I had some extra putty left last time I was filling joints, and since Reaper hasn't made any medium/small earth elementals (hint! hint!) I stuck this little guy together. He is supposed to be made from this type of stone. It was common where I grew up, but I don't know what it is called. My google-fu failed me. https://goo.gl/images/UcQ2Vl

Finished this guy in November for the resolutionary challenge and am just now getting the photos up. His base I used vivo crackle paint to make a crackling earth as if he had just broken out of it. Also used some liquitex modelling paste prior to putting the crackle paint down to add a little evenness of volume to the base and give the built-up muck around his feet as if he had just stepped into some mud. Unfortunately the vivo crackle stuff can be kind of shiny, so that's my biggest complaint was even with some drybrushing and the matte spray it still has a bit of a shineness leftover. He is mostly drybrushed a couple different grays and browns, my first attempt at crystals on him turned out okay I think. I took some better pictures of the top because I myself had a hard time figuring out where his fossilized dinosaur started/ended and had to look at a lot of different photos and didn't find one that showed the whole thing so maybe this will help the next person. Anyways, comments and criticism always appreciated, thanks!

The trees are from Woodland Scenics and the stones are made of quartz shards. Hope you like them!
