  1. I managed to make my November quota and than some, now time to relax for holidays and birthday. Now I thought it'd be fun to do some more of reaper's savage coast characters. I guess she could be consider a cleric making my third this month, yeah I know....... .....wishful thinking.
  2. I managed to make my November quota and than some, now time to relax for holidays and birthday. I decided to do a couple of cleric's this month, don't own hardly any female clerics but did manage to come across her while searching. opps forgot to post the pics.... .......duh !

  4. I managed to make my November quota and than some, now time to relax for holidays and birthday. Now I thought it'd be fun to do some more of reaper's savage coast characters. I just didn't want a gordon's fisherman.
  5. I managed to make my November quota and than some, now time to relax for holidays and birthday. Now I thought it'd be fun to do some more of reaper's savage coast characters. The last of what I managed this month..... wow eight down, hundreds and hundreds to go, ouch.
  6. I managed to make my November quota and than some, now time to relax for holidays and birthday. The second cleric of the month, he gave me fits because of his sunken eyes, just couldn't do any thing with them, than thought holy light coming out of his body, doesn't really work but still enjoyed trying. Of course now while posting this I just thought I could/should of just filled with putty or put a drop of glue into the socket.
  7. I managed to make my November quota and than some, now time to relax for holidays and birthday. My first hobbit, done gnomes etc but never a hobbit..... .....until now ! hehe
  8. Hi all, just thought I'd share a couple images of my first Reaper mini painted up. It definitely seemed strange not priming something before getting started (typically print my own lately in resin, so have to prime those), but I wanted to try one of the Reaper products. I am by no means a pro, but each mini seems to get a bit better - constructive criticism welcome - I know I need to get a better photo setup sometime - maybe when the basement reno is done 🙂 Next up is Boerogg Blackrime the Frost Giant...I love doing monsters so they're on-hand when needed for our D&D campaigns 🙂 20211031_141414.mp4
  9. Posting last of this month, October's projects finished (and no sorry I'm not an Orc-tober person). While scanning thru some of my old mini's this one screamed out to me, unicorn pure, paint it black hehe... the funny thing is that none of my old mini's are in blisters anymore so when I choose one I don't know the name until after I paint it and look it up for posting. That her name turned out to be Blackfire just tickled my funny bone after giving her black armor. jana....a.k.a. "The Black Unicorn" "Your party must be crazy consorting with 'the black unicorn', she's one murderous back-stabbing b*tch," the barkeep bellowed.
  10. Painted with acrylics and oil paints. Work-in-progress photos and videos on my instagram: https://www.instagram.com/cokane/
  11. Posting this month, October's projects finished so far (and no sorry I'm not an Orc-tober person). Painting at least one wizard a month is a requirement is it not? When I saw this fig I just luved the Arabian vibe I got off it.
  12. Posting this month, October's projects finished so far (and no sorry I'm not an Orc-tober person). "You bunch of young ums better beware the White Wolf prowling these hills and country side while out seeking lust and gold," sternly told the Barmaid to the adventurers seeking gossip which she did indeed loved to tell, but this group just rubbed her the wrong way, "the She-devil of the woods will eat you alive!" "Ahhh, quite messy with them Babs," said one of her regular patrons, "You'll have them pissing in thier pants telling your 'Witcher' stories. as you can tell from above I wanted her to have a Ciri/witcher vibe.....
  13. Posting this month, October's projects finished so far (and no sorry I'm not an Orc-tober person). I've been wanting to do a group/series of hellborn/tiefling figures for fun but seems whenever I went to order something they would slip my mind and I get something else. Ah but reaper cursed me and gave me a free hellborn figure and now I can tell I'm gonna be ruined.
  14. Posting this month, October's projects finished so far (and no sorry I'm not an Orc-tober person). Normally when I prep mini's I do about six or so of them at a time, this month I found myself preping a baker's dozen...ouch. O well got plenty for next month too...hehe, anyways when sorting for something to paint she caught my eye, I still can't believe how really dainty she is.
  15. Posting this month, October's projects finished so far (and no sorry I'm not an Orc-tober person). I chose her because I had picked out a barbarian woman I've always wanted to paint from my old mini's, and since whenever I paint caucasian flesh it's ussually fair to the pink shade, thus I wanted something with a lot of skin to try a deeper tone.
  16. I just finished her a couple of days ago, always wanted to paint her but never gotten around to it until now.
  17. He was a leftover from a group of pathfinder mini's I primed but forgot to finish from my last posting.
  18. It is Orctober, my dudes. First up, the Dungeon Dwellers Orcs of the Ragged Wound Tribe And Goblins are just little Orcs, right? What better way to celebrate Orctober than little Orcs?
  19. Another day, another set of painted miniatures from Bones V. There's always room for ruins. as if the frozen wastes weren't bad enough, here comes the Mamlord. Super Merrow Brothers Just an Ogre living the simple life. At least the Firbolg seem friendly. Sea-Dwelling Slithe Catfolk, who are innocent of this crime I figured if they were a main culprit for the shipping delays, I should paint the Dragonfolk early on rather than letting them languish in a box. Scatter matters.
  20. Presenting the Frost Giant Heroine from Reaper. Not my best work, I'm still not great at getting all the mold-lines off these PVC minis, plus I was painting her to help work through some issues I was having so she's a bit on the rough and basic side. Was still a lot of fun to paint up though, I'll have to get the other one done now. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.
  21. Posting the last of my August's (play) work.
  22. Posting the rest of my August's (play) work.
  23. Posting the rest of my August's (play) work.
  24. I finally got around to doing some basing on my take on reaper's Gauth, in bones I do not know the SKU unfortunately, but I think it is from Bones 4? Anyway, I tried to paint him up as a White dragon, but I also wanted to keep it interesting, so I highlighted from three different colours on separate parts of the hide, mostly pale purple, grey on the central spines down his back, and turquoise on the belly! Take a look, let me know what you think, c&c's more than welcome!
