Here's a group portrait of some random minis I painted over February. The happy, green fellow in the middle is from Impact Miniatures recast of Oldhammer goblins. He is flanked by a couple of killer rabbits from a recently fulfilled kickstarter by Skull and Crown. The paint jobs don't do these a bit of justice. They are great and I'm likely to give them a repaint some time in the future. And up front are some Dark Hold kobolds from Rebel Miniatures. I absolutely love the scale of these little guys. Anyhow, that's it for the January/February RPChallenge for me. I enjoyed sharing a bunch of minis which otherwise may have went into storage without ever being seen by anyone but me.

I like to imagine this guy drew the short straw and was forced to carry the rest of the horde's hoard after they ate their pack animal.

Here's a group of kobolds from Rebel Miniatures' Dark Hold line that I recently picked up during a kickstarter. They are fantastically tiny. They're about the size I picture a kobold to be when compared to a 28mm mini. I quick painted these guys while painting something large. Whenever I paint a really big piece I also like to be working on something in the opposite direction. And these are about the smallest things I've got.

This is the Crew that Rapunzel uses to work her nefarious schemes, run her errands, & generally cause mayhem about Town. Rapunzel needs to hire an new Director of Personnel. In the 15mm Worlds in My Head, the sidereal wars between The First Ones and the Silmn rage on unabated...

From the Worlds In My Head: The Silmn are spirits coalesced into living crystalline bodies. To the layman they appear as humans made from frosted glass, and are by most accounts beautiful. The galactic wars of the last millennium have left their territory vastly reduced in the onslaught of the Nathi and the First Ones, but still they fight. The Eidolon Warriors of the Silmn, here shown, are the new wave of soldiery - uploading themselves body and spirit into armored battlesuits of reinforced crystal and bonemetal. These suits provide both greater effectiveness on the battlefield, but also a (small) chance for a casualty to transmit himself bodily to the HQ positions and survive the battle. The vehicles operate similarly, though they do contain a rudimentary cockpit as well. Some of these may be a repost, in which case I apologize.
