 3/4 x 4) inches...wooden base with ceiling tile vignette base. This is the progress after 2 days of solid work...selecting the right branches for the wooden trees...cutting and constructing the pictured jungle vegetation/plants...doing the foo dog statue and laying in the ivy leaves and moss growth. FOO DOG...Is a raw plaster statue casting (3" tall) that I picked up at a thrift store. FUTURE POSTINGS...I will post more photos of this project as I progress with it.

VIGNETTE TITLE...Apocalyptic Beauty in Rubble. FIGURE...Malifaux # WYR5020 (Hollow Waif) NOTE...There are so many modern day apocalyptic miniature figures in modern dress/garb...I wanted to do mine in a semi Steampunk-Victorian style of wardrobe. I figure that a girl can hunt/kill zombies and such all day long...but still look sexy and not like some combat grunt or corporate executive. It least that is my vision on the matter. Hope you like.

FIGURE...Grenadier (Lamia # 5004N - Tomb Of Spells Set)...circa (1980). I have to say, in defense of my limited miniature figure painting ability (which is greatly inferior to the abilities/talents of many that I share this forum with)...this is one of the poorest and crudest figure castings produced/released by Grenadier during the era of (1978-1981)...the worst part of this casting (for those who are familiar with the piece) is the/her face (which looks like she was in a train wreck)! But with all the faults; I love this figure...her pose suggests complete peace and tranquility...relaxed and in total harmony with the world. So I have tried to do her justice with this little piece (as poor/crude as it might be). Hope you older members like this small vintage piece/figure from yesteryear (33 years ago)!

Gypsy Nomad Camp...This is a full view of the Gypsy camp project that I have been/am currently working on. Pictured are (back row from left to right); 1. Tattoo & piercing tent... 2. Fortune teller tent... 3. Gypsy witch tent... 4. Tarot card reader tent... 5. Gilded Lily sporting house tent... 6. Gypsy open air art tent... 7. Gypsy central bazaar... 8. Ale wagon & food table... Both the upper left & right open areas will contain Gypsy wagons (maybe a 3rd in the center area)... Both lower left & right open areas are free to add 2 more tents...I am open to suggestions/ideas as to what these 2 tents should be...to fit the overall current theme...so that they blend in!

Tattoo & Piercing tent vignette. This is the (8th) of 8 vignette pieces that make up the traveling Gypsy market. It is complete except for the base edge ground cover work & the final seal spray of the whole vignette piece...The piece is a (5"x5") vignette built on ceiling tile. This completes the basic tent work (vignettes) for this small Gypsy vagabond group...Next will be the building of a few Gypsy wagons. Prior to the start of that project; I will have to spend some time doing research on the small number of and types of wagons that I want included in the final view of this project. I hope that the members enjoyed my work on this project so far. I thank all of you who gave me comments and ideas.

This is a piece from my private collection. I had this 15mm knight from (Battle Systems) in my parts box, so I decided to do it up as a full display piece. The flag is a battle standard (made of paper). The plums on the knight helm & horse head are real feather plums that I cut to size. All designs on the horse drape are free hand painted. Gold streamers are gold foil string...I had a great time doing this figure!

This is the next to last booth in my fantasy farmers market & renaissance fair (RPG) tabletop project. This is (Eve's Garden = a fantasy fetish booth). I still have erotic paintings, fabrics & garments to add to this booth...as well as the cover. The last booth will be (the scribe)...once that is done...I will start to work on the signs, pennants and standards for the booths. This is a quick followup to the (raw privy) building that I posted a couple of days ago...Here it is fully stained & painted, I made the roof removable so that I can insert the figure (when I get the right one) sitting on the throne.

I decided to take a break from the tedium of building the booths for the farmers market & renaissance fair board...so I started working on the live stock pens. This is a standoff piece to/from the large fair board...it is a (10" x 10") little gem built on ceiling tile (as you can see). What you see is 3 days of scale detail work. All the tools (two man saw, axe, shovel, hoe, 3 prong hay fork)...the barrels & wooden box...mushrooms...are all scratchbuilt! The 3 pigs are (Airfix)...the 2 white geese are (Airfix)...the large grey goose is (Mega)...The ground cover is my own mix. (FUTURE NOTE)...The privy will be another standoff piece to/from the large fair board and will be about the same size. SPECIAL NOTE...I want to wish all my fantasy miniature painter friends and RPG players and the staff of this website a safe and festive Memorial Day holiday and to all of you veterans out there...Thank you!
