This is the biggest mini I've painted. Can't remember if I have shown it before. I love the idea (I think stolen from @chrispalmer or another poster) of having the Razig dark maiden banshee as a figure head for the piece. It fits exactly in place as others have shown. I lost her arm though so had to use an oathmark elf sword arm. Went through this with lots and lots of washes, then picked out the details like star fish, barrels, totems and idols, before washing washing washing again. A little bit of a water effect on the base as well, just with gloss mod podge. I really think the pieces like this show what Bones can do. This would be very expensive and fragile in metal or resin, and there is no loss of detail in the softer material.
As my girlfriend and I like to scuba I figured this would be a good first paint from bones 3. It was washed is soapy water the primed with Tamiya primer and it will be basecoated and shades before assembly then I will highlight. so here is the lower half with the base colors applied and some shading. This guy is a little bit fiddly to get to some spots but he really is very well detailed. hope you like him.
