  1. Good day everyone, I painted these almost a year ago and completed there base last week. The base are 40mm diameter, the FG173 Field Grass Light Green and C1211 Realistic Water are from Woodland Scenics. From left to right; 77154 Lizardman Spearman, 77426 Lizardman with Club and Shield, 77155 Lizardman Warrior and 77425 Lizardman Archer all sculpted by Gene Van Horne.
  2. Ok I totally forgot to take WIP pictures so straight to the show off forum for this guy. This is my first weapon convert as well. I had an Axe from a lego character lying around and thought the poor Marsh Troll really needed something to kick his act into the next level so out came the knife and here is the result. The swamp base has no water effects on it as I don't own any.. so hopefully it passes muster. First the front view taken with and without a flash just to see the difference then the sides and a close up then the back (not that exciting) then front from above Enjoy and crtiques are expected and welcome.
  3. For my first ever WIP and my first ever entry in the Reaper yearly contest I thought I'd start with... This guy http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/cyclops/sku-down/14396 He will be on... This thing I made I started making the base for the pathfinder red dragon who was going to be painted up as a swamp dragon. Well, that never happened. I've decided to use it for this guy and his goblin friend instead. I'm not quite finished with it. I still need to add more stuff, swamps are full of stuff. I'm also thinking it could use a tree with some vines behind were the figure will be standing. So far, the mini is in several parts with most mold lines removed. No need for pics of that at this point. :-) I'm sure I'll need lots of advice for this, thanks in advance! I've only put together one metal multi-part mini that I needed to fill in joints so I'm pretty new to that. In fact, I'm pretty new to basing as well. Thanks for looking! As always comments amd criticisms welcome and encouraged.
  4. I realized I never posted a finished thread for my Great Beast model from Fractured Dimensions. Front view. He's got monkey heads! He also has squiddly bits. Uh-oh. I think he's mad I got his bad side. One lizard tail was not enough. He must have two. He lives in a swamp! Like an ogre! Don't worry. Those aren't dead people. They're just sleeping. Half-buried or face-down in the water. Not breathing. Honest.
