Here my latest finished figure! I did her for the a White Wolf Minuatures contest that ends tomorrow and I'll also bring her along to ReaperCon this year. This is Lagertha Lothbrok the Shieldmaiden or "skjaldmær" in Old Norse. I went with a mix of gritty realism and fantasy. What I pictured in my head: She's just finished a battle of epic proportions, she's coated in the blood of her enemies and standing alone in a world that has gone mad, the ground cracks and erupts and blue light pours forth illuminating her and she looks around for the next enemy to slay...
