I painted up this Reaper metal mini, Swiftpaw the Catfolk monk (SKU 3923) in July. I really like the catfolk minis that Glenn Harris sculpted for Reaper and this is my second completed catfolk from that series. Nothing fancy, I used the off white triad for his Gi.

This statuesque demon prince has been on my to paint list for a while. Had fun using non-black blacks on him, skin base is Coal Black (Reaper 9693), highlighted with Coal Black mixed with neutral greys and also Mint Green for the highest highlights. The base cobblestones are Black indigo (Reaper 9603), with Lava Orange (Reaper 9218) as mortar. Also decided to try out the NMM Gold triad, so all the gold is NMM. Reaper 3086 Nephal the Demon Prince in metal.

I forgot to post this mini which I recently finished, Reaper 60036 Visbaronetess Delour Aulamaxa from the Pathfinder line. She is just such a hilarious and fun mini. I tried my best to make her garish, but I just could not make myself paint her with clashing colors, which is why she took so long to finish, I was just stuck on what color to paint next. If I had just realized there is a Pathfinder illustration with her, I would have used that color scheme. Anyhow, here she is singing for the royal court!

This guy is Gon'Tarr, Orc Shaman (SKU 3879) in metal from Reaper. I thought he needed a hat since his head was so flat. At first I wanted a bowler hat, but I didn't have one laying around so he got a fancy feathered one instead which suits him just fine. I decided he had been around a while, so a wily dangerous middle-aged orc (or half-orc). His face was hard to get to hiding under the hat, so its kinda a mess.

Quite awhile ago my wife asked me to paint a halforc for her. Then it ended up sitting around for months after I primed it. I really found it hard painting a figure I hadn't chosen, I ended up over thinking color schemes and just kept putting the project off. It was for my wife so I wanted to do my best and not give her a shoddy paint job. Well once I started painting it I ended up painting it to completion in just one evening. It'll be interesting to see how she reacts to that.
