  1. Please use the full SKU and name of Reaper minis in the titles of your Show Off threads, per forum guidelines. You can find this information on the blister card or in the online store. I also like to give credit to the sculptor in a tag, so people can find their favorites. We have a high volume of posts generated from this challenge, which is great! But it's also creating a lot of work for the mods. Ladystorm has already urged folks to comply with these guidelines. As an works well, this challengehas been moved to be a bi-monthly challenge again. The longer time fram
  2. LE GASP! I'm on time! Please see the main post here for rules, questions and general chatter, while using this thread to keep a list of links to your show-offs or show-off related comments in a single post: A reminder to please adhere to miniatures posting guidelines as usual. https://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/89750-2020-rpchallenge-informationquestions/ All the information you need should be here. Due to the revised format, there will be more than one bonus challenge available for this month. Including a "Hard mode" which Is some combination that may or may not ha
  3. just a batch of quickies today: It is not really apparent in the photos, but they are all subtly different in the colours used for the base yellow and offwhite fur. I chose to base them the same way I do the rest of my minis, in case I actually get around to building an Ogre army sometime in the future. Yeah, I know they are supposed to be called Ogors now, but just no.
  4. So these 2 are being done concurrently with the 2 archers for my Frostgrave warband, so there will likely be overlap with the colors used in the 2 WiPs.... So I started doing the flesh on the next parts of my Frostgrave warband, Red Gunhildr the Barbarian, & Little Svein Swiftfoot the Thief.... GW Scorched Brown, Reaper Linen White & SC75 Tesla Blue for the eyes..... Arabic Shadow, Arabic Shadow and Basic Flesh 50%, Basic Flesh, Basic Flesh and Golden Skin 50%, Golden Skin, Golden Skin and Light Skin 50%, light Skin, and a glaze of Golden Skin and Basic flesh 3/2... Gunhildr'
  5. Not really pleased with my CAV guys, can't get them to look like I have in my head =/ But, done for now, and at least they have colour on them :( The Heavy Bolter guy is done, with my first attempt at freehanding a luna wolf symbol on his shoulder. Hopefully I'll get better. At least it sorta looks ...doglike. Right? And the big grey guy's the dreadnought, which I also tried to do the symbol on, bit easier maybe because his shoulder's flat. I am probably going to go back and add weathering when I'm all done, but I haven't figured out that part yet.
